Path of the soul before earthly existence.... doctrine of re-embodiment....

Visualize the greatness and omnipotence of God and only then will you be able to grasp the immeasurable love which embraces you earthly children, that even the smallest living being is in the everlasting care of the heavenly father and can never ever be put to shame, for God's love has countless ways and means in order to guide even the most unworthy.... being that consciously resists God's will onto the path of realization after all, even if often after an unspeakably long time. Again and again new shells are assigned to the being, and again and again the development of these through so many resistances is a new opportunity to mature. However, achieving the highest possible spiritual maturity in earthly life is extremely profitable for the soul, for the struggle in earthly life is certainly difficult in itself and demands much overcoming, perseverance and labour, but again, it is precisely in earthly life that the being is offered abundant privileges which already enable it to mature in a relatively short time. However, where the human being's will is blatantly opposed to the facilities offered to him, perfection is called into question and often even a regression is recorded.... Now the father's love in heaven is always and forever intent on leading the being to its final destiny, and indeed, the soul is now also offered the opportunity in the beyond to work on its perfection and to elevate itself into the state which results in a detachment from all matter. This is a far more difficult beginning in a world where everything tangible only exists in the imagination of the being, where the soul is as it were still entangled in all desires and worldly cravings, where it is exposed to all hostilities of this kind and cannot free itself from them through its own strength, where all desires, which in earthly life contributed to the fulfilment of earthly desires, now become torment, as they can no longer be fulfilled and cause the soul this agonizing state until it consciously turns away from them and feels a desire for pure spiritual pleasure. Such a desire will be granted immediately by the more perfect spiritual beings active in love, who will do everything in their power to free an unhappy soul from its state. Help will be granted to the soul immediately, only its will has to become active on its own and turn away from that which still connects it to earth and worldly desire. Where and how this transformation of the beings takes place has always been a cause of dispute for people concerning re-embodiment on earth. So it is enough for you to know that infinite times have passed and countless shells in the most diverse forms have surrounded your soul.... that all these living beings took abode in, on and above the earth through God's will, but always in the closest connection with the earth which just existed for the purpose of maturing.... that the last stage as a human being can likewise only be lived through on earth.... but that with the leaving of the earthly body the soul passes over into a kingdom now completely independent of the earth, no matter what state of maturity the soul has attained on earth. There are the most inconceivable opportunities for its further development even outside of this earth, and once the soul has left its physical earthly shell and the millennia-long stay on earth has not brought it the final maturity, such an unspeakably difficult struggle begins in the beyond, and a re-embodiment on earth would be about the same as if the father would show indulgence to an underage child who refuses to obey him again and again instead of giving it to a strict school which lets it recognize the wrong of its actions.... (0786에서 계속) 이 땅에 존재하기 전의 혼의 길.... 다시 육신을 입는 일에 관한 가르침....

너희는 하나님의 위대함과 전능함을 깨달으라. 그러면 너희는 비로소 이 땅의 자녀들을 감싸고 있는 헤아릴 수 없는 사랑을, 아주 작은 생명체조차도 하늘 아버지의 영구적인 보살핌을 받고 있고, 결코 무익하지 않다는 것을 이해할 수 있게 될 것이다. 왜냐하면 하나님의 사랑에는 가장 합당하지 않은, 의식적으로 하나님의 뜻에 반대하는 존재들을, 비록 말로 할 수 없을 정도로 오랜 시간이 걸릴지라도, 깨달음의 길로 인도할 수 있는 셀 수 없이 많은 수단과 방법을 가지고 있기 때문이다. 계속해서 존재에게 새로운 형체가 부여될 것이고, 존재가 항상 또 다시 많은 저항을 통과해야 하는 일은 존재에게 새롭게 성장하기 위한 새로운 기회들이다.

