Rejection of the divine Word in spiritual arrogance....
Anyone who rejects the Word of God in spiritual arrogance when it is offered to him through My servants on earth will be seriously accountable for it one day, since it is not spiritual inability to be able to recognise something bright but it is a rejection due to dishonourable motives supported by My adversary's influence. 'Spiritual arrogance' excludes all scrutiny, spiritual arrogance is an obvious sign that the person is subject to dark influences, for spiritual arrogance is the distinctive mark of the one who opposes Me because he refuses to acknowledge Me. Spiritual arrogance of the first-fallen spirit resisted and rejected the light which permeated him, therefore utter darkness engulfed him. Hence the human being will remain in spiritual darkness when he arrogantly rejects the light again, when My grace wants to emanate it in order to provide a glimmer of enlightenment to his heart.... But the reason for refusal is important, for it can also be rejected due to other reasons which cannot be as condemned as this very arrogance of a human being.
And one can speak of spiritual arrogance when a person believes that he needs no further instructions, that he has sufficient spiritual education, when he overestimates his own knowledge and therefore believes that he does not need additional information. However, even then the human being should still be prepared to examine what he is offered. If he still maintains his will with conviction and rejects it again then his verdict will not be as severe, then he lacks judgment due to spiritual blindness.... If, however, he omits all scrutiny then the human being's blatant rejection will repel My hand of grace that I offer him and the responsibility will hit him hard one day, for one day he will realise the truth, and then it might be too late....
No one can be forcibly persuaded to accept My Word but everyone will sooner or later have the opportunity to seriously deal with questions of doubt, for I place such doubts into the hearts of those who are not yet on the right path. All people should, in fact, form an opinion about such questions, they would only derive benefit from it, for they will certainly receive clarification providing they genuinely desire it. But then it will show whether the person seriously desires the truth.... for it will indeed be offered to him. Spiritual arrogance, however, will instantly reject it because this is My adversary's will and his determination will be fulfilled by those of like spirit.
Arrogance caused the fall of the former being of light, and arrogance is therefore also his supporters' nature which unmistakably characterises them as his followers. And a big step has to be taken, the human being's nature has to seriously try to change itself.... the person has to step down from arrogance into humility and thus completely detach himself from My adversary and approach Me with utter humbleness.... Only then will a light shine into the person's heart, and only then will he be able to recognise the precious gift of grace which My Word represents to every person and his soul's salvation. Only then will he gratefully accept what the Father's love offers to His child.... Then he will hunger for food and drink yet also be constantly satisfied by My love....

Ablehnung des göttlichen Wortes in geistiger Überheblichkeit....
Wer sich dem Wort Gottes verschließet in geistiger Überheblichkeit, wenn es ihm angeboten wird durch Meine Diener auf Erden, der wird sich einmal schwer zu verantworten haben, denn es ist nicht geistiges Unvermögen, etwas Lichtvolles erkennen zu können, sondern es ist eine Ablehnung aus niederen Motiven, die Mein Gegner fördert durch seinen Einfluß. "Geistige Überheblichkeit" schaltet jegliche Prüfung aus, geistige Überheblichkeit aber ist ein offensichtliches Zeichen, daß der Mensch unter finsterem Einfluß steht, denn geistige Überheblichkeit ist dessen Merkmal, der Mir widersteht, weil er Mich nicht anerkennen will. Die geistige Überheblichkeit des Erstgefallenen wehrte dem Licht, das ihn durchstrahlte, und wies es zurück, weshalb ihn tiefste Finsternis umfing. Und so auch bleibt der Mensch in geistiger Finsternis, der in Überheblichkeit wieder das Licht zurückweiset, wenn Meine Gnade es leuchten lassen will, um den Herzen einen Schimmer Erhellung zu bringen.... Aber das Motiv der Ablehnung ist schwerwiegend, denn es kann auch aus anderen Gründen zurückgewiesen werden, die nicht so sehr zu verurteilen sind als gerade die Überheblichkeit eines Menschen. Und von geistiger Überheblichkeit kann dann gesprochen werden, wenn der Mensch glaubt, keine Belehrungen mehr nötig zu haben, in geistigem Wissen genügend unterrichtet zu sein, und sein eigenes Wissen überhoch einschätzet und somit kein weiteres Wissen zu brauchen glaubt. Jedoch sollte der Mensch auch dann noch bereit sein zu einer Prüfung dessen, was ihm angeboten wird. Hält er dann noch mit Überzeugung an seinem Willen fest und lehnet erneut ab, dann wird ihm sein Urteil nicht so angerechnet werden, dann mangelt es ihm durch seine geistige Blindheit an Urteilskraft.... Unterbleibt aber jegliche Prüfung, dann stößt der Mensch mit seiner krassen Ablehnung die von Mir gebotene Gnadenhand zurück, und die Verantwortung wird ihn einmal schwer treffen, denn einmal kommt die Erkenntnis, und es kann dann auch zu spät sein.... Zwangsweise kann niemand zur Annahme Meines Wortes veranlaßt werden, aber ein jeder hat einmal Gelegenheit, sich ernstlich zu befassen mit Zweifelsfragen, denn solche Zweifel lege Ich Selbst denen in das Herz, die noch nicht auf rechtem Wege sind. Und zu solchen Fragen sollten auch alle Menschen Stellung nehmen, und sie würden nur Vorteil daraus ziehen, denn Aufklärung werden sie bestimmt erhalten, sofern sie solche ernstlich begehren. Aber nun wird es sich erweisen, ob der Mensch ernsthaft die Wahrheit begehrt.... denn sie wird ihm sicher angeboten werden. Geistige Überheblichkeit aber lehnet sofort ab, weil der eine es will und dessen Wille auch sicher erfüllt wird von denen, die gleichen Geistes sind. Überheblichkeit brachte das einstige Lichtwesen zum Fall, und Überheblichkeit ist daher auch aller seiner Anhänger Wesensart, die unverkennbar sie auch kennzeichnet als sein Anhang. Und es muß ein großer Schritt getan werden, es muß das Wesen des Menschen sich ernstlich zu wandeln suchen.... es muß der Mensch aus dem Hochmut in die Demut hinabsteigen und sich also gänzlich lösen von Meinem Gegner und zu Mir kommen in tiefster Demut.... Dann erst wird ein Licht scheinen in das Herz des Menschen, und dann erst wird er zu erkennen vermögen die kostbare Gnadengabe, die Mein Wort ist für einen jeden Menschen und sein Seelenheil. Dann erst wird er dankbar entgegennehmen, was die Liebe des Vaters Seinem Kind bietet.... Dann wird er hungern nach Speise und Trank, doch ständig auch gesättigt werden von Meiner Liebe....
