Love protection against evil....

Love is a powerful weapon in the battle against evil, and he who fights with this weapon will be victorious. He who stands in love cannot be harmed by the evil power, he is protected against all attempts by the enemy to harm him. And thus the human being's first endeavour should be to practice love, then he will be exposed to few temptations, for the enemy will not bother a loving person because he knows that his efforts are unsuccessful. And therefore the person who is active in love will lead an easier life on earth, he will not be exposed to such severe suffering or adversity, for if he is in love he is already turned towards God and no longer needs suffering to reshape his thinking. Love and God are inseparable, to be lovingly active means at the same time to reduce the distance to God, it therefore means to come ever closer to God. And where God Himself is in man through love, the enemy will understandably not be able to be there, i.e. man will not be exposed to his oppression. Practicing love is the first and most important commandment, because only the loving person is entitled to divine love. The affection of divine love, however, is the only thing that man should desire on earth, for divine love fulfils everything for him, it gives him earthly and spiritual good, it gives him peace of mind, it gives him strength and grace, it introduces him to knowledge and keeps him away from all impurity that surrounds man and oppresses him.... Divine love has only one goal, to move its creatures to join the creator from eternity.... therefore love will always favour the union with God and consequently mean the detachment from the power that is against God.... So where love is, there cannot be the adversary of God, therefore the loving human being cannot be at the mercy of the adversary's activities either. He protects himself against him if he lives in love.... He thereby pushes towards God, and God grants him His protection against all evil....

Liebe Schutz gegen das Böse....

Eine mächtige Waffe im Kampf gegen das Böse ist die Liebe, und wer mit dieser Waffe kämpft, der wird Sieger sein. Wer in der Liebe steht, dem kann die böse Macht nichts anhaben, er ist geschützt gegen alle Versuche des Feindes, ihm ein Leid zuzufügen. Und also soll erstes Bemühen des Menschen sein, sich in der Liebe zu üben, dann wird er wenigen Versuchungen ausgesetzt sein, denn einen liebenden Menschen behelligt der Feind nicht, weil er weiß, daß seine Bemühungen erfolglos sind. Und daher wird der liebetätige Mensch ein leichteres Leben auf Erden führen, er wird nicht so schwerem Leid oder Mißhelligkeiten ausgesetzt sein, denn so er in der Liebe steht, ist er schon Gott zugewandt und benötigt das Leid nicht mehr zur Umgestaltung seines Denkens. Die Liebe und Gott sind untrennbar, liebend tätig zu sein heißt gleichzeitig, die Gottferne zu verringern, es heißt also, Gott immer näherzukommen. Und wo Gott Selbst durch die Liebe im Menschen ist, dort wird verständlicherweise der Feind nicht sein können, also der Mensch dessen Bedrängen nicht ausgesetzt sein. Die Liebe zu üben ist erstes und wichtigstes Gebot, weil ja erst der liebetätige Mensch Anrecht hat auf die göttliche Liebe. Die Zuwendung der göttlichen Liebe aber ist das einzige, was der Mensch auf Erden begehren soll, denn die göttliche Liebe erfüllt ihm alles, sie gibt ihm irdisches und geistiges Gut, sie gibt ihm den Frieden der Seele, sie gibt ihm Kraft und Gnade, sie führt ihn ein in das Wissen und hält ihm alles Unreine fern, das den Menschen umgibt und ihn bedrängt.... Die göttliche Liebe hat nur ein Ziel, ihre Geschöpfe zu bewegen, sich dem Schöpfer von Ewigkeit anzuschließen.... also wird die Liebe immer den Zusammenschluß mit Gott begünstigen und folglich das Lösen bedeuten von der Macht, die wider Gott ist.... Wo also die Liebe ist, kann nicht der Gegner Gottes sein, darum kann der liebende Mensch auch nicht dem Treiben des Widersachers ausgeliefert sein. Er schützt sich selbst wider diesen, so er in der Liebe lebt.... Er drängt dadurch zu Gott, und Gott gewährt ihm Seinen Schutz gegen alles Böse....
