Worldly successes.... spiritless time....

People are still caught up in terrible error; they do not regocnize the rod of discipline that is being waved over them. They are blinded and have no right judgement of the demon that rules them. And this is the cunning of the evil one, to cloak himself in the appearance of righteousness. This is his weapon, which is effective with those who are themselves without falsehood. For their minds do not believe in such a game of intrigue by the adversary, and they therefore seek to invalidate all evidence. And it will still take some serious evidence to make these deluded people see. The world only sees the worldly successes but does not consider how unspeakably poor in spiritual successes people are at present; it does not consider what dreadful consequences such a disenchanted time conjures up. And since they lack realization, they do nothing to get out of this bleak situation. They live without thinking of their end, they rejoice in every earthly success and try to attribute it to extraordinary ability. However, if they wanted to regocnize the desolate spiritual state, they would never approve of it but try to remedy it. But their strength is too weak, they have to wrestle with themselves in order to arrive at a clear judgement. Human clues are not enough unless God Himself speaks to them in many different ways.... Only then will it become clearer in them, and full of horror they will turn away from the one who has slowly confused their senses, who himself uses all of a person's good impulses for himself and his advantage. The spiritual experience is only that which makes life on earth worth living; for only then does the human being truly enjoy life, whereas beforehand the human being hungers for spiritual redemption, but this can only take place if he rejects the world and does not allow himself to be beguiled by mammon or other earthly dazzle. First the teachings from God have to be conveyed to people, only then will they begin to look at all world events around them with different eyes, and only then will it be possible for them to form a sound judgement and learn to despise what they have worshipped so far, to try to detach themselves from its influence and to turn to the lord in faithful prayer for deliverance from evil power. Only then will people's spiritual state become higher and the danger of humanity's complete downfall be averted, for now the divine power will work again since it is requested and therefore also granted for the sake of the soul's salvation.

Successi mondani - Il tempo despiritualizzato

Gli uomini sono ancora catturati in un orribile errore; non riconoscono la Verga che volteggia su loro. Sono abbagliati e non hanno nessun giusto giudizio sul demone che li domina. E questa è l’astuzia del maligno, di avvolgersi con l’apparenza della giustizia. Questa è la sua arma, che è efficace per coloro, che sono senza falsità. Perché l’animo non crede ad un tale gioco da mestierante dell’avversario, e perciò cercano tutte le dimostrazioni per indebolirlo. E ci vorranno ancora gravi indicazioni per far vedenti gli abbagliati. Il mondo vede soltanto i successi mondani, ma non pensa quanto indicibilmente poveri sono gli uomini attualmente in successi spirituali; non pensano quali orribili conseguenze congiura un tale tempo despiritualizzato. Vivono senza pensare alla loro fine, si rallegrano di ogni successo terreno e cercano di ricondurlo al saper fare straordinario. Ma se volessero riconoscere lo stato disperato in relazione spirituale, non lo approverebbero mai, ma cercherebbero di sospenderlo. Ma la loro forza è troppo debole, devono lottare con sé stessi, per arrivare ad una chiara capacità di giudizio. Non bastano delle indicazioni umane, se non parla a loro Dio Stesso in modo molteplice. Solo allora si farà più Luce in loro, e pieni di terrore si distoglieranno da colui che ha confuso lentamente i loro sensi, che usa persino tutti i buoni moti di un uomo per sé ed il suo vantaggio. L’esperienza spirituale è ciò che rende soltanto degna di vivere la vita terrena; perché solo allora l’uomo ha la vera gioia nella vita, mentre prima l’uomo ha fame per una liberazione spirituale, ma questa può aver luogo solamente quando si tiene nel rifiuto verso il mondo e non si lascia ammaliare da mammona o altre opere terrene d’abbaglio. Agli uomini devono prima essere trasmessi gli Insegnamenti da Dio, solo allora cominciano ad osservare con altri occhi ogni avvenimento del mondo intorno a sé, e soltanto ora è possibile che si formino un sano giudizio ed imparino a disdegnare ciò che finora hanno adorato, che cercano di staccarsi dalla sua influenza e si rivolgono ora al Signore pregando nella fede per la liberazione dal potere maligno. Solo allora aumenterà lo stato spirituale degli uomini e sarà sospeso il pericolo di un totale naufragio dell’umanità, perché ora agisce di nuovo la Forza divina che è richiesta, quindi anche concessa, per via della salvezza dell’anima.
