Requirement of grace spiritual and earthly....

Ask for grace and it will be granted to you in abundance. Without grace you are weak and unsuitable for the work on your soul, without grace you can certainly create and work earthly because vitality is at your disposal but it should also be blessed in order to be used for the right activity. Therefore you should also ask for a blessing for your earthly activity and thus commend body and soul to the blessing of your heavenly father. For without divine blessing, without God's grace, you will have little success spiritually as well as earthly. And if you have earthly success you are in danger of falling prey to God's adversary, for he, too, can favour your work if you are at his beck and call. And beware of this, don't let him become your helper, don't use his strength to increase earthly success but turn to the heavenly father in humble prayer that He may take you into His protection and support you spiritually and earthly, ask Him for His grace, for strength for spiritual striving, and your earthly striving will likewise be blessed. Body and soul need help, for as a human being you are still too imperfect to be able to help yourselves by your own strength, yet with the strength from God, with His grace, with His support, you can create supernatural things. But this grace has to be requested, the human being has to consciously turn to God for help and thereby admit his weakness to Him; he has to acknowledge God as the source of strength Who, in His love for His living creations, is willing to help and does not refuse any request for strength. He Himself has called upon you with the words: "Come to Me, all of you.... I will refresh you". He wants to pour out His measure of grace upon you who are in need of it, He wants to help you in your upward development, in your spiritual and earthly striving. And you will be able to achieve the greatest success if you comply with His call, if you take refuge in Him when you are weak and feel little capable of spiritual and earthly activity.... Then call upon Him to bless your will and give you strength, that He may remain with you always and constantly with His grace, so that you may reach the aim.... to mature in earthly life for eternity....

영적인, 세상적인 은혜의 요구.

너희가 은혜를 요구하면, 가장 풍성한 정도로 은혜가 너희에게 주어질 것이다. 은혜가 없이는 너희는 약하고 혼에 대한 작업을 할 수 없다. 너희가 생명력을 받았기 때문에 너희가 은혜가 없이도 실제 세상일을 수행하고 실행할 수 있지만, 이 생명력을 올바르게 사용하기 위해서는 축복을 받아야 한다. 그러므로 이 땅의 활동을 위해서도 축복을 구해야 하고, 몸과 혼을 위해 하늘의 아버지의 축복에 구해야 한다. 왜냐면 하나님의 축복이 없이는, 하나님의 은혜가 없이는 너희는 영적으로나 세상적으로 적게 성공하게 될 것이기 때문이다.

만약 너희가 세상적인 성공을 한다면, 너희는 하나님의 대적자에게 빠질 위험에 처한다. 왜냐면 너희가 하나님의 대적자에게 속하게 되면, 그도 너희의 일을 지원할 수 있기 때문이다. 이런 일로부터 너희를 보호하라. 하나님의 대적자가 너희를 돕는 자가 되게 하지 말라. 세상적인 성공을 크게 하기 위해 그의 힘을 사용하지 말고, 하늘에 계신 아버지께 겸손한 기도로 아버지가 너희를 그의 보호 아래에 두고, 영적으로나 세상적으로 너희를 도와주기를 구하라. 아버지께 아버지의 은혜를 구하고, 영적인 추구를 할 힘을 구하라. 그러면 너희의 이 땅의 추구도 마찬가지로 축복을 받게 될 것이다.

육체와 혼은 도움이 필요하다. 왜냐면 너희가 인간으로서 아직 너희 자신의 힘으로 너희 자신을 도울 수 있기에는 너무 온전하지 못하기 때문이다. 그러나 너희는 하나님의 힘과 은혜와 지원으로 초자연적인 일을 이룰 수 있다. 그러나 이런 은혜를 요청해야만 한다. 사람은 의식적으로 하나님께 도움을 구해야만 하고, 그렇게 함으로써 자신의 연약함을 인정해야만 한다. 그는 하나님을 힘의 근원으로 인정해야만 한다. 하나님은 자신의 피조물을 향한 사랑으로 도울 준비가 되어 있고, 힘을 구하는 요청을 거부하지 않는다.

하나님 자신이 "모든 사람아, 내게로 오라. 내가 너희를 쾌활하게 해주기를 원한다.” 라는 말로 너희에게 요구했다. 그는 자신의 은혜가 필요한 사람에게 은혜를 부어주기를 원하고, 너희의 높이 성장하는 일과 영적인 추구와 세상적인 추구를 돕기를 원한다. 너희가 하나님의 요청을 따르고, 너희가 하나님을 도피처로 삼는다면, 너희는 가장 큰 성공을 할 수 있게 될 것이다. 너희가 연약함을 느끼고 영적인 일과 세상일에 적합하지 않다고 느끼면, 하나님께 부르짖어, 그가 너희의 뜻을 축복하고 너희에게 힘을 주고, 그가 항상 끊임없이 그의 은혜로 너희와 함께 해주기를 구하라. 이로써 너희가 이 땅에서 사는 동안 영원을 위해 성숙하게 되는 목표에 도달하게 하라.
