Earthly power and measures.... divine protection.... firm belief....

People attach too much importance to the measures which are taken on earth and do not consider that it depends on God's will that these measures can be carried out. God will certainly take people's free will into account and not always intervene in human determinations which do not correspond to His will, yet it is within His power to undo what people allow to come into being.... However, man himself cannot do anything to secure his fate, even though he obeys everything that is demanded of him by man. However, if he first fulfils God's requirements he need not attach such great importance to earthly regulations, he will then be guided by God in such a way that he will not violate earthly law and earthly authority, or He will know how to protect him from the worst consequences of an unknowing violation. And therefore the human being should not worry about his earthly fate as long as he is willing to be obedient to the supreme lord and ruler, for then He will grant him His protection as it serves him. Conversely, however, all precautionary measures are of no use, for earthly power cannot protect a person against divine decisions, which can destroy every human precaution. In times of need, trusting God is the only security against calamities that approach people from outside....

An apparently secure external life situation does not yet guarantee real protection in times of hardship and tribulation, which God Himself sends upon people. For all people are exposed to such messages from above, no matter how favourably they are fated on earth. And therefore hours will come for every person when his own strength and power will no longer suffice but he will have to seek refuge in prayer.... where neither his fellow human beings can help him nor can he free himself.... where there is only one path that will lead him out of the chaos.... the path to God Himself.... But this path will never be travelled in vain, for God is always ready to help. Consequently, only the person who asks the heavenly father for help in full faith will be entitled to lead an easy life on earth. God fulfils this prayer as long as it arises from a deeply believing heart and the earthly child entrusts his need to God. On the other hand, the person who only recognizes an earthly power but not a being that he has not yet seen will inevitably come into extreme distress.... The earthly power will now fail, and spiritual beings, guardian angels and servants of God will take care of all those who humbly accept everything and only send up a silent plea in the firm belief that they are not sending it up in vain. This firm faith actually brings fulfilment to the person, whereas the plea to earthly power goes unheard; and whether the person is of rank and standing is only an outward appearance but has no deeper meaning. And so the human being need not feel any fear as long as he lives in God, regards himself as His child and endeavours to live in accordance with His will. Nothing will need to frighten him, for in all situations in life the father in heaven will be tangibly present with the person who loves God dearly. Whatever may approach you from the outside, you should neither quarrel nor fear for your fate, God will grant help to all those who only ever have Him before their eyes and in their hearts. People will still be faced with great decisions in order to decide in favour of Him or the representative of earthly power. Earthly power is completely powerless, whereas God's power accomplishes everything and can and will save everyone who believes in it from his distress....

Poder terreno e medidas.... Proteção Divina.... Firme Fé....

As pessoas dão demasiada importância às medidas que são tomadas na Terra e não consideram que, no entanto, depende da vontade de Deus que essas medidas possam ser realizadas. Deus certamente levará em conta o livre arbítrio do ser humano e nem sempre intervirá nas provisões humanas que não correspondem à Sua vontade, mas está em Seu poder destruir o que as pessoas permitem que venha a existir.... Contudo, o próprio ser humano não pode fazer nada para assegurar o seu destino, mesmo que cumpra tudo o que lhe é exigido pelos seres humanos. Mas se ele cumpre as exigências de Deus primeiro não precisa dar tanta importância aos regulamentos terrenos, então ele já será guiado por Deus de tal forma que não violará a lei e o poder terreno, ou Ele saberá como protegê-lo dos piores efeitos de uma violação desconhecida. E, portanto, o ser humano não deve preocupar-se com o seu destino terreno, desde que esteja disposto a ser obediente ao Senhor e Governante supremo, pois então Ele lhe concederá a Sua proteção como ela lhe serve. Por outro lado, porém, todas as medidas de precaução não têm utilidade, pois o poder terreno não pode proteger uma pessoa contra decisões divinas que podem destruir todas as precauções humanas. Em tempos de necessidade, confiar em Deus é a única segurança contra desastres que se aproximam de uma pessoa de fora....

Uma situação externa aparentemente segura na vida não garante uma proteção real em tempos de adversidade e tribulação, que o próprio Deus envia sobre as pessoas. Pois todos os seres humanos estão expostos a tais transmissões vindas de cima, não importa o quão favoravelmente fadados possam estar na Terra. E, portanto, chegarão horas para cada ser humano quando a sua própria força e poder já não forem suficientes, mas o ser humano tem de procurar refúgio em oração.... onde nem os seus semelhantes o podem ajudar, nem ele se pode libertar.... onde só há um caminho que o conduz para fora do caos.... o caminho para o próprio Deus.... Mas este caminho nunca será tomado em vão, pois Deus está sempre pronto para ajudar. Consequentemente, apenas o ser humano que reza com plena fé ao Pai celestial pedindo ajuda terá direito a viver uma vida terrena fácil. Deus cumpre esta oração desde que ela surja de um coração profundamente crente e a criança terrena confie a Deus a sua adversidade. Por outro lado, o ser humano que apenas reconhece um poder terreno, mas não um Ser que ainda não viu, entrará inevitavelmente em extrema angústia..... O poder terreno falhará agora, e os seres espirituais, anjos guardiães e servos de Deus cuidarão de todos aqueles que humildemente deixarem tudo passar por eles e só enviarão uma súplica silenciosa na firme convicção de que não a enviarão em vão. Essa fé firme, na verdade, também ganha a realização do ser humano, enquanto que a súplica ao poder terreno não é ouvida; e, se o ser humano é de nível e posição, é apenas uma aparência exterior que, no entanto, não tem significado mais profundo. E assim o ser humano não precisa sentir nenhum medo enquanto viver em Deus, considerar-se Seu filho e esforçar-se para viver de acordo com a Sua vontade. Nada precisará assustá-lo, pois em todas as situações da vida o Pai no céu estará visivelmente com a pessoa que ama a Deus com carinho. Não importa o que possa acontecer com você de fora, você não deve reclamar nem se preocupar com seu destino, Deus ajudará a todos aqueles que só O têm em mente e em seus corações. As pessoas ainda serão confrontadas com grandes decisões a fim de escolhê-Lo ou ao representante do poder terreno. O poder terrestre é completamente impotente, enquanto o poder de Deus realiza tudo e pode e salvará todos os que acreditam nele da sua adversidade....
