Fight against various schools of thought authorized by God....

Whoever wants to confess God before the world must be convinced in his faith, otherwise he will not stand firm against the persecutions and threats of the world. Convinced faith, however, does not let him become discouraged because he does not doubt God's help when it is needed. Convinced faith, however, cannot be learnt or taught; it must be won through serious reflection and right prayer. And that is why God allows the battle against the various schools of thought, in order to cause people to reflect on the pros and cons of the various doctrines of faith. The human being has usually been pushed into a school of thought, initially against his own will, i.e. he belongs to the school of thought which was presented to him as right by his fellow human beings or whose teaching he has absorbed through his upbringing.... And so there are many such schools of thought, and each one claims to be right. As soon as a person seriously reflects he must recognize the flimsiness of some doctrines and reject them as unacceptable, and he does so as soon as he seriously strives for God and the truth. If a school of thought is endangered by human measures or prohibitions, then the human being takes a very special stand on it, and this is the purpose or the reason why God allows the world to proceed; for now the opportunity is given to exchange the most diverse opinions and to reflect on each one. Nothing happens in the world without purpose, and even where the human will strives for the opposite, God directs the effect of the wrong will in such a way that spiritual advantage can accrue to man if he does not resist it. The coming battle of faith will be fought so fiercely that the human being will have to make a decision because his earthly comfort and his life are at stake. And then everyone will ask himself what he will gain and what he will give up if he decides in favour of God or the world. And then only he who is (firmly) convinced in his faith will stand firm. But he will defend his opinion, he will stand up for God and confess Him loudly before all the world. For he has penetrated spiritual knowledge through serious reflection and thus nothing frightens him, no matter what people do against him, because he knows that he is protected by God Whom he has recognized. God Himself has introduced him to spiritual knowledge and strengthened his faith by withstanding every temptation. For as soon as a person seriously reflects and deepens himself spiritually, God Himself is close to him and He instructs him mentally, and the result is a firm and convinced faith which people can no longer rob him of. The battle against the various schools of thought causes people to take a stand more than ever, partly forced by worldly measures or of their own accord in order to reach the light. And serious reflection is always beneficial, for only now will the doctrines of faith gain life, only now will the human being himself awaken to life and be active; he will accept what seems acceptable to him and reject what he cannot affirm with conviction. And that is why the battles of faith are permitted by God, so that people decide before the decision is demanded of them. The battle of faith will be carried into all circles, high and low, rich and poor, old and young will be touched by it, and the question will arise in all of them: What can I stand for with conviction? And in order to be able to answer this question, he must mentally take a stand on what has been offered to him so far as tradition, what he has taken over again from people. And only then can he decide either to defend it with conviction or to speak out against it with equal conviction, depending on the person's will for truth and his striving for God....

Lucha contra las diferentes direcciones espirituales permitidas por Dios....

Quien quiera confesar a Dios ante el mundo, debe ser de fe convencida, de lo contrario no podría resistir las persecuciones y amenazas del mundo. Pero la fe convencida no le deja desanimarse porque no duda de la ayuda de Dios, si es necesaria. La fe convencida, sin embargo, no puede aprenderse ni transferirse en las escuelas, debe ganarse mediante la reflexión seria y la oración correcta.

Y es por eso que Dios permite la lucha contra las diferentes direcciones espirituales, para ocasionar a la gente a pensar en los pros y los contras de las diferentes doctrinas de la fe. El hombre ha sido empujado principalmente hacia una dirección espiritual, al principio en contra de su propia voluntad, es decir, pertenece a la dirección de espíritu que le fue presentada como correcta por sus semejantes o cuya enseñanza ha recibido a través de la educación....

Y entonces hay muchas direcciones enfrentadas entre sí, y cada una afirma ser correcta. Tan pronto como una persona piensa seriamente, debe reconocer la naturaleza raída de algunas doctrinas y rechazarlas como inaceptables, y lo hace tan pronto como se esfuerza seriamente por Dios y la verdad.

Si ahora una dirección de espíritu se ve influenciada por medidas o prohibiciones humanas, entonces la persona toma una posición particularmente especial, y este es el propósito o la causa por la que Dios permite que el mundo proceda, porque ahora existe la oportunidad de intercambiar las más variadas opiniones y reflexionar sobre cada una. Nada sucede en el mundo sin un propósito, e incluso cuando la voluntad humana lucha por lo contrario, Dios dirige el efecto de la voluntad incorrecta de tal manera que el hombre puede obtener una ventaja espiritual de ella si no la resiste.

La lucha de fe venidera se librará con tanta fuerza que el hombre tendrá que tomar una decisión, porque se trata de su bienestar terrenal y de su vida. Y entonces todo el mundo se preguntará lo que gana y a lo que renuncia si se decide por Dios o por el mundo. Y entonces solo resistirá aquel que esté (firmemente) convencido de la fe. Pero este último presentará su opinión, defenderá a Dios y lo confesará en voz alta ante todo el mundo.

Porque penetró en el conocimiento espiritual a través de una sería reflexión, y por eso nada le asusta, lo que la gente también hace contra él, porque se siente protegido por Dios, a Quien ha reconocido. Dios Mismo lo introdujo al conocimiento espiritual y ha fortalecido su fe a través de esto, para que resista a toda tentación.

Porque en cuanto el hombre piensa seriamente y se profundiza espiritualmente. Dios Mismo está cerca de él y lo instruye mentalmente y el resultado es una fe firme y convencida que los hombres ya no le pueden robar. La lucha contra las diferentes direcciones de espíritu tiene el efecto de que la gente toma una posición más que nunca, en parte forzada por medidas mundanas o por su propia voluntad para llegar a la luz. Y una reflexión seria siempre es beneficiosa, porque solo ahora cobran vida las doctrinas, solo ahora el hombre mismo despierta a la vida y estará activo; aceptará lo que le parece aceptable y rechazará lo que no puede afirmar con seguridad.

Y es por eso que Dios permite las luchas religiosas, para que las personas se decidan antes de que se les exija una decisión. La lucha religiosa se llevará a todos los círculos, altos y bajos, pobres y ricos, viejos y jóvenes se verán afectados por ella, y la pregunta surgirá en todos: ¿Qué puede defender con convicción? Y para poder responder a esta pregunta tiene que tomar una posición mental lo que se le fue ofrecido como tradición hasta ahora, lo que ha tomado de nuevo de la gente. Y solo entonces podrá representar con convicción o expresarse igualmente convencido en su contra, dependiendo de la voluntad de la persona por la verdad y de su esfuerzo hacia Dios....
