Vocation of the vineyard workers.... "servants of God"....

Being in My service obliges.... Anyone who wants to serve Me must also willingly carry out what I instruct him to do, and he may not arbitrarily make provisions for others which I did not instruct him to do. This is to be understood as My chosen ones getting rid of their task and entrusting it to others whom I have not appointed Myself. For I want to and will work through people who are of awakened spirit, but I cannot work through those whose spirit is still buried in matter, who are not yet suitable to render Me proper service because they still belong to another lord. And thus you must understand that the calling to work in the vineyard has to come forth from Me Myself, even though the will to be called by Me has to exist first. But you humans can never.... and whether you are also servants called by Me.... use your fellow human beings for work in My vineyard.... Thus you can never choose servants for Me but I Myself have to prepare them for Me if they are to do right work for Me. But you can constantly let Me speak through you so that My call can also reach the ears of those who are willing to serve Me. For they must offer themselves to Me for service, because I don't force anyone to do this work for Me and My kingdom. Therefore, if you spread My word, if you ensure that I can address many people through you, then you have already done the work I assign to you, and then your work will also be a blessing. But if you want to employ servants yourselves, if you want to induce them to preach the gospel, to proclaim the word of God to their fellow human beings, it can very easily be a mistake, for you don't know whether and to what extent they are suitable for missionary work, and therefore you can only refer them to Me Myself, you can advise them to place themselves at My disposal, and only then will I accept a servant and make him suitable for his service for Me Myself. The person's inner attitude towards Me, the servant towards his master, is decisive as to whether and how he fulfils his service. And I can see whether I can rely on My servant.... You will only understand all this when you look at the countless organizations and their structure.... when you consider the many 'servants of God' who all claim to be My representatives but were only ever placed where they are by people, but very few of them were appointed by Me Myself because they had certain requirements which I must demand from a servant who serves Me in the right way. They all certainly preach the word of God but as long as they were not chosen by Me Myself I cannot speak through them either.... and again, I cannot choose them for the work in My vineyard as long as I recognize that their spirit is still unawakened, that their bond with Me still lacks inwardness, that they are still too far away from Me to be able to hear Me Myself and My voice. A true servant who is full of spirit can certainly also recognize a brother's spiritual qualities and induce him to offer himself to Me for service, but the latter must now also do so himself, and only then can and will I also accept this servant and train him for his work, and he will then also always carry out My assignment and be a true labourer for Me again whose services I bless. But no human being is ever entitled to employ a fellow human being for My service; I Myself make the contract with every one of My servants, because only I know who is suitable for it.... The work for Me and My kingdom is of such great importance that I truly also choose the right workers for it, for as soon as a servant is not suitable for it he can cause more harm than good. And it is not just about the well-being of the human being on earth but about the salvation of the soul in eternity.... And therefore I also bless everyone who willingly offers himself to Me for service, who acknowledges Me as his lord, Whose instructions he faithfully endeavours to comply with.... For only this person will work successfully because I guide him and always supply him with strength as required....

La vocazione ad operaio nella Vigna – „Servitori di Dio“

Stare al Mio Servizio, obbliga. Chi vuole servire Me, deve anche eseguire volonterosamente ciò che Io gli affido, e non deve emettere arbitrariamente delle norme nei confronti di altri, per cui non gli ho dato nessun incarico. Con ciò è da intendere, che i Miei eletti si liberano del loro compito e lo trasmettono ad altri, che Io Stesso non ho chiamati. Perché Io voglio ed agirò attraverso degli uomini che sono di spirito risvegliato, ma non posso agire tramite coloro il cui spirito è ancora sepolto nella materia, che non sono ancora adeguati a prestare per Me il giusto servizio, perché appartengono ancora ad un altro signore. E così dovete comprendere che la chiamata al lavoro nella Vigna deve procedere da Me Stesso, benché dapprima deve esserci la volontà di essere chiamato da Me. Ma voi uomini, anche se siete dei servitori chiamati da Me, non potete mai incaricare i vostri prossimi per un lavoro nella Mia Vigna. Perciò voi non potete mai eleggere dei servitori per Me, ma Io Stesso devo prepararli per Me, se Mi devono prestare un giusto lavoro. Ma potete sempre farMi parlare tramite voi, affinché la Mia Chiamata possa giungere anche alle orecchie di coloro, che sono pronti a servirMi. Perché loro stessi si devono offrire a Me per il servizio, perché non costringo mai nessuno a questo lavoro per Me ed il Mio Regno. Quando diffondete la Mia Parola, quando vi prendete cura, che Io possa parlare tramite voi a tanti uomini, allora avete già svolto il lavoro che Io vi assegno, ed allora il vostro lavoro è anche benedetto. Ma se voi stessi volete impiegare dei servitori, se volete indurli a predicare il Vangelo, di annunciare ai prossimi la Parola di Dio, questo può essere molto facilmente un errore, perché non sapete se e quanto costoro sono idonei per un lavoro missionario, e perciò li potete inviare soltanto a Me Stesso, potete consigliare loro, di mettere loro stessi a Mia Disposizione, e soltanto allora Io accetterò un servo e lo renderò ora idoneo per il suo servizio per Me. La predisposizione interiore dell’uomo per Me, del servo per il suo Signore, è determinante, se e come questo ora adempie il suo servizio. E vedo se posso confidare nel Mio servo. Tutto questo vi sarà comprensibile solamente quando osservate le innumerevoli organizzazioni e la loro struttura, quando vi ricordate dei molti “servitori di Dio”, che si considerano tutti come Miei rappresentanti, ma che sono comunque sempre posti là, dove stanno, da uomini, dei quali però i meno sono stati chiamati da Me Stesso, perché dimostravano certe premesse, che devo pretendere da un servo, che Mi serve nel modo giusto. Tutti costoro predicano bensì la Parola di Dio, ma finché non sono stati eletti da Me Stesso, Io Stesso non posso parlare tramite costoro, e nuovamente non posso eleggerli per il lavoro nella Mia Vigna finché riconosco, che il loro spirito non è ancora risvegliato, che il legame con Me manca ancora dell’interiorità, che sono sempre ancora troppo lontani da Me per poter sentire Me Stesso e la Mia Voce. Un autentico servitore, che è pieno dello Spirito, può riconoscere anche le qualità animiche di un fratello, e può inviarlo ad offrirsi al Mio servizio, ma l’ultimo lo deve fare ora anche lui stesso, e soltanto allora posso ed accoglierò questo servo e lo educherò per il suo lavoro, e poi eseguirà anche sempre il Mio incarico e sarà per Me nuovamente un autentico operaio, il cui servizio Io benedico. Ma un uomo non è mai autorizzato, a spingere un prossimo al servizio per Me; Io Stesso faccio il contratto con ogni Mio servo, perché soltanto Io so chi è idoneo per questo. Il lavoro per Me ed il Mio Regno è di una così grande importanza, che per questo scelgo davvero degli operai idonei, perché appena un servo non è adeguato per questo, può causare più danno che utilità. E non si tratta solamente del bene degli uomini sulla Terra, ma si tratta della salvezza dell’anima nell’Eternità. E perciò benedico anche ognuno che si offre volontariamente a Me per il servizio, che Mi riconosce come suo Signore, le Cui Istruzioni si sforza di eseguire fedelmente. Perché lavorerà con successo soltanto costui, perché Io lo guido e gli guido sempre la Forza secondo il bisogno.
