Why is our past memory taken from us....

If you humans looked at your earthly life as a final chapter of an infinitely long process of development, you would eagerly cover this last short stretch and spare no effort during this brief lifetime on earth to bring your higher development to a successful conclusion. But since you lack the memory of your past life, since you only know for certain about this short life on earth, you do not generate any particular enthusiasm, in fact, you are rather indifferent to what is yet to come, you spend little thought on what awaits you after your earthly life. But you have to go through life without past memory so as not to be influenced in your will, thoughts and actions. If, however, you were able to take just a small glimpse into your past life you would be horrified and unable to continue living.... or, driven by extreme fear, you would do whatever is demanded of you only to avoid this appalling fate and be liberated from every physical form.

Thus, I would indeed have the power to prompt you into a way of life which corresponds to My will if I allowed you to take this retrospect. But My love for you is great and wants to prepare unlimited happiness for you which, however, excludes all coercion of will.... In order to be eternally, blissfully happy you have to live completely voluntarily in accordance with My will, i.e. in accordance with eternal order.... You should realise that it is an act of mercy and a labour of love on My part that I removed your past memory.... partly to spare you the knowledge of a surmounted earthly life, and partly to enable you to reach unlimited beatitude.... But I do not leave you without knowledge, even if this knowledge is not verifiable. Thus you will know of your previous state but it does not burden you unduly because you have overcome it. Yet the knowledge could encourage you to increased spiritual endeavour which, nevertheless, proceeds in total freedom of will and therefore results in utmost blessing for you....

And therefore I can only ever tell you: don't reject anything but take everything into consideration that informs you about the purpose and goal of your earthly life, and also take the information of your past embodiment into consideration. Think about it, and always live your earthly life such that you can justify it to yourselves and need not fear accountability before Me either. But believe that your earthly life is not pointless and that it has a different purpose than the mere preservation and satisfaction of your body, which is transient and whose lifespan you cannot determine yourselves. And if you are unwilling to accept additional information, if you don't want to accept what is 'not provable' then at least hold fast to the 'Word of God', for as soon as you listen to it with faithful sincerity it will also kindle a small light in you, and much will turn out to be comprehensible and believable to you which cannot be proven to you either. Just try to establish contact with the spiritual kingdom in some form or other, be it in thought or through your will for your Creator, or through labours of love, which are an absolutely certain bond with Me....

And you will discover secrets which will unveil themselves to you in order to help you travel the last short path of your development successfully.... But don't just live indifferently, don't just let your corporal wishes dominate your every thought, for I created much around you which could stimulate you to think.... You are surrounded by all kinds of miracles which are the products of My love and My might, which should give you evidence of Me.... And then try to establish the relationship with the One Who reveals Himself to you in creation.... Then you will be saved from the appalling fate of having to go through all these creations again. And you will be liberated from the form and able to enter the blissful kingdom of spirits, where you will live in freedom and light, in beatitude....

Perché ci è stata tolta la reminiscenza

Se voi uomini consideraste la vostra vita terrena come ultimo tratto di un percorso di sviluppo che è durato tempi infiniti, allora trascorrereste con grande veemenza questo ultimo breve tratto e non temereste alcuna fatica di concludere con successo il vostro sviluppo verso l’alto in questo breve tempo di vita terrena. Ma dato che vi manca il ricordo, dato che sapete soltanto di questo breve cammino sulla Terra, allora non sviluppate nemmeno una particolare diligenza – siete piuttosto indifferenti nei confronti di quello che vi sta dinanzi; vi fate pochi pensieri su ciò che vi attende dopo la vostra vita terrena, ma voi dovete passare senza ricordo attraverso la vita per non essere costretti al vostro volere, pensare ed agire. Ma se poteste dare soltanto un piccolo sguardo indietro non sareste più in grado di vivere per il terrore, oppure, spinti da grande paura, fareste tutto ciò che vi viene chiesto soltanto per sfuggire a quell’orribile destino e per diventare liberi da ogni forma materiale. Avrei bensì la Potenza di spingervi ad un modo di vivere corrispondente alla Mia Volontà, appena vi lasciassi dare uno sguardo. Ma il Mio Amore per voi è più grande e vi vuole preparare una felicità illimitata, che però esclude una costrizione della volontà. Per poter essere illimitatamente beato dovete vivere nella piena libertà di volontà come corrisponde alla Mia Volontà, cioè all’eterno Ordine. Comprendetelo che è una Mia Opera di Misericordia e d’Amore se vi ho tolto il ricordo, da un lato per risparmiarvi il sapere di una vita terrena superata, d’altro lato per rendervi accessibile una beatitudine che è illimitata. Ma non vi lascio senza conoscenza anche se un tale sapere non è dimostrabile. Voi dunque venite a sapere del vostro stato precedente, ma non vi aggrava insolitamente perché l’avete superato. Ma il sapere potrebbe stimolarvi anche ad un tendere spirituale maggiore che però si svolge sempre nella pienissima libertà di volontà e perciò vi porta della benedizione. E così posso sempre solo dirvi: Non rifiutate nulla, ma considerate tutto ciò che vi viene sottoposto sullo scopo e sulla meta della vostra vita terrena e sottoponete anche un tale sapere alla vostra osservazione che vi istruisce sulla vostra “incarnazione precedente”. Riflettete e vivete la vostra vita terrena sempre nel modo che voi stessi potete assumervi la responsabilità, e poi non avete da temere nemmeno una responsabilità dinanzi a Me. Ma credete che la vostra esistenza terrena non è senza scopo, e che lo scopo è un altro che soltanto la conservazione ed appagamento del corpo che è transitorio e la cui durata di vita non potete determinarla voi stessi. E se non siete disposti ad accettare altre conoscenze, quando non volete accettare qualcosa di “non dimostrabile”, allora attenetevi almeno alla “Parola di Dio”, perché come voi l’ascoltate con credente serietà essa può anche accendere in voi una piccola luce e qualcosa vi verrà anche poi comprensibile ed apparire credibile ciò che non vi può essere dimostrato. Cercate di stabilire in una forma il collegamento con il Regno spirituale, sia in pensieri o attraverso la vostra volontà che voi inviate al Creatore, oppure anche tramite opere d’amore che sono un sicuro collegamento con Me Stesso, ed allora scoprirete dei misteri che vi si svelano da sé affinché vi sia aiutato di superare con successo l’ultimo breve percorso di sviluppo. Ma non procedete del tutto indifferenti, non lasciate che solo i vostri desideri fisici dominino tutto il vostro pensare, perché ho creato molto intorno a voi che dovrebbe stimolarvi alla riflessione. Voi siete circondati da miracoli di ogni genere che sono Opere del Mio Amore e del Mio Potere e che vi devono affermare anche Me Stesso. Ed allora cercate anche di stabilire il contatto con Me Che Mi rivelo a voi nella Creazione; allora sarete anche preservati dall’orribile destino di dover di nuovo attraversare quelle Creazioni. Ed allora diventerete anche liberi dalla forma e potrete entrare nel Regno beato degli spiriti dove vivrete in Libertà, Luce e Forza, nell’eterna Beatitudine.
