Reunion in the beyond in the kingdom of light....

It is an incomparably happy moment when the soul passes away from earth and enters the kingdom of light, the spheres where impurity no longer exists, where the soul is embraced by a flow of joy-inducing light, where it is approached by exceedingly beautiful beings who show the soul an extent of love which almost overwhelms it. The emanations of light correspond to the soul's state of maturity, thus always to a degree that they will indeed cause inconceivable bliss but not consume the soul, which could indeed be caused by an excess of light if a soul is not yet receptive to it.... In infinite expanse it sees the most marvellous creations, for now its spiritual eye is able to behold spiritual creations which no longer consist of matter and yet arise just as real and are by no means self-deception.

And amid the beauty it sees it will find its loved ones who had passed over before in the degree of maturity suitable to the kingdom of light.... People cannot imagine the bliss of such reunion, yet in the spiritual kingdom the soul is able to take in profound impressions without fading away and can consciously experience the bliss it receives from God. In its heart it will sing His praises and give thanks, just as it will, if the kingdom of light has become its home, always come aglow with love for the Father, Who has prepared all these blessings for the soul....

Its co-operation with souls who have the same degree of maturity increases its strength and willingness to be active, and it applies this to far less mature souls to help them attain the same bliss. In merciful love it takes care of those it knew well on earth, who still dwell in lower spheres, who neglected their spiritual development on earth due to their unbelief and unkindness, and who are therefore still wretched in darkness or twilight.... It certainly can identify these souls and also approach them and offer its help, yet it will not be recognised in turn, and thus its help is frequently rejected....

Yet a light-soul's love and patience will constantly approach these souls and sooner or later gain influence. The bliss it receives through God's perpetual emission of love, the incomparable creations of the kingdom of light and its co-operation with beings to whom it is attached with joyful love provide it with the constant desire for redeeming activity. It finds its own happiness in giving what it receives itself; its longing for God finds constant fulfilment and it cannot but want to make others equally happy.

It is impossible to describe the splendours of the kingdom of light to people on earth, because only a fully matured soul can endure the abundance of light and therefore also understand the beatitude, which the as yet imperfect person does not appreciate. However, he can and should believe that there will be a reunion in the kingdom of the beyond, that death is not the end of the soul's actual life, and that these souls will recognise each other when they have attained a certain degree of maturity which, however, many souls still do not possess. And therefore it can take a long time for many a soul until it will experience the happiness of a reunion with its loved ones, yet the desire for this is frequently the reason to strive for ascent. The souls' strength of love is constantly at work to release the souls from the abyss and to help them achieve beatitude, to help them enter the kingdom where they are surrounded by radiating light, where they can behold God and every hardship has come to an end....

Revederea în lumea de dincolo în împărăția luminii....

Este un moment incomparabil de fericit când sufletul părăsește Pământul și intră în împărăția luminii, în sfere unde nu mai există nimic neatractiv, unde sufletul este îmbrățișat de un val de lumină fericită, unde ființe extrem de frumoase se apropie de el și îi arată o măsură de iubire care aproape îl copleșește. Razele de lumină sunt adaptate la starea sa de maturitate, deci întotdeauna în măsura în care îl fac cu siguranță inimaginabil de fericit, dar nu îi mistuie sufletul, ceea ce un exces de lumină, pentru care sufletul nu este încă receptiv, ar putea cu siguranță să o facă.... În vastitatea infinită el vede cele mai minunate creații, căci ochiul său spiritual are acum capacitatea de a contempla creațiile spirituale care nu mai sunt materie și care, totuși, apar în fața sa la fel de veridice, deci nu sunt o autoamăgire.

Și în mijlocul acestei frumuseți, pe care ochiul său o privește, îi găsește pe cei dragi care l-au precedat în gradul de maturitate, în care împărăția luminii a putut să îi primească. Pentru oameni, fericirea unei astfel de revederi este de neconceput, dar în împărăția spirituală sufletul poate primi impresii mai profunde fără să piară, și simte conștient fericirea pe care Dumnezeu i-a pregătit-o și îi cântă în inima sa laude și mulțumiri, așa cum în general, dacă împărăția luminii i-a devenit casă, strălucește de dragoste pentru Tatăl care i-a pregătit toate aceste fericiri.... Lucrul împreună cu sufletele aflate în același grad de maturitate îi sporește puterea și voința de a lucra, iar acum aceasta se îndreaptă spre sufletele care sunt încă mult sub el, pentru a le ajuta să atingă aceeași beatitudine. Și cu iubire milostivă se îngrijește de cei care i-au fost aproape pe Pământ și care încă locuiesc în sferele inferioare, care au rămas în urmă în dezvoltarea lor spirituală pe Pământ din cauza necredinței și a lipsei de bunătate și, prin urmare, încă trăiesc nefericiți în întuneric sau în amurg în lumea de dincolo.... El recunoaște cu siguranță aceste suflete și poate să se apropie de ele și să le ofere ajutorul său, dar el însuși nu este recunoscut de aceste suflete și, prin urmare, ajutorul său este adesea respins.... Cu toate acestea, dragostea și răbdarea unui suflet de lumină tinde în mod constant spre aceste suflete și, din când în când, reușește să obțină influență. Fericirea sa, pe care o primește în emanația constantă de iubire a lui Dumnezeu, în creațiile incomparabile ale împărăției de lumină și în interacțiunea cu ființele cu care este unit în iubire fericită, îi dă în permanență impulsul pentru o activitate răscumpărătoare, își găsește propria fericire în a dărui ceea ce primește el însuși; își găsește mereu împlinirea dorinței sale de Dumnezeu și nu poate să nu vrea să îi facă fericiți. Este imposibil să descrii oamenilor de pe Pământ slava împărăției luminii, tocmai pentru că un suflet matur poate suporta doar abundența luminii și, prin urmare, poate înțelege și beatitudinea, iar ființa umană încă imperfectă nu are înțelegere pentru aceasta. Dar un lucru pe care el ar trebui și poate să îl creadă este că va exista o revedere în împărăția de dincolo, că moartea nu pune capăt vieții actuale a sufletului și că aceste suflete se recunosc între ele atunci când se atinge un anumit grad de maturitate, dar pe care multe suflete nu îl au încă. De aceea, pentru multe suflete poate dura mult timp până să experimenteze fericirea reunirii cu cei dragi; totuși, dorința de a o obține este adesea motivul pentru a se strădui să se ridice. Forța de iubire a sufletelor este în permanență activă pentru a răscumpăra sufletele din adânc și pentru a le ajuta să ajungă la beatitudine, să intre în împărăția unde îi înconjoară o lumină radiantă, unde Îl pot privi pe Dumnezeu și unde orice adversitate are un sfârșit....
