Co-worker of the lord.... labour of love for the souls of our fellow human beings....

There is no more valuable service to God than to save the souls of fellow human beings from spiritual death, for then the human being is truly serving God because he is helping to return to Him what has emerged from God. God's love is constantly turned towards His living creations, and everything came into being for the sake of these creatures, and God is constantly active on behalf of these creatures, and His reign and activity only aims at one.... the return of the spiritual substance which once fell away from Him. If the human being now strives towards the same goal.... of winning back the souls of fellow human beings for God, then he thinks and acts in accordance with God's will, he consciously serves Him by subordinating himself to the divine will and, as it were, being active as His labourer in the work of love.... that he thus makes the same goal his life's task, to lead erring, i.e. God-turned-away souls to Him. Then he serves God in truth, he carries out His will and performs the greatest labour of love for his fellow human beings, for he saves them from eternal death, from the state of complete lifelessness and unimaginable torment.... Man cannot measure how important and valuable his spiritual co-operation is, how many souls he redeems from misery through his active help. And yet the thought must spur him on to eager co-operation, that he joins God's activity of love, that he carries out on a small scale, as it were, what is constantly taking place in the great work of creation through the beings of light which are in closest union with God.... The divine power current is passed on, His radiation of love, as soon as the human being, driven by love for his fellow human beings, wants to help them.... If he gives love to his fellow human being, then the power of God flows over to him and can become effective by awakening love again. And then the person comes closer to God, his soul longs to return to God.... Then the human being has succeeded in winning the soul of his fellow human being for God and kept it away from unthinkable suffering, he has accomplished a work of love in the full awareness of serving God with it and is therefore a faithful co-worker of the lord who knows no other goal than to work with God and for God in order to win souls for eternity....

SURADNICI GOSPODARA... DJELO LJUBAVI ZA DUŠE BLIŽNJIH...

Ne postoji nijedno služenje Bogu (Bogoslužje) dragocjenije od spašavanja duša bližnjih od duhovne smrti, jer onda čovjek zaista služi Bogu, budući doprinosi tome da se iz Boga proizašlo ponovo dovede Njemu. Božja Ljubav je neprestano okrenuta Njegovim stvorenjima, i zbog ovih stvorenja je sve postalo, i za ova stvorenja je Bog neprestano aktivan, a Njegovo upravljanje i djelovanje ima samo jedno za cilj: povratak jednom od Njega otpalog duhovnog. Ako čovjek sada teži istom cilju... ponovnom pridobivanju (obnavljanju) duša bližnjih za Boga, onda on misli i postupa u Božjoj volji, on Njega svjesno služi, podlažući sebe Božanskoj volji, te je kao Njegov radnik s aktivnošću u Djelu Ljubavi... tako da on isti cilj sebi čini životnim zadatkom, ponovno Njemu dovesti izgubljene, odnosno od Boga udaljene duše. Onda on u Istini služi Bogu, on vrši Njegovu volju i čini najveće djelo Ljubavi za bližnje, budući ih spašava od vječne smrti, iz stanja potpunog odsustva života i nezamislive muke... Čovjek ne može izmjeriti koliko je važna i vrijedna njegova duhovna suradnja, koliko mnogo duša on izbavlja iz nevolje kroz njegovu aktivnu pripomoć. Pa ipak, pomisao na gorljivu suradnju njega treba potaknuti da se priključi Božjem Ljubavnom djelovanju, da on na isti način u malome sprovodi ono što se neprestano odvija u velikom Djelu Stvaranja kroz svjetlosna bića koja s Bogom stoje u tijesnoj povezanosti... Struja Božanske snage, Njegovo Ljubavno zračenje, se razdjeljuje čim čovjek, potaknut Ljubavlju za bližnje, njima želi pomoći... Daje li on bližnjemu Ljubav, onda Božanska snaga teče na njega, i može postati učinkovita, iznova budeći Ljubav. A onda se čovjek približava Bogu, njegova duša se žudi vratiti Bogu... Onda je čovjek uspio pridobiti dušu bližnjega za Boga, i zadržao je podalje od njega nezamislivu patnju, on je ostvario djelo Ljubavi u punoj svjesnosti da time služi Bogu, i tako je vjerni suradnik Gospodara, koji ne poznaje drugi cilj nego djelovati s Bogom i za Boga, kako bi osvojio duše za vječnost.
