Will to do good.... increased power....

The will for good will also let increased strength flow to the soul to overcome the body's wishes, for the human being's free will is always taken into account, the currents of strength will always be stronger or weaker according to this will, the transmission of strength through the bearers of light on earth as well as in the spiritual kingdom is of such varying strength because the soul first has to open itself in order to receive it, and this opening is only ever the result of the will. And thus the will, which is turned towards the good, thus towards God, will accept every flow of strength without resistance, the human being will be willing to receive what God's love offers him. And then the soul can also mature, it can, unhindered by the body, join the spirit within itself, it will not have to fear any counteraction because the body also joins this striving and is no longer so accessible to the temptations of the world, even if they still often approach it in order to test and increase the strength of will. And thus the less resistance is now offered to the light bearers' activity the more successful the soul's earthly change will be, for it will start to loosen its fetters, it will strive towards the freedom of spirit and only use the last days of its earthly life to overcome matter, which will also result in an easy detachment from form once its earthly life is over. But man can determine himself, he can turn to every power, the good as well as the bad, he is not hindered, but only guided in loving care, so that it is easy for him to turn to God. But whether he develops the good in himself depends on his will, and therefore he is also responsible for his will, he is as it were the shaper of his will and must also take the consequences upon himself, for it is also brought home to him in all situations in life that and why he should decide for God in the last stage of his development. He is never without knowledge about it, for if this knowledge does not come to him from outside through instructions, through the divine word, he can also hear it from within through the voice of his conscience, which originally instructs him loudly and audibly but which can also be silenced by his own will. However, if the soul succeeds in rendering the body without will, i.e., to completely align its desire with the soul's desire, then the soul will use all its will for good, then it will constantly strive upwards and receive the imparting of strength from the spiritual kingdom which will result in its spiritual perfection, for the strength from the spiritual kingdom inevitably leads to ascent....

Wille zum Guten.... Vermehrte Kraft....

Der Wille zum Guten wird der Seele auch vermehrte Kraft zuströmen lassen, die Wünsche des Körpers zu überwinden, denn immer wird dem freien Willen des Menschen Rechnung getragen, immer werden die Kraftströmungen diesem Willen entsprechend stärker oder schwächer sein, es ist die Kraftübermittlung durch die Lichtträger auf Erden wie im geistigen Reich von so verschiedener Stärke, weil dazu überhaupt erst die Seele sich öffnen muß, um sie in Empfang nehmen zu können, und dieses Öffnen immer erst die Folge des Willens ist. Und es wird sonach der dem Guten, also Gott, zugewandte Wille jegliche Kraftströme ohne Widerstand entgegennehmen, es wird der Mensch bereit sein, in Empfang zu nehmen, was die Liebe Gottes ihm bietet. Und dann kann auch die Seele reifen, sie kann, ungehindert durch den Körper, sich dem Geist in sich anschließen, sie wird kein Gegenwirken zu befürchten haben, weil auch der Körper sich diesem Streben anschließt und den Versuchungen durch die Welt nicht mehr so zugänglich ist, wenn sie auch noch oft an ihn herantreten, um die Stärke des Willens zu erproben und zu vermehren. Und je weniger Widerstand also dem Wirken der Lichtträger nun entgegengesetzt wird, desto erfolgreicher ist nun der Erdenwandel für die Seele, denn sie beginnt ihre Fesseln zu lösen, sie strebt der Freiheit des Geistes entgegen, und sie nützet die letzte Zeit ihres Erdenlebens nur dazu, die Materie zu überwinden, was ihr auch ein leichtes Lösen von der Form einträgt, so ihre Erdenlaufbahn beendet ist. Der Mensch aber kann über sich selbst bestimmen, er kann sich jeder Kraft zuwenden, der guten wie der schlechten, er wird nicht gehindert, sondern nur in liebender Fürsorge gelenkt, so daß es ihm ein leichtes ist, sich Gott zuzuwenden. Ob er aber das Gute in sich zur Entfaltung bringt, das ist von seinem Willen abhängig, und darum ist er auch für seinen Willen verantwortlich, er ist gleichsam der Gestalter seines Willens und muß auch die Auswirkung auf sich nehmen, denn es wird ihm auch in allen Lebenslagen nahegebracht, daß und warum er sich für Gott entscheiden soll im letzten Stadium seiner Entwicklung. Er ist niemals ohne Wissen darum, denn so ihm dieses Wissen nicht von außen zugeht durch Belehrungen, durch das göttliche Wort, kann er es auch von innen vernehmen durch die Stimme seines Gewissens, die ursprünglich laut und vernehmlich ihn belehret, die aber durch seinen eigenen Willen auch zum Verstummen gebracht werden kann. Gelingt es aber der Seele, den Körper willenlos zu machen, d.h., dessen Verlangen ganz dem Verlangen der Seele anzugleichen, dann nützet die Seele den ganzen Willen zum Guten, dann wird sie ständig nach oben streben und Kraftvermittlung aus dem geistigen Reich entgegennehmen, die ihre geistige Vollendung zur Folge haben, denn die Kraft aus dem geistigen Reich führt unweigerlich zur Höhe....
