No work of creation is pointless or purposeless....

There is nothing in material creation what would be senseless and purposeless, even when you men cannot recognize the purpose. Everything once came into being to serve spiritual for ascent development, and this ascent development consists in serving, even so in bound will, in a state of compulsion, where everything takes place according to divine natural law. The serving purpose is not always apparent to man, and still every work of creation has come out of the hands of God, and in unsurpassable wisdom a function is assigned to it, which sometimes only concerns the spiritual itself, which is bound in those creations, that it keeps that spiritual "bound" to break its resistance, to cause it to strive for freedom. Because the spiritual, which is to develop upwards, is through its resistance against God-hardened spiritual, which has to give up its resistance, if it is to progress in its development. And such works of creation remain unchanged in their form through endless times, and still they fulfil a purpose.... that they enclose spiritual, and that this spiritual is already in (out of) the deepest depth and starts its course of development upwards in a work of creation. Because there is still endless much hardened spiritual substance, which has not yet started the way, which could not yet be enclosed by matter, because its resistance is still so strong that it could not yet become matter, that it did not let itself be enclosed by the love of God and still a long time can pass until also this spiritual once starts the way through the creations. But what you men see in creation, everything has a serving purpose, but which you men can prevent through your will, if you do not use the individual works of creation purposefully, if you hinder them through this at serving, which alone brings about their ascent development. The development and continuation of many creations is secured by precisely those works of creation which are able to fulfil their serving purpose. Because creation not only serves man but it secures its own existence because one work has come into being for the other and this is considered and determined in all love and wisdom by God, who lets nothing come into being without meaning and purpose because this contradicts His love and wisdom.... But whether you recognize every purpose is questionable as long as you yourselves as man still stand in a lower degree of maturity; but the realization will come to you with increasing maturity.... And only then the miracle of creation will touch you more and more, because then things will become clear to you, which you are hardly able to grasp, because they prove to you an infinitely powerful, loving and wise creator, Who has set Himself an aim and also surely reaches this aim. And so you humans should also make the right use of everything creation offers you. You should make use of its services, whatever it may be, for both hard matter.... the world of rocks, as well as the world of plants and animals, was created for you, that you always use it in the right way.... Every dissolving of the material outer form is a step further for the development of the spiritual bound in form. However, you should not unlawfully dissolve forms whose time is not yet fulfilled, for which you are certainly given the right assessment. You are not to make anything prematurely incapable of serving you, you are to adapt yourselves to the laws of nature, otherwise you yourselves are the sufferers.... Because as soon as spiritual becomes free prematurely, its influence on you men is a harmful one, because the immature spiritual takes revenge on men, who unlawfully interrupted its process of maturation. And this danger exists when man is too much attached to matter and he seeks to draw earthly benefit and he disregards the laws of nature. Everything must always take place in lawful order, then also an ascent development of everything is secured, what is still bound in creation as well as also in man himself and is once to receive its freedom. But divine order is mostly overturned, and that is why also spiritual development remains behind and requires a violent regulation, which also always then takes place when the danger exists that nothing is anymore used according to divine order and that the serving purpose is denied to the spiritual in every form.... Because nothing is in creation what would not have to fulfil a purpose; every work of creation serves the building up and the preservation of earth, and as long as earthly creations arise, the process of development is also not yet finished, which has the final return of the once fallen spiritual as its aim. And eternities will still pass; again and again new creations will arise, because still innumerable many original spirits wait for their change into matter, for their course through this matter and for their final return to their start from eternity.... But everything goes on in lawful order, and so also everything has an unfavourable effect what is contrary to this law of eternal order.... But once the aim will be reached, once everything will again be spiritualized, and once also all creations will only be of spiritual kind, which only still arise for endless happiness of the beings, because these now constantly create and work for their own happiness...._>Amen

Geen scheppingswerk is zin- en doelloos

Er bestaat niets in de materiële schepping wat zin- en doelloos zou zijn, zelfs wanneer u mensen het doel ervan niet zult kunnen inzien. Alles is eens ontstaan om het geestelijke te helpen zich positief te ontwikkelen. En deze positieve ontwikkeling bestaat in dienen, al is het ook in gebonden wil, in een toestand van moeten, waarin zich alles afspeelt volgens goddelijke natuurwet.

Voor de mens is niet altijd de dienende bestemming duidelijk. En toch is elk scheppingswerk uit de Handen van God voortgekomen en in onovertroffen Wijsheid is het een functie toegewezen, die soms alleen het geestelijke zelf betreft, dat in die scheppingen is gebonden: dat het dat geestelijke “gekluisterd” houdt, om zijn weerstand te breken, om het aan te sporen naar de vrijheid te streven. Want het geestelijke, dat zich positief moet ontwikkelen, is door zijn weerstand tegen God verhard geestelijks, dat zijn weerstand moet opgeven, wil het vooruitgaan in zijn ontwikkeling.

