Working of the spirit - world Knowledge.... recognizing the deity....

The greatest worldly knowledge must pale in comparison to the knowledge the human being has received through the working of the spirit; and again, the worldly knowledge must also correspond to this knowledge if it is born from a believing, God-affirming and God-aspiring heart whose life is an activity of unselfish neighbourly love. Consequently, these people will also always move in truth when they think about spiritual problems, for they do not answer their questions by virtue of their intellect but their thoughts arise from the heart and will therefore always be truth because the spirit of God instructs them. If the knowledge is gained in a different way, i.e., if it has also been gained through thinking but with a worldly sense, without recognizing a divine being Which is closely related to the human being and consequently also without requesting the strength of a divine being, then it will hardly correspond to the truth, for a person with such an attitude is rarely capable of love and active in love. As soon as he is lovingly active, however, he is already close to recognizing the eternal deity, and then a small impulse, a right instruction, is enough to move this person to right thinking. The rejection of an essential deity need not always be a denial of the deity, for by recognizing the deity as a force of nature this deity is also affirmed; however, it is difficult to bring the force of nature into closer connection with the human being's work of creation, Which guides and directs each individual's destiny.... And therefore it is not possible as a human being to establish contact with a deity for Whom the concept of an entity is ruled out. Without establishing this contact, however, the flow of power from God cannot be channelled to the human being, which determines his spiritual development.... It cannot become light in him.... Only the life force necessary for the preservation of life comes to him, which also includes the function of the brain, the purely intellectual thinking. But this alone will never be able to produce truthful results in purely spiritual problems. The eternal deity reserves the solution to these problems for Itself and offers it to those who establish contact with It in all faith, who therefore entrust themselves to this deity as feeling inseparably connected, because they recognize themselves as being in constant dependence despite their free will and now, as a result of their realization, call upon God as an entity and desire the truth. Thought activity without a heartfelt appeal for God's help can never result in pure truth. But where there is love, this realization is no longer far.... however, anyone who lacks love is far removed from the truth. For the working of the divine spirit is switched off there, and without God no truth can be brought about....

L’agire dello spirito - Il sapere mondano - Riconoscere la Divinità

Il più grande sapere mondano deve impallidire di fronte al sapere che l’uomo ha ricevuto attraverso l’agire dello spirito; e nuovamente il sapere mondano deve anche coincidere con questo sapere, se è nato da un cuore credente che afferma Dio e che tende a Dio, la cui vita è un agire nell’amore disinteressato per il prossimo. Di conseguenza questi uomini si muoveranno anche sempre nella Verità se riflettono su problemi spirituali, perché non si danno la risposta alle loro domande grazie al loro intelletto, ma i loro pensieri salgono dal cuore e perciò saranno sempre Verità, perché lo spirito da Dio li istruisce. Se il sapere viene conquistato diversamente, cioè se è anche prodotto dalla riflessione ma con il senso mondano senza la riconoscenza di un Essere Dio, il Quale E’ in strettissimo collegamento con l’uomo e di conseguenza anche senza la richiesta della Forza da un Essere Dio, allora difficilmente corrisponderà alla Verità, perché un uomo che ha una tale predisposizione, raramente è capace d’amare ed attivo amorevolmente. Ma appena si attiva nell’amore, è già vicino a riconoscere l’eterna Divinità ed allora basta una piccola spinta, un giusto insegnamento, per muovere quest’uomo al giusto pensare. Il rifiuto di una Divinità essenziale non deve sempre essere necessariamente un rinnegare la Divinità, perché con la riconoscenza della Divinità come Forza della natura questa Divinità viene anche affermata; ma è difficile portare la Forza della natura in stretto collegamento con l’Opera di Creazione uomo, la Quale guida e conduce ogni singolo destino. Quindi non è possibile stabilire come uomo un contatto con una Divinità per la Quale è escluso il Concetto di una Entità. Senza stabilire questo contatto però la Corrente di Forza da Dio non può essere guidata all’uomo, perché richiede la sua predisposizione spirituale. In lui non si può fare Luce. Gli giunge solo la forza vitale per la conservazione della vita, con cui sono da intendere anche la funzione del cervello, il pensare puramente intellettuale. Questo soltanto non potrà però mai procurare dei risultati secondo la Verità per problemi puramente spirituali. L’eterna Divinità Si riserva la soluzione di questi problemi e l’offre a coloro che in tutta la fede stabiliscono il contatto con Lei, che quindi si affidano sentendosi inseparabilmente uniti con questa Divinità, perché si riconoscono nella libera volontà costantemente dipendenti da Questa ed ora come conseguenza del riconoscere Dio come Entità, Lo invocano e desiderano la Verità. L’attività mentale senza l’intima invocazione per l’Assistenza di Dio non può mai procurare la pura Verità. Ma dov’è l’amore, là questa conoscenza non è più lontana, ma a chi manca l’amore, il suo sapere d’intelletto è molto lontano dalla Verità, perché là l’agire dello spirito divino è escluso e senza Dio non può essere fornita nessuna Verità.
