Why is our past memory taken from us....

If you humans looked at your earthly life as a final chapter of an infinitely long process of development, you would eagerly cover this last short stretch and spare no effort during this brief lifetime on earth to bring your higher development to a successful conclusion. But since you lack the memory of your past life, since you only know for certain about this short life on earth, you do not generate any particular enthusiasm, in fact, you are rather indifferent to what is yet to come, you spend little thought on what awaits you after your earthly life. But you have to go through life without past memory so as not to be influenced in your will, thoughts and actions. If, however, you were able to take just a small glimpse into your past life you would be horrified and unable to continue living.... or, driven by extreme fear, you would do whatever is demanded of you only to avoid this appalling fate and be liberated from every physical form.

Thus, I would indeed have the power to prompt you into a way of life which corresponds to My will if I allowed you to take this retrospect. But My love for you is great and wants to prepare unlimited happiness for you which, however, excludes all coercion of will.... In order to be eternally, blissfully happy you have to live completely voluntarily in accordance with My will, i.e. in accordance with eternal order.... You should realise that it is an act of mercy and a labour of love on My part that I removed your past memory.... partly to spare you the knowledge of a surmounted earthly life, and partly to enable you to reach unlimited beatitude.... But I do not leave you without knowledge, even if this knowledge is not verifiable. Thus you will know of your previous state but it does not burden you unduly because you have overcome it. Yet the knowledge could encourage you to increased spiritual endeavour which, nevertheless, proceeds in total freedom of will and therefore results in utmost blessing for you....

And therefore I can only ever tell you: don't reject anything but take everything into consideration that informs you about the purpose and goal of your earthly life, and also take the information of your past embodiment into consideration. Think about it, and always live your earthly life such that you can justify it to yourselves and need not fear accountability before Me either. But believe that your earthly life is not pointless and that it has a different purpose than the mere preservation and satisfaction of your body, which is transient and whose lifespan you cannot determine yourselves. And if you are unwilling to accept additional information, if you don't want to accept what is 'not provable' then at least hold fast to the 'Word of God', for as soon as you listen to it with faithful sincerity it will also kindle a small light in you, and much will turn out to be comprehensible and believable to you which cannot be proven to you either. Just try to establish contact with the spiritual kingdom in some form or other, be it in thought or through your will for your Creator, or through labours of love, which are an absolutely certain bond with Me....

And you will discover secrets which will unveil themselves to you in order to help you travel the last short path of your development successfully.... But don't just live indifferently, don't just let your corporal wishes dominate your every thought, for I created much around you which could stimulate you to think.... You are surrounded by all kinds of miracles which are the products of My love and My might, which should give you evidence of Me.... And then try to establish the relationship with the One Who reveals Himself to you in creation.... Then you will be saved from the appalling fate of having to go through all these creations again. And you will be liberated from the form and able to enter the blissful kingdom of spirits, where you will live in freedom and light, in beatitude....

Porque é que a recordação nos é retirada....

Se vocês, humanos, considerassem a vossa vida terrena como o último estágio de um curso de desenvolvimento sem fim, também cobririam esta última curta distância com grande afã e não poupariam esforços para levar a bom termo o vosso desenvolvimento ascensional neste curto período de vida terrena. Mas como te falta recordação, como só sabes com certeza sobre esta curta vida na Terra, não desenvolves nenhuma ânsia particular, és bastante indiferente ao que te espera; pensas pouco no que te espera depois da tua vida terrena. Mas você tem que passar pela vida sem lembranças para não ser determinado no seu querer, pensar e agir. Mas se você pudesse apenas olhar um pouco para trás, você não seria mais capaz de viver no horror ou, movido pelo maior medo, você faria tudo o que é exigido de você para escapar desse destino terrível e se libertar de toda forma material. Assim eu certamente teria o poder de induzir-vos a um modo de vida que correspondesse à Minha vontade, assim que eu vos deixasse dar uma olhadela. Mas o Meu amor por vós é maior, e quer dar-vos felicidade ilimitada, o que, no entanto, exclui uma compulsão de vontade.... Porque, para poder ser feliz sem limitações, você deve viver com a máxima liberdade de vontade que corresponde à Minha vontade, ou seja, à ordem eterna.... Entenda que é uma obra de misericórdia e um trabalho de amor da minha parte se eu tiver tirado a sua lembrança.... em parte para lhe poupar o conhecimento de uma vida terrena que você superou, em parte para lhe tornar acessível uma bem-aventurança que é ilimitada.... Mas não o deixarei sem conhecimento, mesmo que tal conhecimento seja impraticável. Assim você fica sabendo do seu estado anterior, mas isso não o sobrecarrega de forma incomum, pois você o superou. No entanto, o conhecimento pode também estimulá-lo a um maior esforço espiritual que, no entanto, terá sempre lugar na mais plena liberdade de vontade e, por isso, também lhe renderá as maiores bênçãos.... E assim só posso dizer-te: não rejeites nada a não ser considerar tudo o que te é apresentado sobre o propósito e meta da tua vida terrena, e também submeter tal conhecimento à tua consideração que te informa sobre a tua pré-encarnação. Considerem isso e vivam sempre a vossa vida terrena de tal maneira que possam responder por isso a vós próprios e depois também não precisem de se afastar de uma responsabilidade perante Mim. Mas acreditem que a vossa existência terrena não é sem propósito e que o propósito é diferente da simples preservação e satisfação do vosso corpo, que é transitório e cujo tempo de vida não podeis determinar a vós próprios. E se você não está disposto a aceitar outros conhecimentos, se você não quer aceitar o 'não-provável', então pelo menos mantenha-se fiel à 'Palavra de Deus', pois assim que você escutá-la com fidelidade, ela também pode acender uma pequena luz em você, e muitas coisas então se tornarão compreensíveis para você e parecerão credíveis, o que também não pode ser provado para você. Apenas tente estabelecer o vínculo com o reino espiritual de alguma forma, seja em pensamento ou através da sua vontade que você se volta para o Criador, ou também através de obras de amor que são um vínculo completamente seguro comigo mesmo. E você descobrirá segredos que depois se revelarão a você para ajudá-lo a cobrir com sucesso o último pequeno curso do seu desenvolvimento.... Mas não fiques completamente apático, não deixes que os teus desejos físicos dominem todo o teu pensamento, pois criei muitas coisas à tua volta que te podem fazer pensar.... Vós estais rodeados de milagres de todos os tipos que são obras do Meu amor e do Meu poder e que também devem provar-Me a Mim mesmo para vós.... E depois procure também estabelecer o vínculo com Aquele que se revela a si na criação.... Então vocês também serão protegidos do terrível destino de ter que passar por essas criações de novo por vocês mesmos. E serás livre da forma e poderás entrar no reino abençoado dos espíritos onde viverás em liberdade e luz, em bem-aventurança...._>Amém