En zulke scheppingswerken blijven eindeloos lange tijden onveranderd in hun vorm. En toch vervullen ze een doel: dat ze het geestelijke omhullen, dat al uit de diepste diepte vandaan is en in een scheppingswerk zijn ontwikkelingsgang omhoog begint. Want er is nog eindeloos veel verharde geestelijke substantie, die nog niet aan de weg is begonnen, die nog niet door de materie kan worden ingesloten, omdat de weerstand ervan nog zo sterk is, dat ze nog geen materie kan worden, dat ze zich niet door de Liefde van God liet omhullen en er nog lange tijd voorbij kan gaan, tot ook dit geestelijke eenmaal de weg door de scheppingen begint.

Maar wat u mensen ziet in de schepping, heeft allemaal een dienend doel, dat u mensen echter door uw wil zult kunnen verhinderen, wanneer u de afzonderlijke scheppingswerken niet zinvol gebruikt, wanneer u ze verhindert om dienstbaar te zijn, dat alleen hun positieve ontwikkeling tot stand brengt. De opbouw en het voortbestaan van vele scheppingen is juist door die werken der schepping verzekerd, die hun dienende bestemmingen kunnen nakomen. Want niet alleen dient de schepping de mens, maar ze verzekert haar eigen bestaan, omdat het ene werk is ontstaan voor het andere en dit in alle Liefde en Wijsheid is overwogen en bepaald door God, Die niets zonder zin en doel zal laten ontstaan, omdat dit indruist tegen Zijn Liefde en Wijsheid.

Maar of u elke bestemming inziet, is twijfelachtig zolang u zelf als mens nog een lage graad van rijpheid hebt. Maar bij toenemende rijpheid zult u het inzicht verkrijgen. En pas dan zal het wonder van de schepping steeds meer indruk op u maken, omdat u dan zaken duidelijk worden, die u nauwelijks in staat bent te begrijpen, omdat ze u een volkomen oneindige, machtige, liefdevolle en wijze Schepper bewijzen, Die Zich een doel heeft gesteld en dit doel ook zeker zal bereiken.

En zo zult u mensen zelf alles juist moeten gebruiken, wat de schepping u biedt. U zult een beroep moeten doen op haar diensten, wat het ook is. Want zowel de harde materie, de wereld van de gesteenten, alsook de planten- en dierenwereld is voor u geschapen, opdat u ze steeds op de juiste wijze zult gebruiken.

Elke ontbinding van de materiële uiterlijke vorm is een schrede voorwaarts voor de ontwikkeling van het in de vorm gebonden geestelijke. U zult echter niet onrechtmatig vormen mogen oplossen, waarvan de tijd nog niet is gekomen, waarvoor u wel de juiste beoordeling is gegeven. U zult niets voortijdig het onmogelijk mogen maken u te dienen. U zult u aan de natuurwetten moeten aanpassen, daar u anders zelf het kind van de rekening bent. Want zodra iets geestelijks voortijdig vrij wordt, is zijn invloed op u mensen schadelijk, omdat het onrijpe geestelijke zich wreekt op de mensen, die zijn rijpingsproces onrechtmatig onderbraken. En dit gevaar bestaat, wanneer de mens al te zeer aan de materie is gehecht en hij zal proberen aards zijn voordeel te doen en hij de natuurwetten buiten beschouwing laat.

Steeds moet alles zich in wettelijke ordening voltrekken. Dan is ook een positieve ontwikkeling verzekerd van al datgene, wat zowel in de schepping als in de mens zelf nog gebonden is en eenmaal vrijheid zal verkrijgen. Maar de goddelijke ordening wordt meestal omvergegooid. En daarom blijft er ook in de geestelijke ontwikkeling een achterstand en eist deze een gewelddadige regeling, die ook steeds dan plaatsvindt, wanneer het gevaar bestaat, dat er niets meer volgens goddelijke ordening nuttig wordt gebruikt en dat het geestelijke in elke vorm de dienende bestemming wordt ontzegd. Want er is niets in de schepping, wat niet aan zijn doel zou moeten beantwoorden. Elk scheppingswerk dient tot opbouw en instandhouding van de aarde. En zolang aardse scheppingen ontstaan, is ook het ontwikkelingsproces nog niet beëindigd, dat de definitieve terugkeer van het eens gevallen geestelijke tot doel heeft.

En er zullen nog eeuwigheden voorbijgaan. Steeds weer zullen er nieuwe scheppingen ontstaan, want er wachten nog talloos vele oergeesten op hun verandering tot materie, op hun gang door deze materie en op hun definitieve terugkeer naar hun oorsprong van eeuwigheid. Maar alles gebeurt in wetmatige ordening. En zo heeft ook alles een ongunstige uitwerking op datgene, wat tegen deze wet van eeuwige ordening is gericht. Maar eens zal het doel bereikt zijn. Eens zal alles weer vergeestelijkt zijn en eens zullen ook alle scheppingen alleen van geestelijke aard zijn, die alleen nog tot eindeloos diepe vreugde van de wezens ontstaan, omdat deze nu voortdurend scheppen en werkzaam zijn tot hun eigen gelukzaligheid.
