Riconoscete voi stessi e la vostra Origine

Riconoscetevi per ciò che siete, come creature che non esistono solo materialmente nell’esteriore, ma celano in sé dello spirituale che deve svilupparsi verso l’Alto ad uno stadio nel quale è di nuovo simile a Dio. Perché una volta era simile a Dio ed ha perduta la sua divinità per propria colpa. Riconoscetevi, che siete la forma nella quale lo spirituale può di nuovo ottenere la sua divinità, quando vivete nella Volontà di Dio. E perciò per prima cosa dovete riconoscere su di voi un Dio, un Essere il Quale vi ha chiamato in Vita ed al Quale come Sue creature Gli dovete portare amore ed obbedienza, perché allora adempite anche la Sua Volontà ed allora lo spirituale in voi raggiunge anche la sua ultima meta, si adegua all’Essere dall’Eternità di Dio Che in Sé E’ Amore, ed assume di nuovo la figura che aveva in principio Ma a voi uomini manca la conoscenza di voi stessi. In ciò siete malati e dovete aspirare voi stessi nella libera volontà alla vostra guarigione. Perciò vi può sempre solo essere indicato il vostro stato imperfetto, la vostra cecità spirituale ed il vostro errato cammino di vita, ma voi stessi dovete trarre l’utilità da tutti gli Ammonimenti ed Avvertimenti, che vi giungono sempre di nuovo attraverso l’Amore e la Grazia di Dio. Dovete riflettere su voi stessi, sulla vostra Origine e sul compito della vostra vita. Solo allora metterete mano al lavoro sulla vostra anima e vivrete nella Volontà di Dio. La non-conoscenza è un grande ostacolo, ma gli uomini stessi non fanno nulla per cambiare il loro stato di non-conoscenza. Non accettano insegnamenti ed i loro pensieri sono esclusivamente rivolti al mondo; come considerano anche la vita terrena stessa come scopo della loro esistenza, perché di rado riconoscono una continuità dopo la morte. E’ la non-conoscenza che li fa pensare ed agire falsamente, ma loro stessi non fanno nulla per cambiare questa non-conoscenza in conoscenza. E finché voi uomini non riflettete su ciò che cosa e come siete e qual è la vostra vera destinazione, rimanete dei ciechi viandanti terreni, che in certo qual modo percorrono senza successo il cammino attraverso la vita terrena, lasciano passare inutilizzato il prezioso tempo, che potrebbe loro procurare una magnifica Vita nell’Eternità. Solo occupandosi seriamente nei pensieri con queste questioni vi porta l’illuminazione dello spirito e fa diventare attiva la vostra volontà per raggiungere la meta che vi è posta per questa vita terrena. Riconoscete voi e la vostra Origine. Riflettete sulla vostra destinazione ed il compito della vostra vita. Poi cercate di affrontare con fervore ciò che sentite vivamente nell’interiore come dovere verso Dio, perché Egli vi mette questo sentimento nel cuore appena vi sforzate solo seriamente di sondare lo scopo e la meta della vita terrena, quando, riconoscendo voi stessi nel cuore, vi rivolgete a Colui dal Quale siete proceduti. Egli vi aiuta affinché camminiate verso l’Alto, ma voi stessi lo dovete volere e chiedere a Lui la Forza e la Grazia. Allora non percorrerete inutilmente la via terrena, allora lo spirituale in voi maturerà e diventerà ciò che è stato primordialmente e che deve di nuovo diventare.

Recognize yourselves and your origin....

Recognize yourselves for what you are.... as creatures which not only exist outwardly materially but contain spiritual substances within themselves which must develop upwards to a stage where they are similar to God again. For it was once similar to God and has lost its similarity to God through its own fault. Realize that you are the form in which the spiritual can attain God-likeness again if you live in God's will. And therefore you first have to acknowledge a God above you, a being Which called you into life and to Whom you, as His living creations, should show love and obedience, for then you will also fulfil His will, and then the spiritual substance in you will also reach its final aim on earth, it will assimilate itself to God's original being, Which is love in itself, and it will take on the form again which it had from the very beginning.

But you humans lack the recognition of yourselves. That is why you are ill, and you must strive for your recovery yourselves of your own free will. Therefore you can only ever be made aware of your defective state, your spiritual blindness and your wrong way of life, yet you yourselves must benefit from all admonitions and warnings which are repeatedly sent to you through God's love and grace.... You must reflect on yourselves, on your origin and on your purpose in life. Only then will you put your hand to your soul's work and live in God's will. Ignorance is a great obstacle, but people themselves do nothing to change their state of ignorance. They don't accept any instructions and their thoughts are exclusively turned towards the world; just as they also regard earthly life itself as the purpose of their existence, because they rarely acknowledge a continuation after death. It is their ignorance which makes them think and act wrongly, yet they do nothing to change this ignorance into knowledge. And thus, as long as you humans do not think about what and how you are and what your actual destiny is, you will only remain blind earthly wanderers who, to a certain extent, walk unsuccessfully through earthly life, letting the precious time pass by unused which could earn them a glorious life in eternity. Only the serious contemplation of these questions brings you spiritual brightness and lets your will become active to reach the aim which is set for you for this earthly life. Know yourselves and your origin.... Think about your destiny and your task in life.... Then eagerly try to comply with what you feel alive within you as a duty towards God, for He places this feeling into your heart as soon as you seriously endeavour to fathom the purpose and aim of earthly life, as soon as you, in recognizing yourselves, turn in your heart to the one from Whom you originated. He will help you to ascend, yet you must want it yourselves and appeal to Him for strength and grace. Then you will not walk the earthly path in vain, then the spiritual substance in you will mature and become what it originally was and should become again....
