Struggle on earth and in the afterlife for souls....

The spiritual world unfolds an unusual activity, both on earth and in the kingdom of the beyond. But forces of light as well as of darkness want to win over all people on earth and also the souls in the beyond and therefore do everything to succeed. On earth this unusual spiritual activity can be recognized by the addiction to pleasures of life on the one hand and the appearance of living proclaimers of Jesus Christ on the other.... thus an activity of evil forces which is countered by the world of light by visibly sending strength and help to people so that the willing do not perish in the whirlpool of the world. Likewise, increased activity of love can also be observed in the kingdom of the beyond, for the battle between light and darkness rages there too, and in view of the approaching end and thus the transformation of the possibilities of development an action of redemption also takes place on the greatest scale in the kingdom of the beyond. The souls are so obviously shown the way and offered help that only the completely hardened reject it, but the majority accept the help offered to them with gratitude. The working of love in the beyond and on earth is not unsuccessful, even though God's adversary has recently used all conceivable means to increase his flock of followers. Yet the world of light ensures everywhere that his art of deception and his thinking become evident.... so that people on earth and the souls in the spiritual kingdom will also clearly recognize what they have to expect from him and are willing to let themselves be influenced by the side which sent sparks of light to them and thereby caused them a benefit. Precisely the increased devilish activity of God's adversary entitles the world of light to likewise increase its influence, which will now also be exploited in every way. For the world of light knows about the forthcoming end and also about the necessity of increased help, and its love impels it to this help, which therefore obviously expresses itself on earth as well as in the kingdom of the beyond. For this reason you humans need not be surprised when you hear of spiritual revivals, of living representatives of christianity and their strength, of seers and prophets who all prove the influence of the world of light on those who seriously seek God.... but you will now also understand why the working of the counter-spirit is so obvious and that its pernicious influence is also recognizable in the hostile attitude of the majority of people towards those who profess God and His kingdom. And this will become even more obvious the closer the end is.... But no person needs to fear the work of the dark world who only adheres to Jesus Christ, who recognizes his God and father of eternity in Him and who is therefore immune to all his adversary's arts of seduction. For the spiritual world will just as obviously stand by him and also make itself known in a very clear way. This is why all of you humans can still experience strange things in the last days, both positive and negative, for God's adversary uses the short time left to him in a truly diabolical way, but his opposing forces, the beings of the world of light, do not tire in their fight against him either. They, too, are allowed unusual activity where it is necessary to protect people or souls in the beyond against the adversary, and much strength has to be distributed for resistance and for the living confession of Jesus' name, because this confession will be demanded. Then it will also prove how helpful the good forces are to all who strive towards God, who strive to live in His will and who commend themselves to Him and His grace.... And they will not fall prey to the adversary's arts of seduction, for they stand under the protection of God and the world of light....

Kampf auf Erden und im Jenseits um die Seelen....

Eine ungewöhnliche Tätigkeit entfaltet die geistige Welt, sowohl auf Erden als auch im jenseitigen Reich. Doch Kräfte des Lichtes wie auch der Finsternis sind es, die alle Menschen auf der Erde und auch die jenseitigen Seelen gewinnen möchten für sich und die darum alles tun, um Erfolg zu haben. Auf Erden ist dieses ungewöhnliche geistige Wirken zu erkennen an der Sucht nach Lebensgenüssen einerseits und dem Auftreten lebendiger Verkünder Jesu Christi andererseits.... also ein Wirken der schlechten Kräfte, dem von seiten der Lichtwelt begegnet wird, indem sichtlich den Menschen Kraft und Hilfe zugeleitet wird, auf daß nicht die Willigen in dem Strudel der Welt untergehen. Ebenso ist auch im jenseitigen Reich erhöhtes Liebewirken zu verzeichnen, denn auch dort wütet der Kampf zwischen Licht und Finsternis, und in Anbetracht des nahen Endes und also Umwandlung der Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten findet auch im jenseitigen Reich eine Erlösungsaktion im größten Umfang statt. Es wird den Seelen so offensichtlich der Weg gewiesen und Hilfe angeboten, daß nur die ganz Verhärteten solche zurückweisen, aber die Mehrzahl mit Dankbarkeit die ihnen dargebotene Hilfe annimmt. Das Liebewirken im Jenseits und auf der Erde ist nicht erfolglos, wenngleich der Gegner Gottes in der letzten Zeit auch alle erdenklichen Mittel anwendet, um seine Anhängerschar zu vergrößern. Doch die Lichtwelt sorgt überall dafür, daß seine Trugkünste und sein Denken offenbar werden.... auf daß also auch die Menschen auf der Erde und die Seelen im geistigen Reich klarstens erkennen, was sie von ihm zu erwarten haben, und willig sind, sich von der Seite beeinflussen zu lassen, die ihnen Lichtfunken zugehen ließ und ihnen dadurch eine Wohltat bereitete. Gerade das verstärkte teuflische Wirken des Gegners von Gott berechtigt die Lichtwelt zu ebenfalls verstärktem Einwirken und Einfluß, der nun aber auch ausgenützt wird in jeder Weise. Denn die Lichtwelt weiß um das bevorstehende Ende und auch um die Notwendigkeit verstärkter Hilfe, und ihre Liebe treibt sie an zu dieser Hilfe, die also sich sowohl auf Erden als auch im jenseitigen Reich offensichtlich äußert. Darum brauchet ihr Menschen euch auch nicht zu wundern, wenn ihr von geistigen Erweckungen, von lebendigen Vertretern des Christentums und ihrer Kraft, von Sehern und Propheten höret, die alle das Einwirken der Lichtwelt auf die Gott-ernstlich-Suchenden beweisen.... wie ihr aber auch nun verstehen werdet, warum auch des Gegengeistes Wirken so offensichtlich ist und daß sein verderblicher Einfluß auch erkennbar ist an der feindlichen Einstellung der Mehrzahl der Menschen denen gegenüber, die sich für Gott und Sein Reich bekennen. Und es wird dies noch offensichtlicher werden, je näher das Ende ist.... Aber kein Mensch braucht das Wirken der finsteren Welt zu fürchten, der nur sich an Jesus Christus hält, der in Ihm seinen Gott und Vater von Ewigkeit erkennt und der darum gefeit ist gegen alle Verführungskünste seines Gegners. Denn ihm wird ebenso offensichtlich die geistige Welt zur Seite stehen und auch in ganz deutlicher Weise sich zu erkennen geben. Darum könnet ihr Menschen alle noch in der letzten Zeit seltsame Dinge erleben, sowohl positiver als auch negativer Art, denn der Gegner Gottes nützet die kurze Zeit, die ihm noch bleibt, in wahrhaft teuflischer Weise, aber auch seine Gegenkräfte, die Wesen der Lichtwelt, ermüden nicht in ihrem Kampf wider ihn.... Auch ihnen ist ungewöhnliches Wirken gestattet, wo es gilt, die Menschen oder die Seelen im Jenseits zu schützen gegen den Widersacher, und viel Kraft ausgeteilt werden muß zum Widerstand und zum lebendigen Bekennen des Namens Jesu, weil dieses Bekenntnis wird gefordert werden. Dann wird es sich auch erweisen, wie hilfreich die guten Kräfte allen zur Seite stehen, die Gott anstreben, die in Seinem Willen zu leben sich bemühen und die sich Ihm und Seiner Gnade empfehlen.... Und sie werden nicht den Verführungskünsten des Gegners zum Opfer fallen, denn sie stehen im Schutze Gottes und der lichtvollen Welt....
