The battle of light against darkness....

Nr. 1922 ? Light can only be perceived as light where darkness is the opposite.... darkness again can only be recognized as an agonizing state where light is offered, this must be recognized in order to drive the being to activity or resistance....

Everything that is full of light will be willing to draw the dark entity into its circle of light. It will want to give it what it possesses itself.... This is serving in love.... The beings of darkness, however, want to destroy, they want to pull the beings of light down, they want to take the light away from them.... and this is a battle in unkindness. However, unkindness can only be countered by love, for the only successful means of the beings of light is love. This love is often brought to its highest development where the spiritual resistance is particularly great. Thus the resistance drives love to increased activity. And this is synonymous with an increase in strength. Time and again the beings of light will succeed in leading beings from darkness to light through love, and these beings will then likewise participate in the activity of love, thus the strength of love will increase and more and more beings will be snatched from the dark state. This battle of light with darkness is something purely spiritual, it is a battle which is only carried out mentally, for to bring light to the beings in darkness, to illuminate their state, is tantamount to 'spreading knowledge amongst those beings'. The state of darkness is a state of complete ignorance of God and therefore ignorance of the truth.... thus a state which is agonizing in eternity, because only by recognizing the truth does an undreamt-of happiness open up to the beingness, but the ignorant state excludes all bliss, on the other hand it ignites all evil instincts. The light beings' activity of love now consists of mentally trying to transfer the light in the form of knowledge to those beings, which can be successful with untiring patience and love.... It is therefore purely spiritual work which the being of light accomplishes and which also only has a purely spiritual effect insofar as that the thinking of these beings now refines itself, that they increasingly distance themselves from evil thoughts, from unkindness, that they suppress the feelings of hatred in order to finally enter into contact with the beings of light and can now be instructed ever more easily, thus they are introduced into the kingdom of light and thus the battle of light against darkness was not without result. Love will always remain victorious, even if it takes a long time and such battles are not always visible on earth because they only take place mentally, i.e. the transmission of light is precisely the imparting of truth to people's thoughts. This is a purely spiritual process which signifies spiritual life.... the redemption of the beings from darkness to light, which is the activity of love of the beings of light and at the same time the cause of the state of bliss of these beings of light....

La lotta della Luce contro l’oscurità

Tutto il luminoso sarà della volontà di attirare l’essenziale oscuro sù nella sua cerchia di Luce. Vorrà dargli ciò che lui stesso possiede. Questo è un servire nell’amore. Gli esseri dell’oscurità però vogliono distruggere, vogliono attirare giù gli esseri di Luce, vogliono loro togliere la Luce, e questa è una lotta nell’assenza d’amore. Ma contro l’assenza d’amore può essere posto soltanto l’amore, perché il solo mezzo degli esseri di Luce che può essere di successo, è l’amore. Questo amore viene sovente portato al massimo sviluppo, dove la resistenza spirituale è particolarmente grande. Quindi la resistenza spinge l’amore ad aumentata attività. E questo è uguale all’aumento di Forza. Agli esseri di Luce riuscirà sempre di guidare delle entità dall’oscurità nella Luce attraverso l’amore, e queste entità prenderanno pure loro parte all’agire d’amore, quindi aumenta la Forza d’amore e strapperà sempre più entità dallo stato oscuro. Questa lotta della Luce con l’oscurità è qualcosa di puramente spirituale, è una lotta, che viene eseguita solo mentalmente, perché portare la Luce agli esseri nell’oscurità per illuminare il loro stato, è uguale come “diffondere il sapere fra quelle entità”. Lo stato dell’oscurità è quello della totale ignoranza su Dio e con ciò l’ignoranza della Verità, quindi uno stato che nell’Eternità è tormentoso, perché solo nella conoscenza della Verità all’entità si dischiude una insospettata felicità, ma lo stato ignorante esclude tutte le Beatitudini, attizza invece tutti i cattivi istinti. L’attività d’amore degli esseri di Luce consiste ora nel fatto, che cercano di guidare mentalmente la Luce in forma di sapere su quegli esseri, cosa che può avere successo con instancabile pazienza ed amore. E’ quindi un lavoro puramente spirituale che l’essere di Luce compie e che ha anche soltanto un effetto spirituale in quanto il pensare di quegli esseri ora si nobilita, prendono sempre più distanza da pensieri cattivi, dal disamore, sopprimono sentimenti d’odio, per entrare infine in unione con gli esseri di Luce, ed ora possono essere istruiti con sempre maggior facilità, quindi vengono guidati nel Regno di Luce e con ciò la lotta della Luce contro l’oscurità non è rimasta senza risultato. L’amore sarà sempre vincitore, benché ci voglia molto tempo e tali lotte non sono sempre visibili terrenamente, perché si svolgono appunto soltanto mentalmente, cioè la trasmissione di Luce è appunto il trasmettere la Verità sul pensare degli uomini. Questo è un procedimento puramente spirituale che significa Vita spirituale, la liberazione dell’essenziale dall’oscurità alla Luce, che è l’attività d’amore degli esseri di Luce e contemporaneamente la causa dello stato di Beatitudine di questi esseri di Luce.
