Fight against various schools of thought authorized by God....

Whoever wants to confess God before the world must be convinced in his faith, otherwise he will not stand firm against the persecutions and threats of the world. Convinced faith, however, does not let him become discouraged because he does not doubt God's help when it is needed. Convinced faith, however, cannot be learnt or taught; it must be won through serious reflection and right prayer. And that is why God allows the battle against the various schools of thought, in order to cause people to reflect on the pros and cons of the various doctrines of faith. The human being has usually been pushed into a school of thought, initially against his own will, i.e. he belongs to the school of thought which was presented to him as right by his fellow human beings or whose teaching he has absorbed through his upbringing.... And so there are many such schools of thought, and each one claims to be right. As soon as a person seriously reflects he must recognize the flimsiness of some doctrines and reject them as unacceptable, and he does so as soon as he seriously strives for God and the truth. If a school of thought is endangered by human measures or prohibitions, then the human being takes a very special stand on it, and this is the purpose or the reason why God allows the world to proceed; for now the opportunity is given to exchange the most diverse opinions and to reflect on each one. Nothing happens in the world without purpose, and even where the human will strives for the opposite, God directs the effect of the wrong will in such a way that spiritual advantage can accrue to man if he does not resist it. The coming battle of faith will be fought so fiercely that the human being will have to make a decision because his earthly comfort and his life are at stake. And then everyone will ask himself what he will gain and what he will give up if he decides in favour of God or the world. And then only he who is (firmly) convinced in his faith will stand firm. But he will defend his opinion, he will stand up for God and confess Him loudly before all the world. For he has penetrated spiritual knowledge through serious reflection and thus nothing frightens him, no matter what people do against him, because he knows that he is protected by God Whom he has recognized. God Himself has introduced him to spiritual knowledge and strengthened his faith by withstanding every temptation. For as soon as a person seriously reflects and deepens himself spiritually, God Himself is close to him and He instructs him mentally, and the result is a firm and convinced faith which people can no longer rob him of. The battle against the various schools of thought causes people to take a stand more than ever, partly forced by worldly measures or of their own accord in order to reach the light. And serious reflection is always beneficial, for only now will the doctrines of faith gain life, only now will the human being himself awaken to life and be active; he will accept what seems acceptable to him and reject what he cannot affirm with conviction. And that is why the battles of faith are permitted by God, so that people decide before the decision is demanded of them. The battle of faith will be carried into all circles, high and low, rich and poor, old and young will be touched by it, and the question will arise in all of them: What can I stand for with conviction? And in order to be able to answer this question, he must mentally take a stand on what has been offered to him so far as tradition, what he has taken over again from people. And only then can he decide either to defend it with conviction or to speak out against it with equal conviction, depending on the person's will for truth and his striving for God....

La lotta contro differenti orientamenti spirituali concessi da Dio

Chi si vuole dichiarare per Dio davanti al mondo, dev'essere di fede convinta, altrimenti non resiste contro le persecuzioni e minacce del mondo. La fede convinta però non lo fa diventare scoraggiato, perché non dubita nell'Aiuto di Dio quando è necessario. La fede convinta però non può essere imparata e neppure trasmessa scolasticamente, dev'essere conquistata da sé attraverso la seria riflessione e la giusta preghiera. Perciò Dio permette la lotta di diversi orientamenti spirituali, per indurre gli uomini con ciò a riflettere sul pro e contro dei diversi insegnamenti di fede. L'uomo è stato quasi sempre spinto in una direzione di fede, dapprima contro la sua propria volontà, cioè appartiene a quella direzione di fede, che gli è stata presentata come giusta dai prossimi oppure ha accolto in sé i suoi insegnamenti attraverso l'educazione. Quindi si stanno di fronte molti di tali orientamenti, ed ognuno pretende di essere quello giusto. Appena l'uomo riflette seriamente, deve riconoscere la menzogna di qualche insegnamento di fede e rigettarlo come inaccettabile e lo fa anche, appena tende seriamente a Dio e la Verità. Se ora un orientamento spirituale è in pericolo attraverso disposizioni o divieti umani, allora l'uomo ne prende particolarmente posizione e questo è lo scopo o il motivo, che Dio concede il procedere del mondo; perché ora è data l'opportunità di scambiare le più diverse opinioni e riflettere su ognuna di esse. Nel mondo nulla succede senza scopo e persino dove la volontà umana tende al contrario, Dio guida l'effetto della volontà errata in modo che all'uomo ne possa sorgere un vantaggio spirituale, se non vi si oppone. La lotta di fede in arrivo verrà condotta in modo così aspro, che l'uomo si deve decidere, perché si tratta del suo benessere terreno e della sua vita. Ed allora ognuno si domanderà che cosa guadagna e che cosa perde, se si decide per Dio oppure per il mondo. Allora resisterà solamente colui che è di fede salda, convinta. Costui sosterrà la sua opinione, si adopererà per Dio e lo dichiarerà a voce alta davanti a tutto il mondo; perché attraverso la seria riflessione è penetrato nel sapere spirituale e quindi non lo spaventa nulla di ciò che gli uomini vogliano ancora intraprendere contro di lui, perché si sa protetto da Dio, il Quale ha riconosciuto. Dio Stesso lo ha introdotto nel sapere spirituale e con ciò fortificato la sua fede, affinché resista ad ogni tentazione. Perché appena l'uomo riflette seriamente e si immerge nello spirituale, Dio Stesso gli E' vicino, ed Egli lo istruisce mentalmente ed il risultato è una fede salda, convinta, che gli uomini non gli possono più rubare. La lotta contro i diversi orientamenti spirituale fa in modo che gli uomini prendano posizione più che mai, in parte perché costretti da disposizioni mondane oppure per propria spinta, per giungere alla Luce. Una riflessione seria è sempre di Benedizione, perché solo ora gli insegnamenti di fede conquistano la vita, solo ora l'uomo stesso si risveglierà alla Vita e sarà attivo; accetterà ciò che gli sembra accettabile e rifiuterà ciò che non può affermare convinto. Perciò da Dio vengono permesse le lotte di fede, affinché gli uomini si decidano, prima che venga da loro pretesa la decisione. La lotta di fede verrà introdotta in tutti i cerchi, ne verranno toccati i erchi, alti oti o bassi, poveri e ricchii uomini si decidano, prima che venga da loro pretesas la decisione. superiori ed inferiori, poveri e ricchi, vecchi e giovani ed in tutti sorgerà la domanda: Che cosa posso sostenere con convinzione? E per poter rispondere a questa domanda, deve prenderne posizione mentalmente su ciò che finora gli è stato offerto come tradizione, che cosa ha nuovamente accettato da uomini. Solo allora può decidersi o di rappresentare con convinzione oppure esprimersi anche convinto contro, secondo la volontà dell'uomo per la Verità ed il suo tendere verso Dio.
