Purificación del alma....

Todos vosotros tenéis que pasar por un baño de purificación para liberaros del pecado y sus consecuencias. Y sea cual sea vuestro camino terrenal, siempre os ofrecerá oportunidades que son como una purificación profunda, porque consisten en sufrimientos y dificultades que son sanadoras para vuestras almas. Pero el medio más eficaz de purificación y sanación es el amor.... Quien lo practica ayuda a su alma a lograr una purificación completa, disolviendo incluso las capas más duras, pues nada puede resistirse al amor; el amor libera y redime; libera el alma y da vida eterna.... Todos tenéis que sumergiros en este baño sanador, pues incluso el sufrimiento y el dolor pueden resultar eficaces si no van acompañados de amor.

Porque vosotros, los humanos, cultiváis poco el amor, porque lo dejáis enfriarse y, por lo tanto, dejáis el alma en su lamentable condición, porque no ayudáis a vuestra alma en su necesidad, que significa una carga de pecado para el alma, y ahora debe ser ayudada de otra manera. Tiene que pasar por un proceso de sufrimiento, que ahora también tiene la consecuencia de disolver las capas más duras.... pero el alma permanece debilitada hasta que recibe fuerza a través de la obra de amor....

Ella puede pues entrar al más allá en debilidad e impotencia, pero ha logrado en la Tierra que ya no ofrece resistencia a los esfuerzos de los seres dispuestos a ayudar.... que en su estado de debilidad está agradecida por la ayuda y ahora también está dispuesta a ofrecer la misma ayuda a las almas que están necesitadas igual como ella.

Esta disposición a ayudar ya le da fuerza, porque el amor se enciende en esas almas, el amor que ahora asegura el ascenso del alma. Por lo tanto, los humanos deben bendecir el sufrimiento que experimentan en la Tierra si dejaban de obrar en amor.... pues el alma sólo se beneficia a través de esto, y primero tiene que desprenderse de su escoria agobiante antes que sea posible darla tanta luz que ahora ella misma pueda esforzarse hacia las alturas.

Y, por lo tanto, de poco sirve querer alejar todo el sufrimiento de un ser humano (15.12.1956). Cuando el amor del prójimo busca ayudar a ese ser humano, este amor tiene que ser dirigido hacia la sanación espiritual, hacia su progreso espiritual. Uno debe orar por ella en intercesión para que el sufrimiento no pierda la influencia y que así se purifique, aunque el prójimo también debe hacer todo lo posible por evitarle el sufrimiento terrenal, si esto está en su poder.

Pero a menudo vosotros mismos, los humanos, os encontráis indefensos ante el sufrimiento de vuestros semejantes, y entonces debéis saber que el sufrimiento se permite precisamente para purificación del alma; debéis saber que el alma reconocerá un día la bendición del sufrimiento que le fue concedida en la vida terrenal, tan pronto como se haya resignado a su destino terrenal, porque ahora también puede medir el sufrimiento de otras almas desafortunadas en el más allá, y así se ha despertado su voluntad de ayudar, lo que ahora también garantiza su ascenso....

Purification of the soul....

You all have to pass through a purification bath in order to become free from sin and its consequences. And no matter how your earthly course unfolds, it will always offer opportunities which are equal to a thorough purification, because they consist of suffering and hardship which are only beneficial for your soul. Yet the most effective means of purification and healing is love.... Anyone who practices this helps his soul to thoroughly purify itself, he also dissolves the hardest shells, for nothing can offer resistance to love, love dissolves and redeems, it sets the soul free and gives it the life that lasts forever.... You must all descend into this sanctifying bath, for even suffering and pain can remain ineffective if they are not accompanied by love. Because you humans take little care of love, because you let it grow cold and therefore also leave the soul in its unhappy state, because you don't help your soul in its adversity, which signifies a burden of sin for the soul, it must now be helped in a different way. It has to go through a course of suffering which certainly also has the consequence that it dissolves the hardest shells.... but the soul remains weakened until it receives strength through the working of love.... Thus it can enter the beyond in weakness and helplessness but it has achieved on earth that it no longer resists the efforts of beings willing to help.... that it is grateful for the help in its state of weakness and is now also willing to provide the same assistance to souls which are in need like it. This will to help already gives it strength, for love flares up in those souls which only then secures the soul's ascent. For this reason people should bless the suffering which affects them on earth if they lack loving activity, for the soul only gains through this, and it first has to have shed its burdensome dross before it is possible to give it so much light that it will then strive upwards itself. And therefore it is of little use to want to keep all suffering away from a person, (15.12.1956) and where the love of fellow human beings would like to help him, this love should be directed towards the person's spiritual recovery, towards his spiritual progress. He should be remembered with intercession so that suffering does not fail to have an influence and that he is thereby purified, although fellow human beings should also do everything in their power to avert earthly suffering from their neighbour. But often you humans are helplessly confronted by your fellow human being's adversity yourselves, and then you should know that suffering is permitted precisely for the sake of the soul's purification; you should know that one day the soul will also recognize the blessing of the suffering it was granted in earthly life as soon as it has only surrendered to its earthly fate, because now it can also assess the suffering of other unfortunate souls in the beyond and thereby its will to help has awakened, which now also guarantees its ascent....
