The soul will reap what it has sown....

You should not entertain deceptive ideas that you can gather treasures for your earthly life because you will lose them faster than you had acquired them. I caution you not to strive after earthly possessions and get attached to them, and time and again I will show you the transient nature of worldly possessions. You spend much time and effort when it comes to collecting worldly treasures and rarely consider that you cannot keep them, that you have to let go of them when you leave this earth, but that they can also be taken from you by other means if this is My will. You only appreciate what belongs to the world and yet is temporary; but you ignore the eternal.... you only take care of your body and ignore your soul.... And thus you use your energy of life wrongly, you only use it for your physical well-being but inconsiderately prepare a wretched fate in eternity for your soul. Because during your earthly life you do not give to the soul that which serves its perfection alone, you let it starve, whereas you excessively provide for your body without ever gaining from it. Because even your earthly life can end from one day to the next, and then you will enter the kingdom in the beyond poor and empty-handed and will have to suffer much pain.

For once you should think about the fact that you yourselves have no control over your life, that your life on earth could be short and that death could approach you any day without your being able to prevent it. And you should think about the 'thereafter'.... but you do not believe that you are not obliterated at the moment of death, you do not believe in the soul's continuation of life and that this life will then be in accordance with your life on earth and your concern for your soul's salvation. And on account of this unbelief you live thoughtlessly and do not question the meaning and purpose of your earthly life. You are content when you get what you like on earth, when you provide the body with a sense of well-being and collect many earthly possessions for the future.... And you do not actually know whether you will still have a future. However, you all know that you will have to die one day.... And this knowledge should make you want to evaluate your earthly life consciously. But you lack faith, faith in a God and Creator, Who will hold you accountable for your conduct on earth one day. And because you do not believe, you are indifferent.

But you can all be certain that the hour of your accountability will come and that your regret will be bitter when you find yourselves in great spiritual poverty in the kingdom of the beyond and eventually realise what you had neglected on earth due to your own fault. Because it is by grace that you were allowed to become embodied on earth, and not to have used this grace will be bitterly regretted by the soul one day since it will never be able to make up for its neglect, although in the kingdom of the beyond it will also receive help to ascend from the abyss, but the circumstances are far more difficult than they are or were on earth. You should not live so thoughtlessly because the hour will come for every human being when he has to leave the earthly body and then the soul will enter the spiritual kingdom.... Although this hour can bring much pleasure and joy it can also bring great darkness and pain.... but always in accordance with the human being's own will which he had demonstrated by his conduct during his earthly life.... He will reap what he has sown, he will enter the kingdom of light and bliss, or he will be received by darkness which will not release him again until the soul has changed its attitude and then, with loving support, it will walk the path of ascent....

De ziel zal oogsten wat zij gezaaid heeft

U mag u niet aan de bedrieglijke gedachten overgeven dat u voor uzelf schatten kunt verzamelen voor uw aardse leven, want u zult deze weer veel sneller verliezen dan u ze verworven hebt. IK waarschuw u er voor om naar aardse goederen te streven en uw hart daaraan te hechten, want IK bewijs u steeds weer hoe vergankelijk alles is wat aan de wereld toebehoort.

Hoeveel tijd en moeite hebt u er niet voor over om de schatten van de wereld te verzamelen; en hoe zelden denkt u eraan dat u ze niet behouden kunt en ze weer terug moet geven. Dat ze u ook op een andere wijze afgenomen kunnen worden wanneer dat volgens Mijn Wil is.

U kijkt alleen maar naar wereldse zaken die toch vergankelijk zijn, naar het onvergankelijke ziet u echter niet, u zorgt alleen maar voor het lichaam zonder aan uw ziel te denken. Daarom gebruikt u uw levenskracht verkeerd, want u gebruikt ze alleen voor uw lichamelijk welzijn en u bereidt uw ziel zonder bezwaar een onzalig lot in de eeuwigheid. U geeft uw ziel gedurende het aardse leven niet wat alleen nodig is voor haar volmaaktheid, u laat uw ziel gebrek lijden en bedeelt het lichaam overmatig zonder er ooit nut van te hebben.

Maar uw aardse leven kan van de ene op de andere dag beëindigd zijn, dan komt u arm en leeg aan in het rijk hierna en u moet dan grote ellende lijden. U moet daar eens over nadenken dat u uw eigen leven niet in de hand hebt, en dat het leven op de aarde voor u ook van korte duur kan zijn. Dat de dood elke dag kan komen zonder dat u hem kunt afwenden.

U zou dus aan het "hierna" moeten denken, maar u gelooft dat het met u afgelopen is op het moment van uw dood. U gelooft niet aan een voortleven van uw ziel en dat dit leven (na de dood) dan gelijk zal zijn aan uw leven op aarde, echter in overeenstemming met uw aardse levenswandel en uw bezorgdheid om het heil van uw ziel. En dat ongeloof is ook de reden dat u elke dag gedachteloos voorbij laat gaan, dat u uzelf niet eenmaal afvraagt wat het doel en de zin van uw aardse bestaan is. U bent tevreden wanneer u zich aardse zaken verschaft waar u genoegen aan beleeft, wanneer u uw lichaam vertroetelt en veel goederen verzamelt voor de toekomst. Maar u weet niet eens of u nog wel een toekomst hebt.

Maar iedereen weet dat hij eens moet sterven, en dat weten moest u toch bewust het aardse leven doen benutten. Dat gebeurt echter niet omdat het geloof u ontbreekt; het geloof in een GOD en Schepper, DIE eenmaal verantwoording zal vragen over uw aardse leven. En omdat u niet gelooft bent u onverschillig, terwijl het uur van verantwoording komt - daar kunt u allen zeker van zijn. Uw berouw zal eens bitter zijn wanneer u in de grootste armoede van geest verschijnt in het rijk hierna en dan tot het besef komt, wat u verzuimd hebt op aarde door eigen schuld.

Want het is een onverdiende genade dat u zich op aarde mocht belichamen; en deze genade niet benut te hebben, zal uw ziel eens bitter berouwen omdat zij nooit meer goed kan maken wat zij verzuimd heeft. Ofschoon zij in het rijk hierna ook nog wel geholpen zal worden uit de diepte omhoog te klimmen, maar onder veel moeilijker omstandigheden dan dit op aarde mogelijk is of was.

U mag dus niet zo gedachtenloos verder leven, want voor ieder mens komt het uur waarin hij het aardse lichaam verlaten moet en de ziel het geestelijke rijk binnentreedt. Dat uur kan grote zaligheid en vreugde brengen of ook grote ellende en duisternis, maar steeds zoals de mens het zelf gewild heeft.

Hij zal oogsten wat hij gezaaid heeft. Hij zal binnenkomen in het rijk van licht en zaligheid, of het rijk van de duisternis zal hem opnemen en niet eerder vrij geven dan dat de ziel haar instelling verandert om met liefdevolle ondersteuning de weg naar omhoog te gaan.
