Il lavoro sull’anima del prossimo - La Benedizione sulla Terra

Ogni attività che è per il bene dell’anima umana, porta Benedizione, perché se l’uomo pensa quanto breve sia il tempo terreno misurato all’Eternità, e se pensa ancora al minimo successo che può conquistare in modo terreno, ma se d’altra parte s’immagina il valore del tendere spirituale nell’Eternità e la felicità dell’anima che può mostrare ricchezza spirituale, allora non indugerà a lungo ed intraprenderà il lavoro sulla sua anima. E solo allora persegue il vero scopo della vita terrena. E quello che ora l’uomo fa per l’anima sua e quella del prossimo, allora Dio lo benedice già sulla Terra. Egli lo assiste nelle miserie terrene, Sarà sempre pronto a sostenere il lavoro sull’anima, e la vita terrena corrisponderà sempre al desiderio secondo la maturità spirituale. E perciò gli uomini devono lasciarsi alla Guida divina credenti e fiduciosi, perché se per loro è serio il progresso spirituale, ogni giorno porterà gli avvenimenti, come servono al progresso spirituale. E l’uomo non deve davvero temere. Più credente si dà a Dio, più successo avrà la sua vita terrena per l’Eternità. E se l’uomo mette la sua vita, la sua attività terrena ed il suo lavoro spirituale al servizio del prossimo, se è attivo amorevolmente, se si sforza ad aiutare il prossimo alla maturità dell’anima, riceverà abbondantemente la Benedizione già sulla Terra. Non avrà da soffrire nessuna miseria, sfuggirà alla grave afflizione, bandirà la sofferenza del prossimo ed ora sarà anche liberato dalla propria sofferenza; la sofferenza e la miseria passeranno da lui come in un sogno, perché lo spinge appunto l’amore e la preoccupazione per l’anima umana, di conseguenza anche la sua anima sarà alleggerita sulla Terra. E così l’uomo può andare tranquillamente incontro al futuro. Se ora lo premono la preoccupazione e l’afflizione, lui stesso non è abbastanza credente. Lui vede ancora troppo l’avvenimento terreno intorno a sé, bada troppo alle cose mondane, e perciò queste cose si avvicinano anche a lui per mettere alla prova la sua fede. Se impara a superarle, cioè se le lascia inosservate, allora non lo aggraveranno nemmeno più, ed ora si può dare pieno di fervore al vero lavoro, di preparare l’anima del prossimo per l’Eternità.

Soul work on fellow human beings.... blessing on earth....

Every activity that is for the benefit of the human soul is beneficial. For if the human being considers how short earthly time is compared to eternity, and if he further considers the minimal success he can achieve on earth.... but if, on the other hand, he imagines the value of spiritual endeavour in eternity and the happiness of the soul, which can show spiritual wealth, then he will not hesitate for long and take up the work on his soul. And only then will he pursue the right purpose of earthly life. And what a person does for his and his fellow human being's soul is already blessed by God on earth. He will stand by him in earthly adversities, He will always be willing to support the work on the soul and earthly life will always correspond to the desire for spiritual maturity. And therefore people should believingly and trustingly abandon themselves to divine guidance, for if they are serious about spiritual progress every day will bring events which are conducive to this spiritual progress. And man truly need not fear.... The more faithfully he devotes himself to God, the more successful his life on earth will be for eternity. And if the human being places his life, his earthly activity and his spiritual work at the service of his neighbour, if he therefore lovingly works to help his neighbour to spiritual maturity, he will already receive abundant blessings on earth.... He will not need to suffer hardship, he will escape severe affliction, he will banish his fellow human being's suffering and now also be relieved of his own suffering, suffering and misery will only pass him by like a dream, and God's blessing will rest on everything he starts, for he is driven by love and concern for the human soul, consequently, his soul will also be granted relief on earth. And so man can confidently look forward to the future.... If sorrow and worry still weigh him down, he himself is not faithful enough. He still sees too much of the earthly events around him, he pays too much attention to worldly things, and that is why these things also come to him as a test of his faith. If he learns to overcome them, i.e., if he ignores them, they will no longer burden him and now he can eagerly devote himself to the actual work of preparing his fellow human being's soul for eternity....
