Jesus' work of love and mercy....

You should always look towards the cross, you should always remember the saviour Jesus Christ, Who died for you on the cross.... You should always try to imagine His bitter pain and suffering which He endured for your sins, so that your guilt of sin was redeemed and you could enter the spiritual kingdom again unburdened, the kingdom of light, the gates of which Jesus Christ, the divine redeemer, opened for you. For your sins He suffered, for your sins He died on the cross.... He, Who Himself was without sin, took your guilt of sin upon Himself and went the way to the cross for you. And He did it out of immense love for you humans, whom He knew to be in greatest spiritual need, whom He wanted to release from the fetters of the adversary who had held you captive for eternities. It was a work of love and mercy, such as has only once been accomplished by a human being who was not differently aligned like you, but only harboured so much love in His heart that He wanted to sacrifice Himself for His suffering fellow human beings. And it was this love which gave Him the strength for His act of salvation, it was this love which drove His will, which enabled Him to endure immense suffering and pain and to walk the path of the cross until the end, until His exaltation on the cross, until His agonizing death. But love was God.... It was God Himself Who sacrificed Himself on the cross, it was the eternal love Who suffered and died for humanity. And this love needed a human shell which endured suffering and pain.... a shell in which the greatest work of mercy ever experienced by humanity took place.... This sacrifice on the cross cannot be remembered often enough, because it was unique and yet applied to all of humanity, to the people of the past, the present and the future.... Again and again people must experience that the work of redemption has been accomplished for all of them; again and again they must hear that they themselves also belong to the redeemed if their will is willing to accept the graces of the work of redemption.... Again and again people must remember the divine redeemer, they must turn their gaze to the one Who died on the cross for humanity.... they must imagine their own sinfulness and know that the divine redeemer also died for these sins, providing they are carried to Him, under His cross.... that the human being therefore wants to become free from them and appeals to Jesus Christ for forgiveness of his guilt. The human being must consciously take a stand towards Him and His act of salvation. And therefore he should always remember that he would be lost without Him, the divine redeemer Jesus Christ.... He alone is his saviour from deepest adversity, He alone forgives his guilt, He alone leads him into the kingdom of light and bliss when he has handed over his guilt to Him and asks Him for redemption.... And therefore no man's life is hopeless, no matter how much he has sinned.... One took all guilt upon Himself and redeemed it on the cross out of immense love. And you should acknowledge this one, you should know and believe that Jesus was the son of God, that He was a human being Who harboured a soul of light within Himself which was so full of love that it was able to contain eternal love Itself and that this 'eternal love' walked the earth in order to suffer and die for people.... in order to redeem them. And if you believe and acknowledge God Himself in Jesus you will also become free from all guilt, you will be able to enter eternal life as He has promised you....

예수님의 사랑과 긍휼의 역사.

너희는 항상 십자가를 바라봐야 한다. 너희는 십자가에서 너희를 위해 죽은 구세주 예수 그리스도를 항상 생각해야 한다. 너희는 항상 그가 너희의 죄를 사해주기 위해 너희가 하나님의 구세주 예수 그리스도가 영의 나라의 문을 열어준 영의 나라에 죄가 없이 다시 들어갈 수 있게 하기 위해 당한 그의 극심한 고통과 고난을 상상해보려고 해야 한다.

자신에게 죄가 없는 그가 너희의 죄를 짊어지고 너희를 위해 십자가의 길을 갔다. 너희의 가장 큰 영적인 위험을 알던 그가 너희를 이미 영원에 영원의 기간 동안 가두고 있는 대적자의 사슬로부터 자유롭게 해주기 원했던 그가 너희 사람들을 향한 아주 큰 사랑으로 이런 일을 행했다. 이 일은 너희들과 같은 성정을 가진 그러나 고통을 당하는 자신의 이웃들을 위해 자신을 희생하기 원했던 큰 사랑을 자신의 심장 안에 담고 있던 한 사람에 의해 완성 된 사랑과 긍휼의 역사이다.

이런 사랑이 그의 구속사역을 위한 능력을 그에게 주었다. 이런 사랑이 그의 의지를 움직이게 했고 그가 측량할 수 없는 고난과 고통을 견디고 끝까지 자신이 십자가에 높이 매달리기까지 고통이 충만한 자신의 죽음에 이르기까지의 끝까지 십자가의 길을 갈 수 있게 했다. 그러나 이 사랑은 하나님이었다. 자신을 십자가에 희생한 분은 하나님 자신이었다. 인류를 위해 고통당하고 죽은 분은 영원한 사랑이었다.

이 사랑이 고통과 고난을 당할 수 있는 그 안에서 인류가 전에 체험해보지 못한 가장 큰 긍휼의 역사를 이룰 수 있는 인간의 겉형체를 필요로 했다. 이런 십자가의 희생제사를 아무리 묵상해도 충분 할 수 없다. 왜냐면 이는 일회적인 역사이지만 그러나 모든 과거와 현재와 미래의 모든 인류를 위한 것이기 때문이다. 인류는 항상 또 다시 그들 모두를 위해 구속사역이 완성되었음을 알아야 한다.

그들은 항상 또 다시 그들 스스로 만약에 그들의 의지가 구속사역의 은혜를 영접할 자세가 되어 있으면, 구속받은 사람들에 속함을 들어야 한다. 사람들은 항상 또 다시 하나님의 구세주를 생각해야만 한다. 그들은 그들의 눈을 인류를 위해 십자가에서 죽은 분에게 향해야만 한다. 그들 자신의 죄악성을 생각해 봐야만 하고 만약에 그들이 죄로부터 자유롭게 되길 원해 예수 그리스도에게 자신의 죄에 대한 용서를 구하면서 자신의 죄를 십자가 아래로 들고 가면, 이런 죄를 위해 하나님의 구세주가 죽으셨음을 알아야 한다.

그러므로 그는 항상 또 다시 하나님의 구세주 예수 그리스도가 없이는 멸망을 받았을 것임을 생각해야만 한다. 예수 그리스도 만이 가장 깊은 위험으로부터 구할 구세주이다. 예수 그리스도만이 그의 죄를 용서한다. 만약에 그가 예수 그리스도에게 자신의 죄를 드리고 예수 그리스도에게 구속을 구하면, 예수 그리스도만이 그를 빛과 축복의 나라로 인도한다.

그러므로 어떤 사람의 삶도 비록 그가 아직 많은 죄를 지었을지라도 희망이 없는 것이 아니다. 한 사람이 모든 죄를 스스로 짊어지고 넘치게 큰 사랑으로 십자가에서 이 죄를 사해 주었다. 너희는 이 한 분을 인정해야 한다. 너희는 예수가 하나님의 아들임을 알고 믿어야 한다. 너희는 예수가 사랑이 충만한 빛의 혼을 자신 안에 담고 있다는 것을 알고 믿어야 한다. 너희는 영원한 사랑이 이 혼 안에 거할 수 있었음을 알고 믿어야 한다. 너희는 이 영원한 사랑이 사람들을 구속하기 위해 고난당하고 죽기 위해 이 땅의 과정을 간 인간이었음을 알고 믿어야 한다.

그러므로 너희가 예수 안의 하나님 자신을 믿고 인정하면, 너희는 모든 죄로부터 자유롭게 될 것이다. 그가 너희에게 약속한 것처럼 너희는 영원한 생명에 들어갈 수 있을 것이다.
