Apostasy from God.... the battle of light against darkness....

Everything that emanated from God is in higher development until it is united with God again, for this emanated from Him is spiritual strength.... it is something being-like which was originally destined to work in the same will with God.... But the will of this spiritual substance was unbound, because it was of divine origin it was without any compulsion.... and this unbound will was the reason that the spiritual substance separated itself from God, recognizing its own power, which God had likewise granted to that which had emerged from Him. God did not hinder the will of that which was from Him, but set its limits to its activity. Countless beings emerged from the mighty will of that (might) power, which now consciously opposed God. And these entities were again the outflow of divine power, since this opposing power was also the recipient of divine power. Only that those entities were now animated by the urge to fight against God and divine love instead of longing for union with it. And so God (had to) *make* an alliance with His opponent.... in order to lead the power flowing out of Him back to Himself again. He (had to) *left* him free will and *gave him* the assurance of His power, but at the same time *took away from* him the power to compel the will of those entities that were called into being by this power. *(words in italics were added to the handwritten text = ed.)* It was to be left to these entities themselves to turn to God or to His adversary. And now a struggle for them began, but each side fought with different means. The light now fought against the darkness.... For everything that turned against God was dark, while light and love emanated from God without interruption. The beingness that was born through the will of darkness was led into the circuit of divine love....

(28.5.1940) The superiority of the beings devoted to God spread such bright light that this became visible to the beings having emerged from darkness, and now the beings fought against each other. The beings of light tried to draw the dark beings towards them, while the latter harassed the beings of light and tried to pull them down. However, this perpetual battle was unsuccessful insofar as the beings of light were now unable to work in the depths according to their fullness of light; they were not allowed to hinder the beings' free will, but this was under the control of God's antipole. And it succeeded in revolting all its products against everything full of light.... Consequently, the darkness rebelled against God Himself, for the beings of light were His representatives, they were His creatures that had emerged from Him and were devoted to Him. This rebellion against God was the most serious sin and had to find its atonement according to divine justice, the spiritual substance of darkness had to atone for the fact that it rebelled against God, Who was the supreme being in highest perfection. And at the same time the adversary himself had to be defeated. And thus God allowed creation to arise and all spiritual substances resisting Him were banished in this creation.... Free will was taken from him.... The beings which had refused to obey God now had to enter into a serving relationship, the being could not free itself through its will but was subject to divine will until it was granted a merciful time of embodiment on earth to test its will and free will was given to it again and the being was once again faced with the choice to find its way back to God or to strive for separation from God again.... And the will of the unredeemed being failed.... (The power) the adversary's influence was still so strong that he pressurized the will of the being in its embodiment as a human being to belong to him.... And the distress of these beings was immense. Then the eternal deity took pity on its creatures anew, It descended to the bound beings Itself.... God banished the power of the adversary by opposing his hatred and lack of love with His infinite love and thus redeemed humanity from its tormentor.... His love was greater and stronger than the hatred that subdued man's free will to the point of complete surrender. He overcame death, i.e. the powerless state of the will bound by the adversary. And thus a double redemption was brought to the spiritual.... Firstly, the adversary's power was limited so that the being, which desired God, remained completely unimpressed by this power.... but then the adversary was deprived of all power over works of creation, so that all his power only consists of having a weakening effect on the human being's will, yet this effect can be completely cancelled if the human being's will consciously turns to God....

Apostasy from God.... A luta da luz contra a escuridão....

