God's love and mercy in the last time before the end....

God's great love and mercy will evidently become apparent in the last days before the end when the believers will live in hardest tribulation. It will be a time of most bitter hardship for people who want to remain faithful to Him, for the adversary will take drastic measures against anyone who stands up for his faith and for Jesus Christ and His teaching. The measures taken to enforce faithlessness will be of such severity that people will offer little resistance and almost without exception profess themselves against God. But those who know the truth, who live in love and therefore also in the right knowledge of God, who call upon Jesus Christ as redeemer for His help, will also recognise in the measures the one who is announced as the Antichrist for the last time before the end. And for this reason, they will stand all the firmer and wait full of confidence for God's help and His coming, and they will not be disappointed either. God's great love will be revealed to them, for He is close to them at all times, so that even the unbelievers would be able to recognise Him if they were not of bad will and therefore completely under the sway of Satan. Yet anyone who is still weak and not completely apostate will still be seized by God's mercy, and he will be offered many proofs of divine activity so that it will be made easy for him to believe and to withstand all threats from the world. Only good will must not be lacking, then God's hand will reach out to him even in the last hour. It is difficult to predict to people what will happen in this time, because Satan continues to work out new plans and outdoes himself with cruelties, inhuman decrees and shameful actions against the believers. The believers' fate is apparently unbearable and yet they will draw so much strength from God that they will be able to endure all oppression and not to feel the hardship as much because their gaze is directed heavenwards and the world and earthly things no longer tempt them. Moreover, they hear the voice of the Lord.... they know that He shortens the days, for His promise has given them comfort, and thus they every day expect to be delivered from earthly adversity.... And yet the last day still comes as a surprise even to them; it will come when there is no longer any possibility of winning souls, and this will be the case very quickly, for the separation will soon be completed, the courage of people's conviction is only slight, and the decision for or against God will be demanded in a short time, and therefore it will also be the prelude to the end, for the tribulation to which the believers are now subject calls for God's help, otherwise the small flock of His Own would also be overcome by weakness and God would never allow this to happen again.... And thus He will come as Saviour in utmost adversity and take His Own to Himself.... And then comes the Judgment as it is proclaimed in word and scripture....

Gottes Liebe und Erbarmung in der letzten Zeit vor dem Ende....

Gottes große Liebe und Erbarmung wird sichtlich zutage treten in der letzten Zeit vor dem Ende, wo die Gläubigen in härtester Bedrängnis leben. Es wird eine Zeit bitterster Not sein für die Menschen, die Ihm treu bleiben wollen, denn der Gegner wird rigoros vorgehen gegen jeden, der für seinen Glauben und für Jesus Christus und Seine Lehre eintritt. Die Maßnahmen, die getroffen werden, um die Glaubenslosigkeit durchzusetzen, werden von solcher Schärfe sein, daß die Menschen wenig Widerstand leisten und sich fast ausschließlich gegen Gott bekennen werden. Doch die im Wissen stehen um die Wahrheit, die in der Liebe leben und daher auch in der rechten Gotterkenntnis, die Jesus Christus als Erlöser anrufen um Seinen Beistand, diese werden auch in den Maßnahmen jenen erkennen, der als Antichrist angekündigt ist für die letzte Zeit vor dem Ende. Und sie werden daher desto fester stehen und voller Zuversicht auf Gottes Hilfe und auf Sein Kommen warten, und diese werden auch nicht enttäuscht werden. Ihnen wird Gottes große Liebe offenbar werden, denn Er ist ihnen nahe jederzeit, so daß Ihn auch erkennen könnten die Ungläubigen, so sie nicht schlechten Willens und daher völlig in der Gewalt des Satans wären. Doch wer noch schwach ist und Gott nicht gänzlich abtrünnig, den fasset die Erbarmung Gottes noch, und es werden ihm viele Beweise des göttlichen Wirkens geboten, so daß es ihm leicht gemacht wird, zu glauben und standzuhalten allen Bedrohungen durch die Welt. Nur der gute Wille darf nicht fehlen, dann strecket sich die Hand Gottes ihm entgegen noch in letzter Stunde. Was sich in dieser Zeit ereignet, das ist den Menschen schwer vorauszusagen, denn immer wieder ersinnt der Satan neue Pläne und überbietet sich an Grausamkeiten, an unmenschlichen Verfügungen und schandbaren Handlungen wider die Gläubigen. Scheinbar ist das Los der Gläubigen unerträglich, und doch werden sie so viel Kraft von Gott beziehen, daß sie alles Schwere ertragen können und die Not nicht so empfinden, weil ihr Blick himmelwärts gerichtet ist und die Welt und das Irdische sie nicht mehr lockt. Zudem hören sie die Stimme des Herrn.... sie wissen, daß Er die Tage verkürzet, denn Seine Verheißung hat ihnen den Trost gegeben, und also rechnen sie mit jedem Tage, daß ihnen Erlösung wird aus der irdischen Not.... Und dennoch kommt der letzte Tag auch für diese noch überraschend; er wird kommen, wenn keine Möglichkeit, Seelen zu gewinnen, mehr besteht, und es wird dies sehr schnell der Fall sein, denn die Scheidung wird bald vollzogen sein, der Bekennermut ist nur gering, und die Entscheidung für oder gegen Gott wird in kurzer Zeit gefordert, und darum wird sie auch der Auftakt des Endes sein, denn die Drangsal, der die Gläubigen nun ausgesetzt sind, gebietet die Hilfe Gottes, ansonsten auch die kleine Schar der Seinen die Schwäche befallen würde und Gott dies nimmermehr zulässet.... Und so wird Er kommen als Retter in höchster Not und die Seinen zu Sich holen.... Und dann kommt das Gericht, wie es verkündet ist in Wort und Schrift....
