Various schools of thought.... Pretended worship....

It is just like the time when Christ descended to earth.... People's thoughts are just as confused, they advocate the same misguided teachings, they believe to possess the sole truth and yet they are living right in the midst of falsehood.... Now, as then, they uphold their hollow creeds even though all vary from each other, each creed endorses its own point of view and each one is convinced that it can lay claim to the truthfulness of its teachings. And the number of schools of thought has grown considerably, there are not just a few opposing each other but a great variety of opinions has created a great variety of faith communities which all endeavour to win supporters and fanatically insist on the doctrines they endorse.... Hence it is essential that people receive the truth, that they at last learn what God expects from people.... It is essential that God's will is revealed to them so that they learn to recognise that the fulfilment of His will is the meaning and purpose of life on earth.... However, every church or spiritual movement teaches that it proclaims God's will and still the various creeds differ. At the time of Christ's descent to earth people prided themselves just like today on practicing various customs, the divine service was fanatically performed and lacked spirit so that people did not establish any heartfelt contact with their God and Creator....

And the same happens nowadays: a formal religious service giving due consideration to all rites and customs, demonstrating to the world the union with God whilst the heart of the individual is far removed from this heartfelt bond with Him.... It is just pretence and deception, there is no longer any truthfulness in people's way of life.... They solely belong to the physical world, and even if they want to give the impression of a relationship with God they only perform lifeless formalities which do not touch their souls. And you, who receive the truth from God, shall challenge this pretence of worship and remember that even Jesus during His life on earth did not support those who upheld wrong doctrines and tried to justify their pretence of worship as the only one pleasing to God and who condemned everything that contradicted their teachings. Nowadays people will not want to part with the doctrines handed down to them by people either and will therefore always remain in error, because they refuse to accept the pure truth which can only be granted to them from above.... from the Eternal Truth. Yet such a gift of grace requires free voluntary acceptance.... The truth cannot be forcibly conveyed to people who are unwilling to accept it. And therefore it is difficult to root out misguided teachings even if these are substantiated and

Amended to them as being wrong. There will only ever be a few who will be open-minded to what God Himself conveys to people, because they don't want to acknowledge such evident working of God.... because they have no knowledge of the fact that God pours out His spirit over those who willingly open up their hearts to Him for the receipt of His pure truth....

Prior to Jesus' descent to earth, before His crucifixion, the pouring out of the spirit upon a human being was not possible, and therefore the world was full of error.... However, after His death on the cross truth could find access to mankind and it became possible to fully enlighten people as to whether and when their thinking was erroneous, it was possible to instruct them through the spirit and they could rid themselves of all error. Yet there was never any coercion and this is why time and again error could creep in and be advocated as truth and passed on with such tenacity that it is difficult to convince people of their wrong thinking, and thus they will always resist accepting the pure truth from God and giving up their misconceptions. And still, for the sake of truth itself everything has to be tried to make people change their points of view.... everything has to be tried to motivate them to think, everything has to be done to impart the pure truth to them, for they can only reach the final goal on the path of truth.... As long as they remain in their wrong thinking they will not be able to partake in the bliss of the kingdom of the beyond, which can only ever guarantee enlightenment....

Only truth grants light, therefore truth alone leads to beatitude, for countless beings can be made happy with it again and happiness in the spiritual kingdom consists of the giving of light. This is why you humans must not fall victim to wrong thinking, this is why the truth is offered to you time and again, this is why everything will be done on the part of God to turn your thinking in the right direction, yet you yourselves need only have the will to live in truth.... For it is not as important on earth as it is in the kingdom of the beyond that you know the truth, because you cannot be happy there without truth, and even if you ignore your dark state on earth.... it will nevertheless torment you in the beyond, because only light is beatitude and light is only ever emanated by the Truth, by God Himself, Who is the eternal Essence of light....

Verschillende geestesrichtingen Schijngodsdienst

Het is nu hetzelfde als in de tijd van de komst van CHRISTUS op aarde. De mensen bevinden zich in dezelfde toestand van verward denken. Zij verdedigen dezelfde dwaalleren, ze geloven de enige waarheid te bezitten en wandelen toch te midden van onwaarheid. Zij staan net als toen nietszeggende geloofsrichtingen voor en deze verschillen alle van elkaar. Elke richting komt op voor de eigen opvattingen en ook elke richting gelooft aanspraak te kunnen maken op de waarheid van al wat ze leert.

En het aantal geestesrichtingen is nog aanmerkelijk toegenomen, want het zijn er niet weinig die tegenover elkaar staan. Velerlei meningen hebben ook weer tot veel kerkgenootschappen geleid, die alle trachten aanhangers te winnen en fanatiek volharden in de geestelijke opvattingen die ze voorstaan. Daarom is het noodzakelijk dat de mensen de waarheid wordt gebracht, dat zij eens vernemen wat GOD van de mens verlangt. Het is nodig dat hun God's Wil bekend wordt gemaakt. Dat zij leren beseffen dat het vervullen van Zijn Wil de betekenis en het doel is van het aardse leven.