Tudo o que se originou de Deus está em maior desenvolvimento até se unir a Deus novamente, pois isso se originou d'Ele é força espiritual.... é algo de essência que foi originalmente destinado a trabalhar em uníssono com God.... Mas a vontade dessa substância espiritual era ilimitada, porque era de origem divina, sem qualquer compulsão.... e essa vontade ilimitada era a razão pela qual a substância espiritual se separava de Deus em reconhecimento do seu próprio poder, que Deus também tinha concedido àquilo que tinha surgido dEle. Deus não impediu a vontade daquilo que era dEle, mas estabeleceu seus limites para sua atividade. Inúmeras entidades surgiram da poderosa vontade do (poder) poder que agora conscientemente se opôs a Deus. E essas entidades foram novamente a efusão do poder divino, já que esse poder oposto também era o receptor do poder divino. Apenas que essas entidades eram agora animadas pelo impulso de lutar contra Deus e o amor divino, em vez de ansiarem pela unificação com Ele. E assim, a fim de guiar a força que flui d'Ele de volta para Ele novamente, Deus (teve que) entrar em uma aliança com o seu adversário.... Ele (teve de) mais (deixar) o livre arbítrio e *deu-lhe* a certeza do Seu poder (dar) *tomado*, mas ao mesmo tempo deu-lhe o poder (tomar) para obrigar a vontade das entidades que foram chamadas à existência por este poder. *(Palavras em itálico foram acrescentadas ao texto manuscrito = ed.)* Era para ser deixado a estas entidades a tarefa de se voltarem para Deus ou para o seu adversário. E agora começou uma luta por eles, mas cada lado lutou com meios diferentes. A luz agora lutou contra a escuridão.... Pois tudo o que se voltava contra Deus era escuro, enquanto a luz e o amor emanavam de Deus sem interrupção. A disposição que nasceu através da vontade das trevas foi levada para o circuito do amor divino....

(28.5.1940) A superioridade dos seres devotados a Deus espalhou uma luz tão brilhante que se tornou visível para as entidades que haviam emergido das trevas, e agora os seres lutavam uns contra os outros. Os seres da luz tentaram atrair os seres das trevas para eles, enquanto estes últimos assediaram os seres da luz e tentaram puxá-los para baixo. No entanto, essa eterna batalha não teve êxito, na medida em que os seres de luz não podiam trabalhar no abismo de acordo com sua abundância de luz; não lhes era permitido impedir os seres em seu livre arbítrio, mas isso estava sob o controle do antípole de Deus. E ele conseguiu revoltar todos os seus produtos contra tudo o que estava cheio de luz.... Daí que as trevas se rebelaram contra o próprio Deus, pois os seres de luz eram Seus representantes, eram Suas criações que surgiram dEle e a Ele foram dedicadas. Essa rebelião contra Deus foi o pecado mais grave e teve de ser expiada, pois, segundo a justiça divina, os seres espirituais das trevas tiveram de expiar a sua rebelião contra Deus, que era o Ser mais elevado em suprema perfeição. E, ao mesmo tempo, o próprio adversário teve de ser forçado a descer. E assim Deus permitiu que a criação se levantasse e todos os seres espirituais que se lhe opunham foram banidos desta criação.... O seu livre arbítrio foi-lhe retirado.... As entidades que tinham recusado a obediência de Deus agora tinham de entrar num relacionamento servil, a entidade não podia libertar-se através da sua vontade, mas estava sujeita à vontade divina até lhe ser concedido um tempo de encarnação na terra cheio de graça para testar a sua vontade e depois foi-lhe dado novamente o livre arbítrio e a entidade foi novamente confrontada com a escolha de regressar a Deus ou de lutar pela separação de Deus novamente.... E a vontade dos não redimidos a ser falhada.... (O poder) A influência do adversário ainda era tão forte que pressionou a vontade do ser em sua encarnação como ser humano para pertencer a ele.... E as dificuldades destes seres eram imensas. Então a Deidade eterna teve pena de Suas criaturas de novo, Ela desceu a si mesma para os seres presos.... Deus baniu o poder do adversário, opondo-se ao seu ódio e indelicadeza com o seu amor infinito e assim redimiu a humanidade do seu tormento.... Seu amor era maior e mais forte que o ódio, que subjugou o livre arbítrio do ser humano ao ponto de sua completa rendição. Ele venceu a morte, ou seja, o estado impotente da vontade ligada pelo adversário. E assim a dupla redenção foi trazida para a.... espiritual Uma vez que o poder do adversário foi limitado para que o ser que ansiava por Deus permanecesse completamente desimprimido por este poder.... mas depois o adversário foi privado de todo o poder sobre as obras da criação, de modo que todo o seu poder consiste apenas em ter um efeito de enfraquecimento sobre a vontade do ser humano, mas este efeito pode ser completamente anulado se a vontade do ser humano se voltar conscientemente para Deus....
