Working for the kingdom of God.... Mission....

People who are permeated by the spirit of truth are chosen to spread this truth, and this is a responsible mission on earth, for receiving the truth is also a commitment to pass it on. Constant activity is expected of them, activity for the kingdom of God which conveys the truth to earth through these people. Yet the hearts of those chosen to do so are able to love, otherwise the spirit of God would be unable to take effect in them. And this ability to love lets the work of spreading the divine truth become a joyful task which they gladly and readily comply with. As soon as a person is imbued by divine truth he also loses the sense for the pleasures and goods of the world; he only derives joy from spiritual knowledge and therefore the spiritual work becomes his purpose in life. And yet it is a responsible task if he bears in mind that he has the opportunity to lead untold souls onto the right path, onto the path of realisation, and that he must make the most of this opportunity in every way.... As a representative of God he is placed into a field of activity where he can work exceedingly successfully; however, it requires a firm will, great love, patience and perseverance, it requires the keen activity of body and soul, both have to yield to the urging of the spirit, which constantly spurs them to do this work. Thus the human being must place himself entirely at God’s disposal Who informs the human being through His spirit about what his work consists of. As long as the soul is still in two minds it cannot hear the voice of the spirit clearly enough and must try to banish this state by unreservedly handing itself over to God and appealing to Him for his correct guidance in every way.... It must not anxiously speculate and think but must completely and trustingly hand itself over to the spirit’s guidance and it will always take the right path.... Then all events in life will approach a person so that he can accomplish his spiritual work, so that he can work for the kingdom of God.

This work is not obvious at first, for the time has not yet come for the working of the labourer’s of the Lord.... As yet His labourers are prepared in silence, and their activity, too, is limited; however, they shall even be active in silence until the time comes when great activity will start for the salvation of the souls which will suffer great adversity. But the spirit in the human being will guide him to where his work is needed. For time and again souls will be prepared who will likewise be responsible for working for the kingdom of God, for many labourers will be required in the vineyard of the Lord. Prior to this the divine truth will be conveyed to them, so that they will become competent labourers and be able to work for God in the coming time. For they will be needed by countless souls who still linger in spiritual darkness and will not be able to find the path to the light.... but where divine truth exists that is where light is shining, and if the light is given to people in the right way, if the truth is offered to them with love, many a heart will open up and allow itself to become enlightened. Being able to save souls for eternity is a happiness-inducing mission, it is a mission which is constantly accompanied by God’s blessing, and every labourer in the vineyard of the Lord can be assured of divine help by merely eagerly striving to speak on behalf of the kingdom of God on earth, for then he will always be supported by spiritual forces and his work will be blessed....

Tätigkeit für das Reich Gottes.... Mission....

Vom Geist der Wahrheit durchströmte Menschen sind dazu berufen, diese Wahrheit zu verbreiten, und es ist dies eine verantwortungsvolle Mission auf Erden, denn das Empfangen der Wahrheit verpflichtet auch, sie weiterzuleiten. Es wird eine ständige Tätigkeit von ihnen gefordert, eine Tätigkeit für das Reich Gottes, aus welchem auch die Wahrheit zur Erde geleitet wird durch jene Menschen. Doch die dazu berufen sind, deren Herzen sind liebefähig, ansonsten der Geist Gottes in ihnen nicht wirken könnte. Und diese Liebefähigkeit läßt ihnen auch das Amt des Verbreitens der göttlichen Wahrheit zu einer beglückenden Aufgabe werden, der sie gern und bereitwillig nachkommen. Sowie göttliche Wahrheit einen Menschen erfüllt, geht ihm auch der Sinn für die Freuden und Güter der Welt verloren; ihn beglückt nur das geistige Wissen, und die geistige Tätigkeit ist darum sein Lebensinhalt geworden. Und dennoch ist diese Tätigkeit verantwortungsvoll, wenn er sich vorstellt, daß er die Möglichkeit hat, unzählige Seelen auf den rechten Weg, auf den Weg des Erkennens zu leiten, und daß er diese Möglichkeit ausnutzen muß in jeder Weise.... Er ist als Beauftragter Gottes in ein Tätigkeitsfeld hineingestellt, wo er ungemein erfolgreich arbeiten kann, doch es gehört dazu ein fester Wille, große Liebe, Geduld und Ausdauer; es gehört dazu rege Tätigkeit des Körpers und der Seele, beide müssen dem Drängen des Geistes nachgeben, der sie unentwegt anspornt zu dieser Tätigkeit. Also es muß sich der Mensch voll und ganz in den Dienst Gottes stellen, Der durch Seinen Geist dem Menschen kundtut, worin seine Arbeit besteht. Solange die Seele noch wankelmütig ist, vernimmt sie nicht klar genug des Geistes Stimme in sich, und sie muß diesen Zustand zu bannen versuchen, indem sie sich rückhaltlos Gott hingibt und Ihn bittet, sie recht zu lenken auf allen ihren Wegen.... Sie darf nicht ängstlich grübeln und denken, sondern sie muß sich vollgläubig der Führung des Geistes in ihr überlassen, und ihr Weg wird ständig recht sein.... Und dann treten alle Geschehnisse des Lebens so an den Menschen heran, daß er seiner geistigen Arbeit nachkommen kann, daß er arbeiten kann für das Reich Gottes. Es ist diese Arbeit zuerst nicht offensichtlich, denn die Zeit ist noch nicht gekommen für das Wirken der Arbeiter des Herrn.... Noch werden Seine Arbeiter im stillen zubereitet, und auch ihre Tätigkeit ist eine beschränkte, doch es soll auch im stillen gewirkt werden bis zu der Zeit, wo die große Tätigkeit einsetzen wird zur Rettung der Seelen, die in großer Not sind. Der Geist im Menschen aber führet ihn dorthin, wo seine Tätigkeit nötig ist. Denn immer wieder werden Seelen zubereitet, denen dann gleichfalls die Arbeit für das Reich Gottes obliegt, denn es werden viele Arbeiter benötigt im Weinberg des Herrn. Und die göttliche Wahrheit wird zuvor ihnen zugeführt, auf daß sie tüchtige Arbeiter werden und für Gott wirken können in der kommenden Zeit. Denn unzählige Seelen bedürfen ihrer, die noch in finsterer Geistesnacht sind und den Weg zum Licht nicht finden.... Wo aber die göttliche Wahrheit ist, dort leuchtet das Licht, und so den Menschen das Licht gebracht wird in der richtigen Form, so ihnen die Wahrheit geboten wird in Liebe, werden sich so manche Herzen erschließen und von dem Licht durchstrahlen lassen. Es ist dies eine beglückende Mission, Seelen erretten zu können für die Ewigkeit, es ist eine Mission, die ständig vom Segen Gottes begleitet ist, und es kann jeder Arbeiter im Weinberg des Herrn der göttlichen Hilfe gewiß sein, so er nur emsig danach trachtet, für das Reich Gottes auf Erden zu werben, denn dann wird er stets unterstützt werden von geistigen Kräften, und seine Tätigkeit wird eine gesegnete sein....
