What is grace....

Desire divine grace and life will bring you fulfilment, for you will have matured in soul and spirit and will not have lived earthly life in vain. And those who are in the grace of God are to be called incomparably rich, even though their earthly life is rich in privations. For what they lack for the well-being of the body is often offered to them for the soul. It is unspeakably valuable to know that one is under divine protection, and whoever lives in grace is protected by the lord from every danger to his soul, and every gift of grace increases the person's spiritual capacity and brings the soul closer to its goal, the union with its spirit from God. How unspeakably poor, on the other hand, is the person who believes he can manage without divine grace; his life is empty in spiritual terms and he always walks on level ground but never ascends. For divine grace is the epitome of divine guidance.... He who asks for grace will not be left without it, and to receive divine grace means to be relieved of all personal responsibility, for the lord Himself takes His earthly child by the hand and leads it because it has confessed its will to Him and entrusted itself to Him.... "Take me and protect me, I want nothing other than to be led by You....", so your prayer shall resound in the spirit.... And the father in heaven will not let His child walk alone from now on. He will receive all strength, for this is the lord's grace, that He gives him what he lacks.... right realization, strong will and strength to carry out everything He asks of His earthly child. Thus, anyone who avails himself of grace will also be able to fulfil what is demanded of him, i.e. the body will take the soul's desire into account and this will no longer be directed towards earthly possessions and well-being but solely and exclusively towards its union with the divine spirit. And this is the effect of grace which everyone can observe in himself who implores the father in heaven for grace in fervent prayer. Grace is everything that helps you spiritually.... grace is every thought which is imparted to you and which points you upwards.... grace is every experience that touches you spiritually.... grace is the union of spiritually related people.... and grace is every word that reaches you from above.... Everything that helps you to separate yourselves from the world is divine favour, and you are to ask for it without ceasing, for it is at your disposal unmeasured, but your will must itself be directed towards it, and your heart must childlike humbly approach the father in heaven for it, then you will still achieve great things on earth, and your end will be a happy one....

Was ist Gnade....

Begehret die göttliche Gnade, und es wird das Leben euch Erfüllung bringen, denn ihr werdet reifen an Seele und Geist und das Erdenleben nicht nutzlos gelebt haben. Und die in der Gnade Gottes stehen, sind unvergleichlich reich zu nennen, wenngleich ihr Erdenleben an Entbehrungen reich ist. Denn was ihnen fehlt zum Wohlleben des Körpers, ist ihnen vielfach geboten für die Seele. Unsagbar wertvoll ist es, im göttlichen Schutz stehend sich zu wissen, und wer in der Gnade lebt, den behütet der Herr vor jeglicher Gefahr seiner Seele, und jede Gnadenzuwendung erhöht des Menschen seelische Leistungsfähigkeit und bringt die Seele dem Ziel, der Vereinigung mit ihrem Geist aus Gott näher. Wie unsagbar arm dagegen ist der Mensch, der ohne die göttliche Gnade auszukommen glaubt; sein Leben ist leer in geistiger Beziehung, und er wandelt immer auf ebener Erde, nimmer aber hinan zur Höhe. Denn die göttliche Gnade ist ja der Inbegriff der göttlichen Führung.... Wer sich Gnade erbittet, wird nicht ohne solche belassen bleiben, und göttliche Gnade empfangen heißt, jeder eigenen Verantwortung enthoben zu sein, denn der Herr Selbst nimmt Sein Erdenkind an der Hand und führt es, weil es seinen Willen nach Ihm bekannt hat und sich Ihm anvertraut.... "Nimm mich hin und schütze mich, ich will nichts anderes, als von Dir geleitet sein....", so soll euer Gebet erklingen im Geiste.... Und der Vater im Himmel wird Sein Kind fortan nicht allein wandeln lassen. Alle Kraft wird es empfangen, denn dies ist des Herrn Gnade, daß Er ihm gibt, was ihm mangelt.... rechtes Erkennen, starken Willen und Kraft zur Ausführung alles dessen, was Er von Seinem Erdenkind verlangt. Wer also die Gnade in Anspruch nimmt, dessen Körper wird auch ausführen können, was von ihm gefordert wird, d.h., es wird der Körper dem Verlangen der Seele Rechnung tragen, und dieses wird nicht mehr gerichtet sein auf irdisches Gut und Wohlleben, sondern einzig und allein seiner Vereinigung mit dem göttlichen Geist gelten. Und das ist die Gnadenwirkung, die ein jeder an sich beobachten kann, der in innigem Gebet den Vater im Himmel um Gnade anfleht. Gnade ist alles, was euch geistig fördert.... Gnade ist jeder Gedanke, der euch vermittelt wird und der euch nach oben weiset.... Gnade ist jedes Erleben, das euch geistig berührt.... Gnade ist der Zusammenschluß geistig verwandter Menschen.... und Gnade ist jedes Wort, das euch von oben zugeht.... Alles, was euch hilft, euch zu trennen von der Welt, ist göttliche Gnade, und ihr sollt ohne Unterlaß bitten um diese, denn sie steht euch zur Verfügung ungemessen, doch euer Wille muß selbst danach gerichtet sein, und euer Herz muß kindlich demütig den Vater im Himmel darum angehen, dann werdet ihr Großes erreichen noch auf Erden, und euer Ende wird ein seliges sein....
