Bewijs – Proef – Vervulling van de voorspellingen

De mensheid verlangt een onweerlegbaar bewijs van de juistheid van dat, wat hun door de openbaringen gegeven wordt. Dit bewijs valt echter nooit te leveren, omdat de mens er in volledige geloofsvrijheid stelling over moet nemen, want een gedwongen geloof, dat een onweerlegbaar bewijs ten gevolge zou hebben, zou geen vrije beslissing van de mens voor of tegen God tot stand brengen.

Maar de mens kan zichzelf het onweerlegbare bewijs van de waarheid van de openbaringen verschaffen, doordat hij via de weg van de liefde tracht te bereiken, dat hij in zichzelf dezelfde openbaringen te horen krijgt, zodat hij dan uit vrije wil gelooft en zich niet meer van dit geloof laat beroven. Dit is het overtuigendste bewijs en het staat elk mens vrij om de proef op de som te nemen. Maar slechts weinigen nemen deze weg, omdat het hen onbegrijpelijk lijkt, dat de waarheid alleen maar door de liefde verkregen kan worden.

En daarom kan de mensheid alleen maar te hulp gekomen worden, doordat de voorspellingen, die door goddelijke openbaringen de mensen aangekondigd werden, vervuld worden. Dit is wel uiterst smartelijk, want het brengt onnoemelijk leed en ellende over de mensen. Maar wie niet totaal hardnekkig is, die herkent daarin de waarheid van dat, wat God over de aarde laat komen en hij schenkt meer aandacht aan Zijn woord dan eerst.

Maar God kan niet nog duidelijker tot de mensen spreken om hen tot geloof te bewegen, om de geloofsvrijheid niet te beknotten. En daarom zal het getal van degenen, die Zijn woord herkennen als dat, wat het is, gering zijn. In hen is de wil om te geloven aanwezig en hun harten zijn tot liefde in staat. Ze geloven ook zonder bewijs. Ze staan in het hart positief tegenover alles wat hun door het woord gegeven wordt en zijn zodoende ook in staat om voor dit woord op te komen en hun welbespraaktheid is een bewijs, dat als bewijs zou moeten gelden, waar hier naar verlangd wordt.

Proof.... sample.... fulfilment of predictions....

Mankind demands irrefutable proof of the correctness of what is conveyed to it through revelations. However, this proof can never be provided because the human being is supposed to take a stand on it in complete freedom of faith, for a forced faith, which would result in irrefutable proof, could not bring about a free decision by the human being in favour of or against God. But man can create for himself the irrefutable proof of the truth of the revelations by seeking to arrive at hearing the same revelations in himself by the path of love, so that he then believes of his own free will and no longer allows this faith to be robbed from him. This is the most convincing proof, and every person is free to put it to the test. But only a few take this path because it seems incomprehensible to them that truth can only be won through love. And therefore humanity can only be helped in such a way that the predictions announced to people through divine revelations will be fulfilled. This proof is indeed an extremely painful one, for it brings unspeakable suffering and misery upon people. Yet anyone who is not completely hardened in spirit will recognize the truth of what God allows to come to earth and will pay more attention to His word than before. But God cannot speak even more clearly to people in order to persuade them to believe, in order not to curtail their freedom of faith. And that is why the number of those who recognize His word for what it is will be small; in them is the will to believe and their hearts are capable of love. They also believe without proof, they affirm in their hearts everything that is imparted to them through the word and are therefore also able to stand up for this word, and their eloquence is a proof that should be regarded as evidence where this is required....
