spirit - mind.... function of the body.... spirit from God....

Without the gift of inner enlightenment you go through earthly life ignorant. Although you believe yourselves to be knowledgeable because you have been endowed with intellect and reason by the eternal creator, you can only use them in an earthly sense as long as you do not ask God to enlighten your spirit. spirit and intellect are therefore not the same thing; a person can use his intellect without having awakened his spirit within himself. He can achieve the greatest earthly successes through his intellectual thinking and yet walk along in the deepest darkness of the spirit. And in the same way a spirit awakened to life can be extraordinarily active in a person so that it is also recognizable to the outside world, and intellectual thinking need not be used at all.... The human being can now express himself extremely wisely, i.e. bring great knowledge to the attention of his fellow human beings, for which no special intellectual work was necessary. So a well-developed intellect is not absolutely necessary in order to be receptive to divine wisdom. In fact, the human intellect is often an obstacle to the reception of spiritual knowledge, for this wants to penetrate the human heart unhindered but encounters resistance when only intellectual thinking is involved, because earthly wisdom always strives towards divine wisdom as long as the human being does not regocnize the awakened spirit of God as the giver of wisdom. What the spirit from God teaches man does not require the intellect, but the human intellect must also be active in order to utilize what has been taught by the spirit of God. Then man must use the gift of God and thus all abilities given to him are only useful for the higher education of the soul, then these are used according to the will of God. The human being has been given intellect in order to reflect on his earthly existence and its purpose and actual destiny. However, it is least used for this purpose. All intellectual thinking mostly revolves around earthly problems; all mental activity is aimed at improving earthly life, and thus the intellect alone is active, but the spirit from God is not yet at work....

(4.7.1940) Its working is only the result of human efforts to explore spiritual fields, and again these efforts must be based on a deep desire for truth and the knowledge of the eternal divine, but these researches must not be undertaken for the sake of earthly advantage. The spirit from God is by no means perceptible to the human being who is only interested in earthly problems. He claims his intellectual thinking, i.e. the function of his body, for a work which again only appears to be beneficial to the body. And this function is now carried out entirely according to the will of the human being, while.... thus the spirit from God is at work when it is a matter of solving spiritual problems.... the human will is only involved insofar as it leaves itself to the divine spirit; but now the spirit from God orders the thoughts, thus guides the mental activity towards the right realization. The human being is therefore willing to make use of a power that is not unconsciously available to him. And he must bring this power to unfold within himself through active loving activity.... He can therefore increase his intellectual thinking with the guarantee of the full truthfulness of what is the result of his thinking, whereas the activity of the intellect alone is no guarantee of absolute truth. The human being therefore has it in his own hands to considerably increase his knowledge, always with the guarantee that it will be conveyed truthfully if he not only lets his intellect speak but also his heart, for the divine spiritual spark in him can only be awakened emotionally, and this feeling, which has to be cultivated in order to awaken the spirit of God, is love.... Without being active in love, the awakening of the spirit of God is impossible, so pure truth and increased knowledge will always be the result of an extremely active activity of love. spirit and intellect will therefore only be able to work together when the researching human being has already shaped his nature into love and his research is now aimed at solving spiritual problems, although even then earthly thought activity will likewise be guided by God's spirit and thus also guarantee truth....

Espíritu - mente.... Función del cuerpo.... Espíritu de Dios....

Sin el don de la iluminación interior pasarais ignorante por la vida terrenal. Por cierto, creéis estar sabiendo porque estáis dotados de entendimiento y razón por parte del Creador eterno, pero solo podéis usar esto en el sentido terrenal mientras no Le pidáis a Dios la iluminación del espíritu. Así que espíritu y entendimiento no son lo mismo, el hombre puede usar su entendimiento sin haber despertado su espíritu en sí mismo. A través de su pensamiento intelectual, puede haber registrado los mayores éxitos terrenales y, sin embargo, sigue adelante en la más profunda oscuridad del espíritu. Y de la misma manera un espíritu despertado a la vida puede ser extraordinariamente activo en una persona, para que también se pueda ser reconocido exteriormente, y no hay absolutamente ninguna necesidad de pensamiento intelectual....

