Marea suferință a sufletelor în lumea de dincolo....

Suferința sufletelor din lumea de dincolo, cărora le lipsește lumina, este nespus de mare. A vă descrie vouă, oamenilor de pe Pământ, starea lor, ar fi cu adevărat suficient pentru a vă îndrepta propriile vieți într-o altă direcție, dar atunci libertatea voinței voastre ar lua sfârșit; împinși de teama aceleiași sorți, ați adopta în mod inevitabil un alt mod de viață, astfel că ați face cu siguranță ceea ce vi se cere, dar nu din proprie inițiativă, împinși de propria voință. Cu toate acestea, ar trebui să știți despre soarta sufletelor, ea vă va fi transmisă, iar apoi veți fi în continuare liberi să credeți și să trageți concluziile voastre din ea.... Când au intrat în împărăția de dincolo, aceste suflete au pierdut tot ceea ce le era atașat în inima lor pe Pământ, nu mai posedă nimic, căci nu pot lua cu ele decât ceea ce au dobândit în mod spiritual și suferă de cele mai mari lipsuri în acest sens. Ele sunt înconjurate de un întuneric total, deoarece au trăit un mod de viață nelegiuit și sunt complet neputincioase, dar nu insensibile, căci împrejurimile lor înseamnă pentru ele chin și teroare, iar sufletul care a dus la îndeplinire fără teamă și cu tărie tot ceea ce pe Pământ l-a cufundat acum în întuneric, va simți și el acest chin și această teroare.... Suferințele sunt de nedescris și fie vor trezi dorința sufletului de a scăpa de această stare, fie nu vor face decât să intensifice toate impulsurile rele și, de asemenea, îl vor lăsa să caute satisfacție în acea împărăție, ceea ce înseamnă o cedare totală în fața forțelor întunericului. Cu toate acestea, chiar și acele suflete care nu au părăsit viața pământească în această păcătoșenie, ci a căror viață a fost indiferentă față de tot ceea ce este spiritual și lipsită de iubire, se află într-o situație extrem de anevoioasă, deoarece și ele sunt chinuite în mod indescriptibil de întuneric, care, cu siguranță, cedează temporar locul unei stări de întuneric, dacă sufletul nu este încă complet împietrit, astfel încât să tânjească și el după lumină, căci numai dorința îl poate lăsa să ajungă la lumină. Dar tuturor sufletelor le lipsește puterea pentru voința corectă.... și niciun ajutor nu le poate fi adus conform legii veșniciei dacă nu-l doresc ele însele. Lucrarea de îndurare a lui Dumnezeu nu este cu siguranță încheiată atunci când sufletul părăsește trupul pământesc, însă ceea ce a lăsat nefolosit pe Pământ, chiar dacă a posedat din belșug, trebuie mai întâi să dobândească în lumea de dincolo, iar el este prea slab pentru a face acest lucru.... Imaginați-vă întotdeauna ființe extrem de slăbite, neajutorate, care suferă de nedescris și care depind de ajutor pentru a se elibera de suferința lor.... Ați fi cuprinși de milă față de aceste ființe dacă le-ați putea vedea în suferința lor. Și aveți cu toții acolo suflete despre care nu știți în ce stare au intrat în împărăția spirituală.... Voi toți ați pierdut oameni care au fost aproape de voi până la moarte.... Amintiți-vă măcar de aceste suflete care v-au fost aproape și ajutați-le, căci chiar și cea mai mică lucrare de răscumpărare asupra unor astfel de suflete duce la alte răscumpărări, iar voi ați contribuit mult la aceasta. Și nu le puteți ajuta decât prin amintire și rugăciune plină de dragoste, prin mijlocirea pentru aceste suflete care, deși nu le eliberează încă de chinurile lor, le dă putere prin care sufletul își poate apoi schimba voința și tinde spre lumină. El nu poate fi eliberat din situația sa chinuitoare împotriva voinței sale, dar este necesară mijlocirea voastră pentru ca el să poată dori corect, rugăciune care îi este dăruită cu iubire de îndată ce se forțează în gândurile voastre. Căci trebuie să știți că sufletul apelează la ajutorul vostru dacă intră în gândurile voastre, că vă înconjoară în permanență suflete care speră să primească ajutor de la voi și că nu trebuie să respingeți fără voia voastră gândurile celor decedați dacă nu vreți să le sporiți agonia.... Pentru a nu vă dăuna vouă înșivă și liberului vostru arbitru, soarta acestor suflete vă rămâne ascunsă; există două lumi în care vă aflați voi și sufletele celor decedați, o graniță este trasată, vederea în lumea lor vă este refuzată, dar totuși ea există, iar voi puteți trimite multă dragoste la ele din lumea voastră, ceea ce are un efect într-un fel și într-o măsură în care nenumărate suflete pot scăpa de starea lor. Gândiți-vă adesea la aceste sărmane suflete și nu le lăsați neobservate în necazurile lor, căci ceea ce faceți pentru ele cu iubire milostivă vă va fi răsplătit din belșug, deoarece ajutorul spiritual vă este deja acordat pe Pământ prin toate sufletele care au ieșit din întuneric la lumină....

