Lord's supper.... guests of the lord....

My guests are those who listen to Me, who desire My word and receive it into their hearts. These are the ones I feed with nourishment for their souls, and these are the ones who take supper with Me as I have promised; they are My guests who are invited to My table and who are now provided with everything that is refreshing for the soul, to whom I give food and drink according to their hunger and thirst. And My guests will never be disagreeable to Me, I will never withhold from them what they need, My will will never diminish, and therefore I constantly send My messengers to invite the guests to My table.... I Myself go and knock at the doors and hold supper everywhere, for I Myself prepare food and drink and can therefore administer the soul's nourishment everywhere, yet one thing I require is that My invitation is gladly and gratefully accepted, otherwise I pay no attention to the guests because they do not do their host the honour which He well has to claim....

(18.5.1949) My table of gifts is always laid and I distribute without limitation, and I will never turn away anyone who wants to come and be My guest, yet I never give where there is no desire, even if people lie starving on the ground. I certainly let them come into contact with My messengers, I let them request to come to Me in order to receive strength and refreshment, yet their will itself must decide whether they want to accept My invitation or do without. But blessed are those who follow the call of My servants, who let themselves be entertained by Me and provided with food which is exceedingly beneficial to them. They can receive food and drink from Me, delicious nourishment for their souls, true bread from heaven and delicious wine, prepared by My love, as it is agreeable to the soul. And therefore no soul will need to hunger and starve if it is only willing to be My guest and therefore comes to Me of its own free will.... Then it will receive the bread of heaven, which is My word, from which it shall draw the strength.... the wine of life, in order to be able to cover the earthly path and reach the aim, eternal beatitude. My word is food and drink for the soul, My word is the right wine of life, it is My flesh and My blood, it is the most delicious thing I can offer you humans as long as you stay on earth. If you now want to take supper with Me, you must let yourselves be taught by Me, you must listen to what My love presents to you, you must receive the eternal truth from My hand with a hungry heart, listen, what the voice of the spirit in you proclaims, which is My voice that resounds in you if you want to hear Me, for I truly give you the best for your souls because I want to draw them to Me and therefore shape you such that you endure My nearness. I will come to you Myself and feed you, for My word is the right food and the right drink, and anyone who hears My word and lives accordingly will become blessed....

주의 만찬. 주님의 손님.

내 손님은 나의 말씀을 듣고, 나의 말씀을 구하고, 심장 안으로 영접하는 사람이다. 나는 나의 손님들에게 그들의 혼을 위한 양식을 먹인다. 이런 사람들이 바로 내가 약속 한대로 주님의 만찬에 나와 함께 참여하는 사람들이다. 그들은 이제 내 식탁에 초대되어 혼을 쾌활하게 하는 모든 것을 받는 나의 손님들이다. 나는 그들의 굶주림과 목마름에 따라 음식과 음료를 제공한다. 나의 손님들은 나를 사랑이 없게 대하지 않을 것이고, 나는 절대로 그들이 필요한 것을 그들에게 주는 일을 주저하지 않을 것이고, 나의 주려는 의지는 절대로 줄어들지 않을 것이다. 그러므로 나는 손님을 내 식탁에 초대하기 위해 끊임없이 나의 일꾼들을 보낸다.

나 자신이 다가가 문을 두드리며 모든 곳에서 성찬을 나눈다. 왜냐면 나 자신이 양식과 음료를 준비하고, 그러므로 모든 곳에서 혼에게 양분을 공급할 수 있기 때문이다. 그러나 내가 나의 초대를 자원하여 고맙게 받아드리려는 한 가지를 원한다. 그렇지 않으면 내가 손님을 섬길 수 없다. 왜냐면 손님들이 그들의 초대자가 실제 요구할 수 있는 명예를 인정하지 않기 때문이다. (1949년 5월 18일) 내가 베푸는 식탁은 항상 준비되어 있고, 나는 제한없이 나눠주고, 식탁으로 와서 내 손님이 되기 원하는 사람을 내가 절대로 거부하지 않는다. 그러나 나는 사람들이 굶주려 바닥에 드러누워 있을 지라도, 원하지 않는 사람에게는 절대로 주지 않는다. 나는 실제 그들이 내 사자들과 접촉하게 하고, 그들이 강하게 되고 새 힘을 받기 위해 나에게 오라는 요청을 한다. 그러나 그들의 의지 자체가 그들이 내 초대를 영접할지 또는 거부할지를 정해야만 한다.

그러나 내 종들의 부름을 따르고, 내가 그들을 섬기게 하고, 그들을 아주 행복하게 하는 음식을 제공하게 하는 사람들은 복받은 사람들이다. 그들은 나에게서 양식과 음료를 받을 수 있고, 혼이 소화할 수 있는 대로 그들의 혼을 위한 맛있는 양식인, 하늘에서 온 참된 양식과 내 사랑으로 준비한 맛있는 포도주를 받을 수 있다. 그러므로 혼이 단지 내 손님이 되기 원하고, 이로써 자유의지로 나에게 나온다면, 어떤 혼도 굶주리고 피폐해질 필요가 없고, 그러면 혼은 하늘의 양식인 나의 말씀을 받는다. 혼은 나의 말씀에서, 생명의 포도주에서 목표인 영원한 축복에 도달하기 위한 이 땅의 길을 갈 힘을 얻는다.

나의 말씀은 혼을 위한 양식과 음료이다. 나의 말씀은 올바른 생명의 포도주이고, 내 살과 피이고, 네가 이 땅에 머무르는 동안에 너희 사람들에게 줄 수 있는 가장 귀한 것이다. 너희가 이제 나와 함께 성찬을 나누기 원하면, 너희는 내 가르침을 받아야만 하고, 내 사랑이 말하는 것을 들어야 하고, 배고픈 심장으로 내 손에서 영원한 진리를 받아야만 한다. 너희가 내 음성을 듣기 원하면, 너희는 내 음성인 영의 음성이 너희 안에서 너희에게 말하는 것을 경청해야만 한다. 왜냐면 내가 너희에게 진실로 너희 혼에게 가장 좋은 것을 제공하기 때문이다. 왜냐면 내가 너희를 나에게 이끌기 원하고, 그러므로 너희가 나의 임재를 견딜 수 있도록 너희를 형성하기 원하기 때문이다. 나 자신이 너희에게 다가가 너희를 먹이기 원한다. 왜냐면 내 말씀이 바른 양식과 바른 음료이기 때문이다. 누구든지 나의 말씀을 듣고, 그에 따라 사는 사람은 축복을 받게 될 것이다.