El hombre ahora puede expresarse de manera extremadamente sabia, es decir, brindar un gran conocimiento a sus semejantes, para lo cual no fue necesario ningún trabajo intelectual especial. De modo que una mente bien desarrollada no es absolutamente necesaria para ser receptivo a la sabiduría divina. A menudo, la mente humana es incluso un obstáculo para recibir conocimiento espiritual, porque este quiere penetrar sin obstáculos en el corazón del hombre, pero solo encuentra resistencia con el pensamiento intelectual, porque la sabiduría terrenal siempre se esfuerza en contra de la sabiduría divina, mientras que el hombre no reconoce el Espíritu de Dios que despierta como dador de la sabiduría.

Lo que el Espíritu de Dios le enseña al hombre no necesita el entendimiento, pero el entendimiento humano también debe estar activo para utilizar lo que ha sido enseñado por el espíritu divino. Entonces el hombre tiene que usar el don de Dios y por lo tanto usar todas las capacidades que se le han dado solo para el desarrollo superior del alma, entonces estas se aplican según la voluntad de Dios.

El entendimiento/la mente se ha dado al hombre para poder pensar acerca de su existencia terrenal y su propósito y su determinación real. Pero para eso es lo menos que se usa. Todo el pensamiento intelectual gira principalmente en torno a problemas terrenales, toda actividad de pensamiento tiene como objetivo mejorar la vida terrenal, y entonces el entendimiento está solo en actividad, pero el Espíritu de Dios, aún no está actuando....

(07.04.1940) su actividad es solo el resultado de los esfuerzos humanos para explorar tareas espirituales, y nuevamente, estos estos esfuerzos deben basarse en el deseo más profundo de la verdad y el conocimiento de lo divino eterno, pero estas investigaciones no deben emprenderse en aras del beneficio terrenal.

El Espíritu de Dios de ninguna manera es perceptible para aquella persona que solo está interesada en los problemas terrenales. Este solo usa su pensamiento intelectual, es decir,.... la función de su cuerpo para un trabajo que, nuevamente solo parece ser beneficioso para el cuerpo.... Y esta función se lleva a cabo ahora completamente de acuerdo con la voluntad del hombre, mientras que.... si el Espíritu de Dios está obrando a la hora de resolver los problemas espirituales.... La voluntad humana solo está involucrada en la medida en que se entrega al espíritu divino; pero ahora el Espíritu de Dios ordena los pensamientos, es decir, dirige la actividad pensativa hacia el reconocimiento correcto.

De modo que el hombre está dispuesto a hacer uso de una fuerza que inconscientemente no le llega. Y él debe desarrollar esta fuerza en sí mismo a través de una actividad amorosa viva.... Por lo tanto, puede aumentar su pensamiento intelectual, con la garantía de plena veracidad de lo que es el resultado de su pensamiento, mientras que la actividad de comprender por sí sola no es garantía de la verdad absoluta. Por tanto, depende del hombre mismo de incrementar su conocimiento considerablemente, siempre con la garantía de recibirlo con sinceridad, si no deja solo hablar a la mente sino también el corazón, porque la chispa espiritual divina en él solo puede ser despertado emocionalmente, y ese sentimiento que debe ser cuidado para despertar el Espíritu de Dios, es el amor....

Sin estar activo en el amor, el despertar del Espíritu de Dios es imposible y, por lo tanto, la verdad pura y un conocimiento incrementado siempre será el resultado de una actividad amorosa extremadamente viva. El espíritu y el entendimiento sólo podrá obrar juntos cuando el investigador ya ha formado su ser para el amor y la investigación esté ahora dirigida a resolver los problemas espirituales, aunque la actividad del pensamiento terrenal está entonces también guiada por el Espíritu de Dios y, por lo tanto, también garantiza la verdad....
