Rarity of the work of the divine spirit in man....

How rarely the spirit of God can express itself in a person is evident from the fact that only a few people completely agree in their views as far as they concern God and His creation, His reign and activity on earth and in the beyond. The spirit from God will always teach people the same, for God only gives purest truth and distributes it where it is desired and the preconditions have been fulfilled which result in the working of the spirit of God in the human being. However, since such an activity is so rarely recognized, the subtle voice within is not respected and the spirit from God cannot express itself either, even though the human being is worthy of receiving divine wisdom through his way of life. His spirit certainly strives towards God but he does not try to establish a direct connection with Him.... He does not desire to hear the divine voice and therefore cannot hear it. And even where its attention is drawn to the obvious working of the spirit in the human being it perceives this as presumption and attributes the divine working to the activity of a power hostile to God. And so the will is not ready, and man cannot be forced. He absolutely has to initiate the contact with God himself, he has to give himself to God and surrender his will to Him, then God Himself will suggest to him the thought of establishing such a connection. He will also mentally instruct him as to what he must do in order to hear the divine voice within himself. Provided the human being surrenders his will to God, he will do everything God wants.... And if God wants to spread the pure truth, He will convey this pure truth to him. Very few people take the direct path to God, but if they wanted to do so, they would clearly know what they should do to please Him. And even if it were something completely foreign to them, they would do it without amazement and without hesitation. But how rarely does an earthly child offer its services to the heavenly father and ask Him for a task on earth and how rarely can they therefore be called upon to do such a task which requires the human being's free will. And because God is so rarely asked to impart the pure truth, He can only give it out so rarely. But where this is the case, the same truth can always be found and the working of the divine spirit can be proven beyond doubt. Having God Himself as a teacher must result in purest truth, and where this truth is not obviously made known to the world it is mentally conveyed to people who love God, serve Him and keep His commandments, and the divine giver has to be recognized through the correspondence of thoughts. And this will result in the fact that this teaching will soon prevail, that it will spread and that divine activity will always and constantly be recognized. But it will also result in people no longer looking for God in the distance but seeking and finding Him within themselves. And if the human being recognizes the working of forces in the beyond and establishes contact with them, it will be possible for the spirit of God to express itself and it will present everything to the listening child in such a way that it will willingly accept it and be prepared to serve God for all eternity....

Rareza de la obra del Espíritu en el ser humano....

Cuán rara vez el Espíritu de Dios puede expresarse en el ser humano depende del hecho de que sólo unos pocos humanos están completamente de acuerdo en sus puntos de vista en lo que respecta a Dios y Su gobierno y Su obra en la Tierra y en el más allá. El Espíritu de Dios siempre enseñará a los humanos lo mismo, porque Dios sólo da la verdad más pura y la distribuye donde se desea y se han cumplido los prerrequisitos que tienen como resultado la obra del Espíritu en el humano.

Pero como tal obra se reconoce rara vez, la voz fina dentro de uno mismo no es respetada y el Espíritu de Dios no puede expresarse, a pesar de que el humano es digno de recibir la sabiduría divina a través de su forma de vida. Su espíritu ciertamente se esfuerza hacia Dios pero no intenta de establecer una conexión directa con Él.... No desea escuchar la voz divina y por lo tanto no puede escucharla. E incluso cuando se le llama la atención sobre la obra evidente del Espíritu en el humano, lo interpreta como una presunción y atribuye la obra divina como la actividad de un poder hostil a Dios.

Y entonces la voluntad no está dispuesta y el hombre no puede ser forzado. En todo caso él mismo tiene que establecer la conexión con Dios, tiene que hacerse Suyo y entregarle su voluntad, entonces Dios Mismo le surgirá la idea de establecer la conexión. También le dará instrucciones mentales sobre lo que debe hacer para poder escuchar la voz divina sonando en su interior. Mientras el hombre entregue su voluntad a Dios, hará todo lo que Dios quiera.... Y si Dios quiere difundir la verdad pura, le transmitirá esta verdad pura.

Muy pocos humanos toman el camino directo hacia Dios, pero si quisieran hacerlo, sabrían claramente qué deben hacer para complacerle. Y aunque fuera algo completamente ajeno a ellos, lo harían sin asombro y sin dudarlo. Pero cuán raramente un niño terrenal ofrece sus servicios al Padre celestial y le pide una tarea en la Tierra y cuán raramente pueden ser llamados a emprender una tarea que requiere el libre albedrío del ser humano.

Y debido a que rara vez se le pide a Dios que transmita la verdad pura, Él sólo puede distribuirla muy poco. Pero cuando éste es el caso, siempre se puede encontrar la misma verdad y se puede probar claramente la obra del Espíritu divino. Tener a Dios Mismo como maestro tiene que producir la verdad más pura, y donde esta verdad no se da a conocer obviamente al mundo, allí llega mentalmente a aquellos humanos que aman a Dios, Le sirven y cumplen Sus mandamientos, y el divino Dador debe ser reconocido a través de la concordancia de los pensamientos.

Y esto tendrá como resultado que esta enseñanza pronto quedará establecida, que será difundida y que la obra divina será siempre y constantemente reconocida. Pero también resultará que los seres humanos que ya no busquen a Dios a lo lejos, sino que Lo busquen y Lo encuentren dentro de sí mismos. Y si el ser humano reconoce el obrar de las fuerzas del más allá y establece una conexión con ellas, es posible que el Espíritu de Dios se exprese y presentará todo al niño escuchando de tal manera que lo acepte de buen grado y esté dispuesto para servir a Dios por los siglos de los siglos....
