Jüngstes Gericht.... Göttliche Gerechtigkeit....

An das jüngste Gericht müsset ihr denken und euch vorzustellen versuchen, daß Gott euch doch in aller Gerechtigkeit richten und euch vergelten soll euer Handeln und Denken auf Erden. Es kann euch die göttliche Gerechtigkeit nicht freisprechen, auch wenn sie unendlicher Liebe fähig ist, so ihr nur die geringste Schuld traget; es muß jeder, auch der kleinsten Schuld die Sühne folgen, wo immer die göttliche Gerechtigkeit ihr Urteil sprechen soll. Und so wird der Tag des Gerichtes auch ein Tag unsäglicher Reue und bittersten Leides sein und entsetzlich qualvoll allen denen, die ihren Aufenthalt auf der Erde nicht genützt haben nach göttlichem Gebot, denn sie werden sich dem Richterspruch nimmermehr entziehen können. Wer auf Erden der Verantwortung zu entfliehen versucht, wird unerbittlich zur Rechenschaft gezogen werden, und es wird ihm keine Möglichkeit bleiben, seinen mangelhaften Zustand zu vertuschen, denn es wird offen und klar alles Tun und Lassen im Buch des Lebens verzeichnet sein und also auch verantwortet werden müssen. Und es kann die göttliche Gerechtigkeit nicht Milde walten lassen, wo eine jede Sündenschuld die gerechte Strafe fordert. Und es werden alle schlechten und alle guten Taten gegeneinander gewertet werden, und es wird die Waage des Gerichtes sich neigen nach der Seite des Übergewichtes, und es wird sonach in aller Gerechtigkeit der Urteilsspruch gefällt werden, und wohl dem, dessen schlechte Taten nicht das Übergewicht haben.... wohl dem, dessen Urteilsspruch nicht heißt: Gewogen und zu leicht befunden.... Die sich Gott dem Herrn verschreiben auf Erden, werden nichts zu fürchten haben am jüngsten Tage, ihr Wandeln auf Erden war mit jedem Schritt Gott wohlgefällig, sie erkannten in Ihm stets den Vater und brauchen daher nimmer mehr zu fürchten die Stunde des Gerichtes, denn im Bewußtsein recht vollbrachten Lebens ist auch kein Raum für Furcht im Herzen, und ohne Bangen geht ein solches Erdenkind dem Tage des Gerichtes entgegen. Unsagbar traurig dagegen ist es, liebe, nahestehende Menschen sich verantworten sehen zu müssen und ihnen ihr Los vorerst nicht abwenden zu können, denn es fordert die göttliche Gerechtigkeit doch von einem jeden Menschen, daß er seine Strafe und sein Los im Jenseits auf sich nimmt, und es kann dies nicht beliebig einem anderen Geistwesen zugewendet werden, da dies dem Gerechtigkeitssinn nicht entsprechen und also vom göttlichen Herrn auch nimmermehr gebilligt werden kann, daß ein Wesen seiner verdienten Strafe entgehen und ein reines Wesen dann statt seiner den Leidenszustand durchmachen müßte. Also wird der Tag des Gerichtes sowohl Glück und Wonne auslösen als auch bitterste Schmach und Leid, doch die ewige Gerechtigkeit läßt kein Wesen unverdient leiden oder auch unverdient selig sein.... Immer ist allein der Lebenswandel auf Erden ausschlaggebend, ob das Los der Gerichteten erträglich oder unerträglich ist, und es wird ein jeder sich ernstlich bemühen, so das Leben zu nützen, daß Werke der Liebe und Erfüllung der Gebote besonders stark ins Gewicht fallen und also das gerechte Urteil nicht Schrecken und Verzweiflung nach sich zieht. Denn es ist der himmlische Vater ein gerechter Richter, und es findet jede gute Tat, aber auch jede Unterlassung im Jenseits ihre rechte Vergeltung....

Last judgement.... divine justice....

You must think of the last judgment and try to imagine that God will judge you in all justice and repay you for your actions and thoughts on earth. Divine justice cannot absolve you, even if it is capable of infinite love, if you only bear the slightest guilt; every, even the smallest guilt must be followed by atonement wherever divine justice is to pronounce its judgement. And thus the day of judgment will also be a day of unspeakable remorse and bitterest suffering and dreadfully agonizing for all those who did not make use of their stay on earth in accordance with divine command, for they will never be able to escape the judgement. Anyone who tries to escape responsibility on earth will be inexorably called to account, and there will be no possibility left for him to cover up his deficient state, for all actions and omissions will be openly and clearly recorded in the book of life and thus will also have to be answered for. And divine justice cannot be lenient where every guilt of sin demands just punishment. And all bad and all good deeds will be weighed against each other, and the scales of the court will tilt to the side of the preponderance, and therefore the sentence will be passed in all justice, and good for him whose bad deeds do not have the preponderance.... good for him whose verdict does not mean: weighed and found wanting.... Those who commit themselves to God the lord on earth will have nothing to fear on judgment day, their every step on earth was pleasing to God, they always recognized the father in Him and therefore no longer need to fear the hour of judgment, for in the awareness of a correctly accomplished life there is no room for fear in the heart, and such an earthly child approaches the day of judgment without fear. On the other hand, it is unspeakably sad to see dear, close people having to answer for themselves and not being able to avert their fate for the time being, for divine justice demands of every human being that he takes upon himself his punishment and fate in the beyond, and this cannot be handed over to another spiritual being at will, since this does not correspond to the sense of justice and thus cannot ever be approved by the divine lord that a being should escape its deserved punishment and that a pure being would then have to go through the state of suffering instead of it. Thus the day of judgment will trigger happiness and bliss as well as the most bitter disgrace and suffering, yet eternal justice will not allow any being to suffer undeservedly or to be undeservedly happy.... The way of life on earth alone is always decisive as to whether the fate of the judged is bearable or unbearable, and everyone will seriously endeavour to make use of life in such a way that works of love and fulfilment of the commandments will have a particularly strong impact and thus the righteous judgment will not result in horror and despair. For the heavenly father is a just judge, and every good deed, but also every omission, will find its rightful retribution in the hereafter....
