Mental influence by beings of light....

As soon as a bearer of light in the beyond, an enlightened being, has managed to be heard by a person it will always stay close to him in order to influence his every thought, thus in order to instruct him constantly. Yet the human being's will is always decisive as to whether the light being's endeavours are successful. For although the being is powerful and would be able to take complete possession of the person's thoughts his freedom of will is not restricted, hence the information is never conveyed to him against his will. Consequently, the light beings' teaching activity requires extreme patience. Time and time again they have to direct a person's thoughts to a specific subject which they are ready to explain, and they may not become impatient when these thoughts digress. Their love for people has to be considerable in order to repeatedly muster understanding for their failings and not stop trying to arouse people's interest in spiritual knowledge. For this reason a person in intimate contact with the beings of light will also have a different mentality; despite the fact that he is not yet being instructed in an obvious manner he will spend much thought on spiritual subjects, and this contemplation will satisfy him since it will result in an agreeable answer. And then the beings of light will be able to move into action, they are always able to enter a person's train of thoughts, they are able to transfer their thoughts to people.... Yet it depends on the individual's receptiveness as to whether their effort and patience are successful, for the more willing he is the more attentively he listens within, that is, he takes notice of his thoughts, he will not discard them instantly but think them through, and only then can they become effective, thus move him into action.... to do what he was mentally advised to do.

If the human being has paid attention to these transmissions then the desire will also arise in him to tell his fellow human beings what he has heard, what he has spiritually received, for whatever moves him will also urge him to pass it on. And this in turn prepares his fellow human beings for the light beings' work on them, for as soon as another person listens to what he is told he also starts to think about it, and the being of light will again be able to intervene and provide food for thought in the form of mental questions and explanations.

All people are entrusted to such beings of light, all people are surrounded by them, and they pay attention to every thought. And as soon as the thoughts turn to spiritual matters, hence to things which are unrelated to earthly life, which do not concern the body but the human soul, the beings of light try to direct the thoughts onto the right track.... by mentally whispering the correct information, the answer to questions raised, so that they, having arisen in themselves, will be considered and, with good will, also be assessed. For the thought only becomes valuable when it is put into practice, when the mental advice is implemented accordingly. Yet the light beings' efforts are often in vain with many people because they only aspire to purely earthly things and have no interest in spiritual work or spiritual knowledge. In that case the beings of light are grateful for every support by way of a human mouth.... For the beings of light can neither visibly appear nor introduce people to the right knowledge against their will, but it is always the person's own will which allows or rejects the light beings' work on him. And the beings of light are subject to laws, because the human being's free will has to remain unaffected as not to make it impossible for the person to attain perfection.

For this reason the right knowledge can only be made accessible to people once they employ their own will, by willingly accepting the influence of the being which, as a representative of light, makes the knowledge available to them. Only then will the light beings surrounding a person be able to do their work, they will be able to instruct him mentally and provide him with information about every question that moves him. Then he will always be spiritually guided and looked after, and his thoughts will be led onto the right path, for the beings of light have much strength and authority at their disposal providing the human being's will does not resist their influence....

Influencia de los pensamientos por parte de inteligencias procedentes del Reino de la Luz

Apenas que en el Más Allá un portador de Luz –un ser que tiene un saber considerable– consigue ser escuchado por un ser humano, entonces se mantiene en su cercanía e intenta influir en cada pensamiento, dando de esta manera una enseñanza continua. Pero si los esfuerzos de los seres de Luz tienen éxito o no, esto depende de la voluntad del hombre - la que siempre será decisiva.

El ser es muy fuerte y fácilmente podría dominar el pensar del hombre del todo, pero aun así este no será limitado en la libertad de su voluntad, por lo que nunca le será facilitado un saber contrario a su voluntad. Por eso la actividad instructiva por parte de los seres de Luz requiere una paciencia extrema. Cada vez de nuevo deben atraer los pensamientos de los hombres a un tema específico en que ellos están preparados a dar explicaciones; y no deben impacientarse cuando los pensamientos de estos se divagan. Por eso su amor para con los hombres debe ser extraordinario. Cada vez de nuevo los seres son comprensivos con estas debilidades y no abandonan sus intentos de interesar a los hombres por el saber espiritual.

