Mammon - matter.... wrong direction of will....

It is a great danger and a great injustice that you attach your heart too much to mammon and thus do not detach yourselves from matter but endeavour to increase it. And your thoughts and aspirations will only ever be directed towards the increase of earthly good, and thus you are also not aware of the signs which announce the approaching judgement. You live in a world of desires, of wanting the treasures of this earth, and you forget that these pull you down again towards the banished state. Earthly life was given to you to give you the opportunity to free yourselves from such desires, but you use it to increase yourselves, you allow yourselves to become ever more captivated and do not consider the dreadful consequences. And your thinking is blinded, for you no longer regocnize the root of all evil, you are unable to distinguish between lies and truth, you rejoice in every earthly success and your spiritual state declines. You cannot become light where you yourselves feel comfortable in darkness. For you fight against the light, you close yourselves to the instructions from above, and you rage against yourselves if you do not pay attention to God's voice which would like to inform you of your wrong direction of will. You only accept that which corresponds to your love, and since your love is for the world and its possessions you take offence at the fact that these are labelled as evil. And you reject the word of God, which is supposed to be your salvation from greatest adversity, you only pay attention to earthly events and don't consider that these events are the result of wrong thoughts and desires. And what you could easily overcome if your will were turned towards God will now cost you a bitter struggle, you will have to surrender it unwillingly and you will be seized by horror in view of the values which are doomed to destruction. And if you then regocnize the worthlessness of earthly possessions you will be saved, but woe betide those whose heart cannot yet part with the world's goods.... They can no longer be saved on earth, for they are still too attached to matter and still too distant from God to want to regocnize His reign. The one who fights all earthly desires will be at an advantage, for he will also regocnize clearly and lightly the meaning and purpose of all events for the further development of the soul. But he who only ever sees the world and only wants to avert the damage in a purely earthly way still lacks the right realization, his thinking is erroneous and he will move further and further away from the truth, for he neither seeks nor desires it but is firmly attached to that which is part of the adversary. His train of thought is erroneous and therefore all conclusions will also be erroneous until he stifles his desire for earthly possessions and only desires spiritual possessions. Only then can he become enlightened and only then will he regocnize the cause of humanity's physical and spiritual decline....

Mammona – Materia – Orientamento errato della volontà

E’ un gran pericolo ed una grande ingiustizia che attacchiate troppo il vostro cuore a mammona e quindi non vi staccate dalla materia, ma tendete ad aumentarla. Ed il vostro pensare e tendere è rivolto soltanto ad aumentare il bene terreno e così non badate nemmeno ai segnali che annunciano il vicino Giudizio. Vivete in un mondo di desideri, del volere tesori di questa terra e dimenticate che questi vi tirano in giù, di nuovo verso lo stato legato. La vita terrena vi è stata data per avere l’occasione di liberarvi da tali brame, ma voi la sfruttate per aumentarle, vi lasciate sempre di più catturare e non pensate alle terribili conseguenze. Ed il vostro pensare è abbagliato, perché non riconoscete nemmeno più le radici di tutto il male, non potete discernere la menzogna dalla Verità, gioite di ogni successo terreno ed il vostro stato spirituale retrocede. Non vi può essere data la Luce se voi stessi vi sentite bene nell’oscurità, perché combattete la Luce, vi chiudete alle Sapienze dall’Alto, ed infuriate contro voi stessi, se non badate alla Voce di Dio, che vi vorrebbe dare il chiarimento sull’errato orientamento della vostra volontà. Lasciate valere soltanto ciò che corrisponde al vostro amore, e dato che il vostro amore è per il mondo ed i suoi beni, vi urtate contro il fatto che questi vengono considerati come male. E rigettate la Parola di Dio che deve essere la vostra salvezza dalla massima miseria, rivolgete tutta l’attenzione soltanto all’avvenimento terreno e non pensate che questi avvenimenti sono delle conseguenze dei vostri pensieri e desideri errati. E quello che potreste superare facilmente, se la vostra volontà fosse rivolta a Dio, ora vi costa una amara battaglia, dovete rinunciarvi senza volere, e sarete sopraffatti dal terrore in vista dei valori che cadono nella distruzione. E se poi riconoscete l’inutilità del bene terreno, siete salvi, ma guai a coloro il cui cuore non riesce ancora a separarsi dai beni del mondo. Per costoro non si può più portare nessuna salvezza sulla Terra, perché sono ancora troppo legati alla materia ed ancora troppo lontani da Dio, perché possano riconoscere il Suo Operare. Sarà in vantaggio colui che combatte tutti i desideri terreni, perché riconoscerà anche chiaramente il senso e lo scopo di tutti gli avvenimenti per l’ulteriore sviluppo per l’anima. Ma chi vede sempre soltanto il mondo e vorrebbe evitare il danno soltanto in modo puramente terreno, a costui manca ancora la giusta conoscenza, il suo pensare è errato e si allontanerà sempre di più dalla Verità, perché non la cerca e non la desidera, ma è legato saldamente con ciò che è parte dell’avversario. Il corso dei suoi pensieri è errato e perciò anche tutte le deduzioni saranno errate finché non soffoca il suo desiderio per il bene terreno in sé e desideri soltanto i beni spirituali. Soltanto allora si può fare Luce in lui e soltanto allora riconoscerà la causa della decadenza corporea e spirituale dell’umanità.
