Worldly power.... righteous leadership....

In the worldly power the spiritual embodies itself, which is destined to rule on earth in order to again be a guide for many people on earth. The ruling power can likewise fulfil tasks on earth in the will of God if it humbly submits to Him, i.e. asks His blessing for everything it has to carry out according to its power.... Then the ruler will be a just and wise leader for the people, for God's will will then be revealed through him. The spiritual power of such a ruler is therefore likewise prepared to serve, and it has been given an office for earthly time which prescribes the leadership of many people. But now the leader must fulfil this task in such a way that the people entrusted to him derive an advantage from it, both earthly and spiritually. The ruler must not abuse his office by harming people in body or soul. Those entrusted to him must not suffer any earthly or spiritual disadvantage as a result of his ruling power, they must be happy and content under his rule and their state of mind must improve, then the ruler will exercise his power in accordance with divine will. And he then serves on earth even though he rules. For he gives an infinite number of people the opportunity to mature spiritually and at the same time he also exercises neighbourly love towards those for whom he makes earthly life bearable. However, if he abuses his power in order to oppress his subjects, if he tries to take advantage of them himself, if he uses violence, i.e. unkindness, against them, if he does not respect their property or otherwise causes them any physical or psychological harm, then his rule is not service which is God-willed but he is influenced by the adversary who fights love and only allows unkindness and hatred to speak. Then the people who are subject to such a ruler are endangered in body and soul. For unkindness will lead to unkindness again. People will inflict on each other what is inflicted on them by this power. Whoever is in danger of losing property will also want to take his neighbour's property, every injustice that the ruler inflicts on his people will be imitated, and people will harass and antagonize each other because they are following the example of the one who is supposed to be their leader. As he leads them, so these people go, they are, as it were, in bondage to him as long as they do not yet fully recognize him. They do the same as he does before them and believe themselves to be in the right, even if it is an act of unkindness. And the spirit harboured in such a ruler is far from redeeming itself.... It is still too much under the power of the opponent and does what he wants. And then the people are misled and in great danger, for the souls are likewise dominated by evil power. And that is why people must be made to realize that if they have a leader who does not carry out God's will but is in the service of evil, so that they may learn to judge his deeds and refrain from imitating them. A ruler should always be a shining example for his subjects, he himself should live in such a way that no blame can fall on him, he should acknowledge God and always seek His will, he should be a strict and just but also a kind judge who influences his people in love and tries to influence them so that they follow him gladly and willingly.... Then he will have great power over his people and use this power for good.... Then he will lead his people as God wills.... He will be their counsellor in earthly as well as in spiritual need, he will only be concerned to administer the office given to him justly and wisely, he will lead the people on the right path, he will pray to God for strength for his earthly task, and God will help him to be a just and loving ruler for his people....

Poder mundano.... Liderazgo justo....

Lo espiritual está encarnado en el poder mundano, porque está destinado a gobernar en la Tierra para volver a ser guía para muchos seres humanos en la Tierra. El poder gobernante también puede cumplir tareas en la Tierra según la voluntad de Dios si se somete humildemente a Él y Le pide Su bendición para todo lo que tiene que realizar según su poder.... Entonces el gobernante se convertirá en un líder justo y sabio para el pueblo, porque entonces la voluntad de Dios se da a conocer a través de él.

La fuerza espiritual de tal gobernante también está listo para servir, y se le ha dado un oficio, y se le ha dado un oficio para el tiempo en la Tierra que le prescribe guiar a muchos humanos. Pero ahora el líder debe dedicarse a esta tarea de tal manera que los humanos que se le han confiados se beneficien, tanto terrenal como espiritualmente. El gobernante no debe abusar de su cargo, al perjudicar a los humanos en cuerpo y alma.

Aquellos que se le han confiado no deben sufrir ninguna desventaja terrenal o espiritual como resultado de su poder gobernante, deben estar felices y contentos bajo su gobierno, y su estado de ánimo debe mejorar, entonces el gobernante ejerce su poder según la voluntad divina. Y éste entonces está sirviendo en la Tierra, aunque está gobernando. Porque da a infinitos seres humanos la oportunidad de madurar espiritualmente, y al mismo tiempo practica también la caridad hacia aquellos a quienes hace soportable la vida terrenal.

Pero si abusa de su poder para oprimir a sus subordinados, si él mismo trata de aprovecharse de ellos, si actúa contra ellos con violencia, es decir, con crueldad, si no respeta sus bienes o les causa cualquier perjuicio físico o mental, entonces su gobierno no es un servicio querido por Dios, sino que está influenciado por el adversario que combate el amor y sólo deja hablar el desamor y el odio. Entonces los humanos que están subordinados a tal gobernante están en peligro en cuerpo y alma. Porque el desamor llevará nuevamente al desamor.

Los humanos se harán entre sí las mismas cosas lo que les trae esta violencia a ellos, Cualquiera que esté en peligro de perder sus bienes querrá también quitarles los bienes a su prójimo, cualquier injusticia que el gobernante inflija a su pueblo será imitada, y los humanos se acosarán y se volverán hostiles entre sí porque siguen su ejemplo, quienes deberían ser una guía para ellos. Así como él los dirige, así también los hacen estos humanos, están, por así decirlo, subordinados a él mientras aún no lo reconozcan correctamente.

Ellos hacen lo mismo, que él hace antes ellos y creen que tienen razón, aunque sea un acto de crueldad. Y lo espiritual que reside en tal gobernante está lejos de redimirse.... Todavía está demasiado bajo el poder del oponente y hace lo que éste quiere. Y entonces los humanos están engañados y corren un gran peligro, porque sus almas también están controladas por el poder del mal. Y por eso se debe dar a los humanos el conocimiento de que cuando tengan un líder que no hace la voluntad de Dios sino que está al servicio del mal, que aprendan a juzgar sus acciones y se abstengan de imitarlas.

Un gobernante debe ser siempre un brillante ejemplo para sus subordinados, debe vivir de tal manera que ninguna culpa puede caer sobre él, debe reconocer a Dios y buscar siempre Su voluntad, debe ser un juez estricto pero justo, pero también bondadoso, que influye en su pueblo con amor y busca influirlo de tal manera que lo sigue con gusto y voluntad.... Entonces tendrá un gran poder sobre su pueblo y usará este poder en el buen sentido.... Entonces guiará a su pueblo como Dios lo quiere.... Le será un buen consejero tanto en las dificultades terrenales como en las espirituales, sólo se ocupará de administrar con justicia y sabiduría el oficio que le ha sido confiado, guiará al pueblo en el camino correcto, orará a Dios para que le dé fuerzas para su tarea terrenal, y Dios le ayudará a ser un gobernante justo y amoroso para su pueblo....