Así un hombre que se encuentra en íntima unión con un ser de Luz, también tendrá un ambiente ideológico distinto; aunque aún no haya sido enseñado formalmente, reflexionará mucho sobre temas espirituales - reflexiones que le producirán una satisfacción porque le traen respuestas que son de su agrado. Entonces los seres de Luz pueden entrar en acción, porque en cada momento pueden introducirse en el proceso de pensamientos del hombre; pues en cada momento pueden transmitir su pensar a los hombres...

Pero siempre depende de la voluntad receptiva del individuo si el esfuerzo y la paciencia del ser de Luz tienen buen éxito; porque cuanto más dispuesto esté, con tanta más atención escucha hacia su interior, es decir, llega a ser consciente de sus pensamientos, y no permite que estos se disipen nada más llegarle, sino los procesa - y sólo así pueden llegar a surtir efecto, o sea, pueden hacer que el hombre entre en actividad... para ejecutar lo que vía los pensamientos le está aconsejado...

Una vez que el hombre haya hecho caso a estas transmisiones de pensamientos, entonces también se despertará en él el deseo de comunicar lo espiritualmente oído al semejante; porque lo que le emociona en su interior, esto también le empuja a su comunicación. De modo que esto ya es una preparación de los semejantes para la “intervención” por parte de los seres de Luz. Porque nada más que aquel hombre abre su oído para lo que le está comunicado, también él ya empieza a reflexionar... y otra vez puede intervenir el ser de Luz para dar alimento a sus pensamientos... en forma de preguntas y aclaraciones...

Todos los hombres están confiados a tales seres de Luz... todos están rodeados por estos seres que se fijan en cada pensamiento. Y nada más que el pensar de los hombres se dirige a asuntos espirituales –es decir, a cuestiones fuera de la vida terrenal que no tienen que ver con el cuerpo físico sino con el alma del hombre–, entonces los seres de Luz procuran orientarlo conveniente; pues a preguntas que los inquietan les susurran las respuestas íntimamente, de manera que los hombres de buena voluntad las tienen en cuenta como si hubieran salido de ellos mismos...

El pensamiento sólo obtiene valor si está puesto en funcionamiento... si el hombre aquello que le está aconsejado en sus pensamientos también lo pone en práctica - conforme el consejo.

Pero hay muchos hombres donde los esfuerzos de los seres de Luz son infructuosos porque sólo anhelan cosas mundanas, y para tareas espirituales o un saber espiritual no tienen sentido. En estos casos los seres de Luz son muy agradecidos por todo apoyo por boca humana... Porque no pueden manifestarse visiblemente y, contrario a la voluntad del hombre, tampoco pueden introducir el verdadero saber, sino que siempre es cosa de la voluntad del hombre mismo si acepta o rechaza el trabajo de los seres de Luz. Estos están siempre sujetos a Leyes, porque la libre voluntad del hombre debe ser respetada, dado que de lo contrario el perfeccionamiento del hombre no sería posible.

Por eso, el saber justo sólo puede ser traído a los hombres cuando su propia voluntad está activa para permitir que se entreguen de manera natural a la influencia de aquel que –como representante de la Luz– les trae el saber.

Sólo entonces los seres de Luz que rodean al hombre pueden cumplir su tarea en él. Mediante pensamientos pueden darle explicaciones a todas las preguntas que le preocupan. Y así siempre será guiado y atendido espiritualmente, y su pensar estará conducido a las vías correctas, porque los seres de Luz tienen una gran fuerza y un gran poder - si tan sólo la voluntad del hombre no se opone a su influencia.
