Divine gift proof of love.... entering into the will of God....

In a quiet hour of contemplation you will realize that all earthly desire is an obstacle to a deep and intimate union with God. And once you have regocnized this, all danger is over. Only he who can give everything will receive everything. The grace of being allowed to receive the divine word is incomparably more valuable than the fulfilment of earthly longing, and therefore anyone who indulges in earthly wishes and desires loses unspeakable graces. However, only covetous love is an obstacle to ascent, so this should be fought with all our strength.

It is of extraordinary importance to establish contact with the heavenly father, and for this the will is required first, it must turn to Him completely, it must express itself in a way that visibly reveals the desire for God. The human being's will will always be the only thing required by God. Divine love constantly endeavours to reveal itself to the human being in such a way that the human being consciously strives for this love, i.e. desires to be seized by it. And this desire is the subordination of the will to the divine will. For a desire for union with God is, as it were, awakened in the human being, which is the reason for the reorganization of his previous way of life. For he who has previously walked without God has acted according to his own will, which was therefore turned away from Him. But to have regocnized God means entering into the divine will, a complete submission to everything God demands of him, and it also means an unquestioning abandonment of the previous way of life. It is therefore only understandable that the human will must first declare itself willing to submit itself to the divine will before God now announces His will.... It is understandable that the human being's will has to be surrendered time and again in order to be able to receive this proclamation of His will; it is understandable that every earthly desire weakens the will striving towards God and thus the desire for His word also diminishes; and it is understandable that everything has to be fought against which could diminish the strength to receive. For divine gift is more precious than anything the world can offer. Divine gift harbours the love of God, and is there anything more beautiful than being allowed to receive the proof of divine love? The heart's longing is likewise satisfied, only in such a way that the body does not feel it so pleasantly, but the soul is extremely delighted by every connection with God's love. And thus the human being should remember his soul and grant it the great happiness of divine love, but not pay attention to the body and its desires, instead he should unreservedly integrate himself into God's will in order to be able to receive divine expressions of will. The love which prompts God to His fatherly care for His children should be desired in the deepest heart, for to be allowed to stand in this love is the most beautiful thing a person can desire on earth. His heart should beat towards the father in heaven, the child should long for the father, then it will also happily receive the outpouring of His love.... the divine word, which establishes the most intimate connection with Him and is therefore the visible evidence of His love. Can anything more delicious ever be offered to you than that the heavenly father Himself leans towards you and desires to speak to you?.... And if He obviously offers you His love, it only requires your will to receive this love. You may only want that your thinking is guided by Him, and from now on you will only fulfil His will, carry His will within you and also use your earthly life in accordance with the divine will....

El don divino es la prueba del amor.... Entrando en la voluntad de Dios....

En una hora tranquilla de contemplación te darás cuenta de que todos los deseos terrenales son un obstáculo para una conexión profunda e íntima con Dios. Una vez que hayas reconocido esto, todos los peligros habrán pasado. Sólo quien pueda darlo todo lo recibirá. La gracia de poder recibir la Palabra divina es incomparablemente más valiosa que el cumplimiento de los anhelos terrenales y así, quien se entrega a los deseos y concupiscencias terrenales se ve privado de gracias indecibles. Sin embargo, sólo el amor codicioso es un obstáculo hacia la altura, por lo que debe éste ser luchado con toda la fuerza.

Es de extraordinaria importancia establecer el contacto con el Padre celestial, y para ello se requiere primero la voluntad, tiene que dirigirse plenamente a Él, debe expresarse de manera que revele visiblemente el anhelo por Dios. La voluntad del hombre siempre será lo único que será exigido de Dios. El amor divino se esfuerza constantemente por darse a conocer al hombre de tal manera que el hombre se esfuerce conscientemente por este amor, es decir, desea ser captado por ello. Y este deseo es la subordinación de la voluntad a la voluntad divina. Porque surge en los hombres, por así decirlo, un deseo de unión con Dios, que es el motivo de la transformación de su forma de vida anterior. Porque quien antes caminaba sin Dios, actuó según su propia voluntad, que estaba alejada de Él.

Pero haber reconocido a Dios significa entrar en la voluntad divina, someterse completamente a todo lo que Dios exige de él, y significa también abandonar sin dudar el modo de vida anterior. Por lo tanto, es comprensible que la voluntad humana deba declararse primero dispuesta a someterse a la voluntad divina antes de que Dios anuncie Su voluntad.... Es comprensible que la voluntad humana deba siempre entregarse para poder recibir este anuncio de Su voluntad; Es comprensible que todo deseo terrenal debilite la voluntad que tiende hacia Dios y por tanto el deseo por Su Palabra también se vuelve menor; y es comprensible que haya que combatir todo aquello que pueda reducir las fuerzas para recibir. Porque el don divino es más precioso que todo, lo que puede ofrecer el mundo.

El don divino contiene el amor de Dios, y ¿hay algo más hermoso que poder recibir la evidencia del amor divino? El anhelo del corazón también se satisface, sólo que de una manera que el cuerpo no lo encuentra tan placentero, pero el alma es sumamente feliz de cualquier conexión con el amor de Dios. Y así el hombre debe recordar su alma y concederle la gran felicidad del amor divino, pero no debe prestar atención al cuerpo y a sus deseos, sino integrarse sin restricciones en la voluntad de Dios para poder aceptar las expresiones divinas de voluntad. El amor que Dios causa en Su cuidado paternal hacia Sus hijos debe desearse en lo más profundo del corazón, porque poder permanecer en este amor es lo más hermoso que una persona puede desear en la tierra.

Su corazón debe latir hacia el Padre Que está en el cielo, el niño debe añorar al Padre, entonces también podrá recibir felizmente el derramamiento de Su amor.... la Palabra divina, que establece con Él la conexión más íntima, que es la prueba evidente de Su amor. ¿Se puede ofreceros algo más precioso que el hecho de que el Padre celestial mismo se incline hacia vosotros y desee hablar con vosotros?.... Y si Él obviamente os ofrece Su amor, todo lo que necesitáis es vuestra voluntad para recibir este Su amor. Sólo podéis querer que vuestro pensamiento sea guiado por Él, y de ahora en adelante sólo cumpliréis Su voluntad, llevaréis Su voluntad dentro de vosotros y también usaréis vuestra vida terrenal de acuerdo con la voluntad divina....
