The ability to hear God's voice.... Conditions....
You are only able to hear the voice of the spirit if all your thoughts and intentions apply to Me alone, if you thus completely detach your thoughts from the earthly world. This does not imply that you should not perform your earthly duties or totally withdraw into solitude. For this does not correspond to My will, but in the midst of the bustle of the world you should look for the opportunity, and you will indeed find it, where your soul disassociates itself from the world, where you can briefly detach yourselves from all earthly thoughts, hence where your soul lifts itself into spheres which are unrelated to Earth, where I Am the focal point of your thoughts, feelings and inclinations, where it looks for and wishes to speak to Me. Everyone can establish such short contacts with Me if he wants to, he can even turn his thoughts towards Me for a few minutes during his earthly work, and I will pay attention to every thought and impart My Word to him; and if a person mentally remains for a longer time in My kingdom, if he takes the time to hold an inner conversation with Me and pays attention to the thoughts flowing to him as a reply, he will develop the ability to hear My voice, and it will soon sound to him like a gentle but clearly pronounced Word in his heart. You all can develop this ability within yourselves; however, it requires complete detachment from the world.... Nothing externally must affect the human being if he clearly wants to hear the voice inside. For this reason it also takes considerable strength of will to withdraw from the outer world and not to allow any part of this world take effect upon oneself.... I must be desired and be able to completely permeate his heart, otherwise I cannot be present to him and he will not be able to hear Me either. No-one can serve two masters.... When I speak everything else must be silent, and anyone who shall possess My love, which manifests itself in the Word, must also grant Me his love and willingly detach himself from all worldly matters, for My gift is precious and must also be appropriately appreciated ....

Fähigkeit, Gottes Stimme zu vernehmen.... Bedingungen....
Die Stimme des Geistes könnet ihr nur vernehmen, so euer Sinnen und Trachten Mir allein gilt, also ihr eure Gedanken gänzlich abwendet von der irdischen Welt. Damit soll nicht gesagt sein, daß ihr eure irdischen Pflichten nicht erfüllen oder ihr euch gänzlich in die Einsamkeit zurückziehen sollet. Denn dieses entspricht nicht Meinem Willen, doch mitten im Weltgetriebe müsset ihr Gelegenheit suchen, und ihr werdet sie auch finden, wo eure Seele sich trennet von der Welt, wo ihr in euch gehen könnet, wo ihr euch für kurze Zeit frei machet von jedem irdischen Gedanken, wo also eure Seele sich in Sphären schwingt, die mit der Erde nichts zu tun haben, wo Ich der Mittelpunkt des Denkens, Fühlens und Wollens bin, wo sie also Mich sucht und mit Mir zu reden begehret. Solche kurze Verbindungen mit Mir kann jeder Mensch herstellen, so er nur will, selbst mitten in der irdischen Arbeit kann er seine Gedanken auf Minuten Mir zuwenden, und Ich werde eines jeden Gedankens achten und ihn bedenken mit Meinem Wort, und so der Mensch längere Zeit gedanklich in Meinem Reich weilt, so er sich Zeit nimmt, innerliche Zwiesprache zu halten mit Mir, und der ihm als Antwort zugehenden Gedanken achtet, wird er die Fähigkeit, Meine Stimme zu vernehmen, in sich ausbilden, und bald wird sie ihm tönen wie ein leises, aber klar ausgesprochenes Wort im Herzen. Ihr alle könnet diese Fähigkeit in euch ausbilden, doch es gehört dazu ein völliges Abwenden von der Welt.... Es darf nichts von außen an den Menschen herantreten, will er die Stimme von innen deutlich vernehmen. Und darum gehört auch eine große Willensstärke dazu, sich abzuschließen von der Außenwelt und nichts auf sich einwirken zu lassen, was Anteil dieser Welt ist.... Ich muß begehrt werden und ganz allein sein Herz einnehmen können, ansonsten Ich ihm nicht gegenwärtig sein kann und er Mich auch nicht vernimmt. Niemand kann zweien Herren dienen.... So Ich rede, muß alles andere schweigen, und wem Meine Liebe gehören soll, die im Wort zum Ausdruck kommt, der muß auch Mir seine Liebe schenken und sich willig lösen von allem Weltlichen, denn Meine Gabe ist kostbar und muß auch entsprechend gewürdigt werden....