Elke kerk of geloofsrichting leert echter dat ze GOD's Wil verkondigt, en toch stemmen de verschillende geloofsrichtingen niet met elkaar overeen. In de tijd van de komst van CHRISTUS schepten de mensen, net als nu, behagen in het verrichten van allerlei gebruiken. Er werd ook fanatiek godsdienst bedreven waaraan al het levende ontbrak, zodat de mensen geen innig contact tot stand brachten met hun GOD en Schepper.

En in de tegenwoordige tijd is hetzelfde te zien. Een vormelijke godsdienst waar met alle zeden en gebruiken rekening wordt gehouden. Waarin voor de wereld de verbinding met GOD wordt gedemonstreerd, terwijl toch het hart van ieder persoonlijk ver van deze innige band met HEM is verwijderd.

Het is alles schijn en bedrog, er is geen waarachtigheid meer in de levenswandel van de mensen. Zij behoren alleen nog de aardse wereld toe. En zelfs als zij de schijn willen wekken met GOD verbonden te zijn, dan zijn het toch alleen maar dode vormen die zij in acht nemen, maar hun zielen worden er niet door geraakt.

En tegen deze schijngodsdienst moet u die de waarheid van GOD ontvangt, ingaan. U moet er aan denken, dat ook JEZUS tijdens Zijn leven Zich niet inhield voor hen die onjuiste geestelijke waarden voorstonden en hun schijngodsdienst probeerden te rechtvaardigen als alleen aan GOD welgevallig, en alles verdoemden wat in strijd was met hun leerstellingen.

Maar ook nu willen de mensen hun van mensen overgenomen geestelijke waarden niet loslaten. En zij zullen derhalve steeds in dwaling verkeren, omdat zij weigeren de zuivere waarheid aan te nemen die hun alleen maar van Boven - van de eeuwige WAARHEID uit, kan worden geschonken.

Maar om zo'n genadegeschenk aan te nemen is de vrije wil vereist. Onder dwang kan de waarheid niet aan de mensen worden gebracht die niet bereid zijn haar aan te nemen. En daarom is het moeilijk dwaalleren uit te roeien, zelfs al worden deze aan hen met redenen omkleed en als foutief verklaard. Steeds zijn het er maar weinige die open staan voor wat GOD Zelf de mensen doet toekomen, omdat zij zo'n duidelijk werkzaam zijn van GOD niet willen erkennen, omdat zij in het geheel niets weten van het feit dat GOD Zijn GEEST uitstort over hen - die zich bereidwillig voor Hem openstellen om de zuivere waarheid uit HEM te ontvangen.

Vóór de komst van JEZUS op aarde, vóór Zijn kruisdood, was de uitstorting van de GEEST in een mens niet mogelijk - en daarom bevond de wereld zich in de grootste dwaling. Maar nà Zijn kruisdood kon de waarheid door de mensen begrepen worden, en was het mogelijk dat de mensen volledige opheldering gegeven werd of en wanneer zij verkeerd dachten. Zij konden door de GEEST onderwezen worden en daardoor elke dwaling uit zich verwijderen.

Maar gedwongen werden de mensen niet. En daarom is er steeds weer dwaling binnengeslopen, die dan met volharding als "waarheid" werd overgeleverd en verdedigd met een zodanige hardnekkigheid, dat het moeilijk is de mensen van hun verkeerde denkbeelden te overtuigen. En daarom zullen zij zich ook steeds verzetten de zuivere waarheid uit GOD aan te nemen en de dwaling op te geven.

Maar toch moet terwille van de waarheid zelf alles geprobeerd worden hen tot nadenken te brengen. Er moet geprobeerd worden hun opvattingen aan het wankelen te brengen. Alles moet er gedaan worden om hun de zuivere waarheid te brengen, want alleen op de weg van de waarheid kunnen zij hun laatste doel bereiken.

Zolang de mensen verkeerd denken kunnen zij in het rijk hierna niet de zaligheid deelachtig worden, die altijd alleen door een helder licht kan worden verzekerd. Want alleen waarheid schenkt licht, en daarom kan alleen de waarheid zaligheid geven, omdat met haar weer ontelbare wezens gelukkig gemaakt kunnen worden - en de zaligheid in het geestelijke rijk in het toezenden van licht bestaat.

Daarom mag u, mensen niet in verkeerde denkbeelden raken. Daarom wordt u steeds weer de waarheid aangeboden. Daarom wordt er van de kant van GOD uit alles aan gedaan dat uw denken juist gericht is. Maar u zelf moet de wil hebben in de waarheid te wandelen. Want op aarde valt het minder op dat u in de waarheid wandelt dan in het rijk hierna, maar daar kunt u zonder de waarheid niet zalig zijn.

Dus, als u zich al op aarde van uw duistere toestand niets aantrekt, in het geestelijke rijk zal deze u echter smart bezorgen, omdat alleen licht slechts zaligheid is en licht altijd alleen van de waarheid uitstraalt, van GOD Zelf, DIE het Oerlicht van eeuwigheid is.