그럴지라도 이 땅의 삶에서 가능한한 가장 높은 영적 성숙에 도달하는 일이 혼에게 매우 유익이 된다. 왜냐하면 이 땅의 삶의 싸움은 그 자체로 어렵고, 많은 극복하는 일과 인내하는 일과 노력하는 일이 요구되기 때문이다. 그러나 다른 한편으로 이 땅의 삶이 그들에게 제공하는 풍부한 혜택이 있다. 이 혜택은 이 땅의 삶 가운데 비교적 짧은 시간에 성숙할 수 있다는 것이다. 그러나 인간의 의지가 그에게 제공되는 혜택을 철저하게 거부하는 곳에서는 온전하게 되는 일에 의문을 갖고, 심지어 자주 퇴보하기도 한다.

이제 하늘의 아버지의 사랑이 항상 그리고 항상 존재를 최종 목적지로 인도하려고 한다. 저 세상에서 실제로 혼이 온전하게 되기 위해 일하고, 혼이 물질로부터 자유롭게 되는 결과를 가져오는 상태로 혼을 성장시킬 기회가 혼에게 주어진다. 그러나 모든 것이 존재의 상상력으로만 구성된 곳에서 혼이 성장하는 일은 훨씬 더 어려운 일이다. 혼이 여전히 모든 정욕과 세상적인 욕망에 얽혀 있는 곳에서, 혼이 이런 종류의 모든 적대 행위에 노출되어 있고, 자신의 힘을 통해 이로부터 해방될 수 없는 곳에서 혼이 성장하는 일은 훨씬 더 어려운 일이다. 혼이 의식적으로 이런 욕망을 버리고, 순전히 영적인 기쁨을 향한 소원을 느끼게 될 때까지, 혼이 모든 욕망을 더 이상 성취시킬 수 없기 때문에, 이 땅의 삶에서 이 땅의 욕망의 성취시키는 일에 기여하는 모든 정욕이 고통이 되어버리는 곳에서 혼이 성장하는 일은 훨씬 더 어려운 일이다.

사랑에 적극적이고, 불행한 혼을 불행한 상태에서 해방시키기 위해 모든 일을 하는 보다 더 온전한 영 존재들에 의해 그런 소원은 즉시 성취가 될 것이다. 혼은 즉시 도움을 받을 것이다. 단지 혼의 의지가 일하기 시작하고, 혼은 세상과 세상의 욕망과 연결된 것을 벗어나야 한다.

어디서 어떻게 이런 존재의 변화가 일어나는지가 사람들에게 항상 이 땅에 다시 육신을 입는 일에 관한 논쟁의 원인이 되어 왔다. 그러므로 실제 무한한 시간이 지나갔고, 셀 수 없이 많은 가장 다양한 형체가 너희 혼을 둘러싸고 있다는 것을 아는 것으로 충분하고, 모든 생명체가 하나님의 뜻을 통해 이 땅 안에, 위에, 공중에 거하고, 그러나 항상 성숙을 목적으로 존재하는 이 땅과 가장 깊은 연관관계를 가지고 있다는 것을 아는 것으로 충분하고, 인간으로서 마지막 단계도 마찬가지로 단지 이 땅에서만 통과할 수 있다는 것을 아는 것으로 충분하다. 그러나 혼이 이 땅에서 어떤 성숙 상태에 도달했는 지에 상관없이, 이 땅의 육체를 떠나면, 혼은 이제 이 땅과 완전히 독립된 나라로 들어간다는 것을 아는 것으로 충분하다.

혼들이 이 땅의 밖에서 계속 성장할 수 있는 가장 상상할 수 없는 기회들이 있다. 일단 혼이 이 땅의 겉형체인 육체를 벗고, 이 땅에 수천 년 동안 머무는 동안에 최종적인 성숙에 도달하지 못했다면, 저 세상에서 이 땅의 삶에서 했던 투쟁을 훨씬 능가하는, 말할 수 없게 어려운 투쟁을 해야 한다. 이런 혼을 이 땅에 다시 육신을 입게 하는 일은 마치 아버지가 자신에게 순종하기를 거부하는 미성년자를 그의 잘못된 행실을 깨닫도록 엄격한 학교에 보내는 대신에, 항상 또 다시 봐주는 일과 같다.
