Spiritual nourishment.... grace of God....

The influx of divine grace is clearly recognizable when the human being's desire for spiritual nourishment awakens. Then God's love comes into action by the human being's thoughts being extraordinarily influenced by good spiritual beings who thereby carry out God's will and want to help the human being's soul. As long as the human being does not consciously oppose it, this influence is successful and the soul willingly follows into the kingdom which the friends in the beyond want to open up for it. This process of mental influence is a favour which God bestows upon the person who trustingly turns to Him in prayer for His help. And every questioning thought to God is an unconscious prayer which already finds an answer. Conscious prayer, however, also earns a person divine grace, i.e. help in spiritual adversity. Once the desire for spiritual food has awakened in a person, it will always remain in him, even though a soul hungry for truth will always be satisfied. "Ask and it will be given to you...." God wants people to call upon Him in prayer and He assures them that their request will be granted. However, as soon as a person desires spiritual possessions and sends his prayer for such upwards, he will never be short-changed and yet his desire for them will never be satisfied, for God's grace makes him constantly desire spiritual nourishment. And thus he will also be constantly provided for. Spiritual nourishment, however, is knowledge of the truth. The fact that the human being is instructed in the truth is God's greatest grace, for God offers the human being a precious gift.... He offers Himself, for God is the eternal truth.... And as soon as the human being desires the truth, he also desires to be united with God, and thus God also accommodates him, for He leaves no desire unfulfilled which applies to Him. Whoever desires Him will no longer make a wrong request, for the will for God also earns the human being His deepest love, and God's love gives.... It gives everything that man lacks.... light and strength.... And both flow to people in the word, which conveys His love and grace to those who hunger and thirst for the divine gift of love, for they will gratefully receive it and also pass it on.... they are in the grace of God, they are seized by His love because they have found God....

Il Nutrimento spirituale - La Grazia di Dio

L’afflusso della Grazia divina è chiaramente riconoscibile, quando nell’uomo si risveglia il desiderio per il Nutrimento spirituale. Allora entra in azione l’Amore di Dio, mentre i pensieri dell’uomo vengono straordinariamente influenzati da buoni esseri spirituali, che con ciò eseguono la Volontà di Dio e vogliono aiutare l’anima dell’uomo. Se ora l’uomo non vi si oppone coscientemente, quest’influenza è di successo e l’anima segue volenterosa nel Regno che gli amici dell’aldilà le vogliono dischiudere. Questo procedimento dell’influenza mentale è una Grazia che Dio rivolge all’uomo, che si rivolge a Lui nella fiduciosa preghiera per la Sua Assistenza. Ed ogni pensiero interrogativo rivolto a Dio è una preghiera inconsapevole, che trova già l’esaudimento. La cosciente preghiera però procura all’uomo anche la Grazia divina, cioè una Prestazione d’Aiuto nella miseria spirituale. Se ora nell’uomo si è risvegliato il desiderio per il Cibo spirituale, questo rimarrà anche sempre in lui, benché un’anima affamata di Verità verrà sempre saziata. “Chiedete e vi sarà dato.... “. Dio vuole che gli uomini Lo invochino nella preghiera, ed Egli assicura loro l’esaudimento della richiesta. Ma appena l’uomo desidera il Bene spirituale e manda la preghiera in Alto, non verrà mai provveduto scarsamente, e malgrado ciò il suo desiderio per questo non si calmerà mai, perché la Grazia di Dio fa in modo che desideri continuamente il Nutrimento spirituale. E quindi ne verrà anche provveduto continuamente. Ma il Nutrimento spirituale è il sapere della Verità. Che l’uomo viene istruito nella Verità, è la più grande Grazia di Dio, perché Egli offre all’uomo un Regalo prezioso, Egli offre Sé Stesso, perché Dio E’ l’eterna Verità. Ed appena l’uomo ha il desiderio per la Verità, desidera anche di essere unito con Dio, e quindi Dio gli viene anche incontro, perché Egli non lascia nessun desiderio inesaudito, che è rivolto a Lui. Chi Lo desidera, non farà più nessuna richiesta sbagliata, perché la volontà per Dio gli procura anche il Suo profondissimo Amore e questo Amore di Dio dà, dà tutto ciò che l’uomo desidera, Luce e Forza. Ed ambedue affluiscono agli uomini nella Parola che il Suo Amore e Grazia trasmette a coloro che hanno fame e sete per il divino Dono d’Amore divino, perché costoro lo ricevono con gratitudine e lo guidano anche oltre, stanno nella Grazia di Dio, sono afferrati dal Suo Amore, perché hanno trovato Dio.
