About the forerunner....

Time will tell how much strength rests within My Word.... for hearts will feel addressed by Me and flare up with love for Me Who reveals Himself as a Father, because I want to be united with My children and therefore send My ray of love into the hearts of those who are of good will. Yet it entirely depends on this will as to whether people recognise the Father's voice. The least amount of resistance will diminish the strength of My Word, and this resistance occurs in a person who is still without love. Then he will not let himself be addressed by Me, and then My Word remains without effective strength, then it will sound no different to him than a human word and he will reject it.

However, My children listen to My Word, and thus I instruct My children: Free yourselves from misguided ideas by appealing to Me directly for truth and enlightenment of your thinking. You try too soon to penetrate areas which I still keep closed to you.... you come to conclusions which are nevertheless fallacies.... you think about things which cannot be revealed to you as yet.... You rack your brain about the forerunner's fate and arrival.... And you come to the wrong conclusion. For I have told you, you will recognise him.... and that means that you will no longer have to ask but know who he is when he appears.

But until the time for his activity has come you don't need to look for him or suspect him to be one of your fellow human beings.... for he will come from where you least expect him. He is not a child of the world, he lives like any other human being yet his thoughts and wishes concern Me although he is not aware of his mission yet. But his spirit will brightly enlighten him about his mission and himself when the time is right for his appearance. And I tell you that it will still be some time before this happens.... He will be so illuminated that his light will radiate in all directions and that all of you, who want to be of service to Me, will warm yourselves in his light when the time of the spiritual hardship comes, when the last phase before the end begins: when the battle of faith erupts.... Until then, however, don't believe every spirit who deems himself to know more about it, for if this knowledge were necessary I would instruct you of it Myself. But handle with care what comes to you through human mouth and don't let yourselves be deceived, for the 'spirit of God' does not contradict itself, and you should scrutinise yourselves where My spirit is active, because I don't compel you to believe and it is up to you which spirit you accept as true.

I have indeed announced the forerunner to you and that he will come again as a voice in the wilderness before My second coming, but he is yet to appear because a short time still has to pass when diligent work should be done for My kingdom, and because you would set yourselves a time when his appearance should be obvious.... I still keep the time of his arrival veiled, for then My coming will also be certain, then the end is close, for he will only be active for a short time on earth which, however, will suffice to shock people out of their deadly rigidity. And the purpose of his coming is to save those who are still undecided.... To strengthen those who want to remain faithful to Me.... and to announce My coming.... And although this time is not far away, a few short phases have yet to pass.... but then what was proclaimed to you in Word and Scripture will be fulfilled....

Over de Voorloper

Er zal blijken welke kracht zich in Mijn Woord be vindt, want de harten zullen zich door MIJ aangesproken voelen en in liefde tot MIJ ontbranden. IK maak MIJ bekend als VADER, omdat IK met Mijn kinderen verbonden wil zijn en daarom laat IK Mijn Liefdestraal in die harten vallen die van goede wil zijn.

Maar alleen aan deze wil ligt het of de mensen de Stem van de VADER herkennen. De geringste afweer vermindert de kracht van Mijn Woord, en deze afweer brengt de mens zelf teweeg als hij nog zonder liefde is. Dan laat hij zich niet door MIJ aanspreken en blijft ook de kracht van Mijn Woord zonder uitwerking. Dan klinkt Mijn Woord voor de mens niet anders dan mensenwoord en wijst hij het af.

Maar Mijn kinderen luisteren naar Mijn Woord en IK leer Mijn kinderen aldus: maak u vrij van verwarde gedachten doordat u MIJZelf bidt om waarheid en verlichting van uw denken. U probeert voortijdig binnen te dringen in gebieden die IK voor u nog gesloten houd , u maakt gevolgtrekkingen die verkeerd zijn. U houdt zich in gedachten bezig met dingen, waarvoor de tijd nog niet gekomen is die te weten. U raadt alsmaar naar het lot en de komst van de Voorloper, maar u maakt verkeerde gevolgtrekkingen. IK heb u gezegd dat u hem zult herkennen, d.w.z. u hoeft niet te vragen, u zult weten dat hij het is wanneer hij in de openbaarheid treedt. Maar als het uur van zijn optreden nog niet is aangebroken, behoeft u hem ook niet te zoeken of in een medemens te vermoeden - want hij komt daar vandaan waar u hem het minst zult verwachten.

Hij is niet iemand van de wereld en hij gaat zijn weg als ieder ander mens, maar al zijn denken en streven is op MIJ gericht ofschoon hem zijn missie nog niet bekend is. Maar zijn Geest zal hem een helder inzicht geven over zijn missie en over zich zelf, als de tijd gekomen is dat hij moet optreden.

IK zeg dus nu, (1960) het duurt nog een tijd tot dit zal gebeuren. Zo verlicht zal hij zijn dat zijn Licht in de wijde omtrek zal stralen en dat u allen die MIJ wilt dienen zich aan zijn Licht kunt verwarmen als de tijd van geestelijke nood gekomen is, als de laatste fase vóór het einde zal intreden en de geloofsstrijd zal ontbranden.

Geloof echter voordien geen enkele geest die daarover meer meent te weten, want als deze kennis nodig zou zijn zou IK u Zelf daarover onderwijzen. Wat u echter door de mond der mensen verteld wordt neem dat voorzichtig aan en laat u niet misleiden. GOD's GEEST spreekt Zich niet tegen en u moet zelf onderzoeken waar Mijn GEEST aan het werk is en welke geest u gelooft.

IK heb u wel de Voorloper aangekondigd en dat hij weer als Roepende in de woestijn zal komen vóór Mijn wederkomst, maar zijn verschijnen laat nog even op zich wachten, omdat er nog een korte tijd vooraf moet gaan waarin vlijtig voor Mijn rijk gearbeid moet worden en omdat u dan zelf een tijd zou vaststellen als zijn komen bekend zou zijn. Nog houd IK de sluier gespreid over de tijd van zijn optreden, want dan is ook Mijn komst zeker. Dan is het einde nabij, want hij zal maar een korte tijd op aarde arbeiden - die echter voldoende is om de mensen uit hun starheid des doods op te schrikken.

Want dat is het doel van zijn verschijnen: hen te redden die nog weifelen, hen te sterken die MIJ trouw willen blijven en MIJ en Mijn komst aan te kondigen. En ofschoon die tijd ook niet ver af is, moeten er toch nog enkele perioden voorbij gaan. Dan echter wordt onherroepelijk vervuld wat u verkondigd werd in woord en geschrift.