The souls' great hardship in the beyond....

Souls which lack light suffer incredibly great hardship in the beyond. To describe this condition to you humans on earth would be truly sufficient to drive you to live your own life differently, but that would be the end of your freedom of will; driven by fear of the same destiny you would inevitably make an effort to behave differently, thus indeed comply with what is expected of you but not of your own accord, motivated by free will. Yet you shall know about the soul's fate, it shall be imparted to you, and then it is still up to you to believe it and to draw your own conclusions from it....

On entering the kingdom of the beyond these souls have lost everything they loved on earth, they own nothing, for they can only take across what they had spiritually acquired, and this is what they are mainly lacking. Since they lived a godless way of life they are engulfed by utter darkness and are totally powerless, yet they are not insensitive, for their environment causes them torment and terror, and these torments and terrors will also be experienced by a soul which had fearlessly and powerfully implemented on earth what had subsequently plunged it into darkness.... These indescribable sufferings will then either awaken the soul's desire to escape this condition or increase its evil instincts so that it will also look for satisfaction in this realm, which means that it will completely submit itself to the forces of darkness. Yet even the souls which had not left their earthly life in such sinfulness, but whose life had been devoid of love and indifferent towards all spiritual notions, are in a very difficult situation, for they, too, are extremely tormented by darkness, although this will, from time to time, give way to twilight if the soul is not yet entirely hardened, so that it will ask for light, for only the desire will enable the soul to attain the light.

But all souls are lacking the strength to want what is right.... and according to the law of eternity they cannot be given help if they don't desire it themselves. God's act of compassion is certainly not over once the soul has left the earthly body, but what it failed to use on earth even though it had owned it in abundance, it first has to acquire in the beyond, and it is too weak to do so.... Just always imagine them as extremely weakened, helpless beings which suffer indescribably and depend on help in order to be released from their suffering.... you would be overcome by pity for these beings if you were able to see their hardship. And you all know souls in the beyond of whom you don't know in what state they entered the spiritual kingdom.... you all have lost people through death who had been close to you.... At least remember the souls who had been dear to you and help them, for even the smallest work of redemption on these souls will result in further redemptions, and you will have contributed much towards it.

You can only help them through loving thoughts and prayers, through intercession on behalf of these souls which, admittedly, will not release them from their torment but it will give them strength on account of which the soul will be able to change its will and strive towards the light. It cannot be released from its painful situation against its will, but in order to want what is right it needs your intercession, a prayer given with love, as soon as it enters your thoughts. For you should know that the soul is asking for your help as soon as it enters your thoughts, that you are constantly surrounded by souls hoping for your help, and that you should not resentfully suppress thoughts of the deceased if you don't want to add to their agony.... The fate of these souls remains hidden from you so as not to impair your free will; you and the deceased souls occupy two worlds which are separated by a dividing line; you cannot look into their world and yet it exists and you are able to send much love from your world into theirs, the effect of which expresses itself in a way and to an extent that countless souls will be able to escape their situation. Often remember these poor souls and don't ignore them in their adversity, for you will be richly rewarded for what you do for them out of merciful love, in as much as that you will receive spiritual help on earth from all souls which have come out of darkness into the light....
