Vocation of the vineyard workers.... "servants of God"....

Being in My service obliges.... Anyone who wants to serve Me must also willingly carry out what I instruct him to do, and he may not arbitrarily make provisions for others which I did not instruct him to do. This is to be understood as My chosen ones getting rid of their task and entrusting it to others whom I have not appointed Myself. For I want to and will work through people who are of awakened spirit, but I cannot work through those whose spirit is still buried in matter, who are not yet suitable to render Me proper service because they still belong to another lord. And thus you must understand that the calling to work in the vineyard has to come forth from Me Myself, even though the will to be called by Me has to exist first. But you humans can never.... and whether you are also servants called by Me.... use your fellow human beings for work in My vineyard.... Thus you can never choose servants for Me but I Myself have to prepare them for Me if they are to do right work for Me. But you can constantly let Me speak through you so that My call can also reach the ears of those who are willing to serve Me. For they must offer themselves to Me for service, because I don't force anyone to do this work for Me and My kingdom. Therefore, if you spread My word, if you ensure that I can address many people through you, then you have already done the work I assign to you, and then your work will also be a blessing. But if you want to employ servants yourselves, if you want to induce them to preach the gospel, to proclaim the word of God to their fellow human beings, it can very easily be a mistake, for you don't know whether and to what extent they are suitable for missionary work, and therefore you can only refer them to Me Myself, you can advise them to place themselves at My disposal, and only then will I accept a servant and make him suitable for his service for Me Myself. The person's inner attitude towards Me, the servant towards his master, is decisive as to whether and how he fulfils his service. And I can see whether I can rely on My servant.... You will only understand all this when you look at the countless organizations and their structure.... when you consider the many 'servants of God' who all claim to be My representatives but were only ever placed where they are by people, but very few of them were appointed by Me Myself because they had certain requirements which I must demand from a servant who serves Me in the right way. They all certainly preach the word of God but as long as they were not chosen by Me Myself I cannot speak through them either.... and again, I cannot choose them for the work in My vineyard as long as I recognize that their spirit is still unawakened, that their bond with Me still lacks inwardness, that they are still too far away from Me to be able to hear Me Myself and My voice. A true servant who is full of spirit can certainly also recognize a brother's spiritual qualities and induce him to offer himself to Me for service, but the latter must now also do so himself, and only then can and will I also accept this servant and train him for his work, and he will then also always carry out My assignment and be a true labourer for Me again whose services I bless. But no human being is ever entitled to employ a fellow human being for My service; I Myself make the contract with every one of My servants, because only I know who is suitable for it.... The work for Me and My kingdom is of such great importance that I truly also choose the right workers for it, for as soon as a servant is not suitable for it he can cause more harm than good. And it is not just about the well-being of the human being on earth but about the salvation of the soul in eternity.... And therefore I also bless everyone who willingly offers himself to Me for service, who acknowledges Me as his lord, Whose instructions he faithfully endeavours to comply with.... For only this person will work successfully because I guide him and always supply him with strength as required....

La vocation pour travailler dans la Vigne – «Domestiques de Dieu»

Être à Mon Service implique des conditions. Celui qui veut Me servir, doit exécuter avec bonne volonté ce que Je lui confie, et il ne doit pas émettre arbitrairement des règles vis-à-vis d'autres personnes pour lesquelles Je ne lui ai donné aucun ordre. Avec cela il faut entendre que Mes élus ne doivent pas se libérer de leur tâche et la transmettent à d’autres que Moi-même Je n'ai pas appelés. Parce que Je veux agir au travers d’hommes qui sont d'esprit réveillé, mais ne peux pas agir au travers de ceux dont l'esprit est encore enfoui dans la matière et qui ne sont pas encore aptes à Me prêter un juste service, parce qu'ils appartiennent encore à un autre seigneur. Et ainsi vous devez comprendre que l'appel au travail dans la Vigne doit procéder de Moi-même, bien que d'abord il doive y avoir la volonté d'être appelé par Moi. Mais vous les hommes, même si vous êtes des domestiques appelés par Moi, vous ne pouvez jamais charger votre prochain d’un travail dans Ma Vigne. Donc vous ne pouvez jamais élire des domestiques pour Moi, mais Moi-même Je dois les préparer pour Moi, s'ils doivent Me prêter un juste travail. Mais vous pouvez toujours Me faire parler par vous, pour que Mon Appel puisse arriver aussi aux oreilles de ceux qui sont prêts à Me servir. Parce qu'eux-mêmes doivent s’offrir à Moi pour le service, parce que Je ne force jamais personne à ce travail pour Moi et pour Mon Royaume. Lorsque vous répandez Ma Parole, lorsque vous prenez soin que Je puisse parler aux hommes à travers vous, alors vous avez déjà effectué le travail que Je vous ai confié, et alors votre travail est aussi béni. Mais si vous-mêmes voulez employer des domestiques, si vous voulez les pousser à prêcher l'Évangile, à annoncer au prochain la Parole de Dieu, cela peut être très facilement une erreur, parce que vous ne savez pas si et combien de ceux-ci sont aptes pour un travail missionnaire, et donc seulement Moi-même peut les envoyer, vous pouvez les conseiller de se mettre eux-mêmes à Ma Disposition, et seulement alors J’accepterai un serviteur et Je le rendrai maintenant apte pour un service pour Moi. La prédisposition intérieure de l'homme pour Moi, du serviteur pour son Seigneur, est déterminante si et comment il s'acquitte maintenant de son service. Et Je vois si Je peux Me fier à Mon serviteur. Tout cela vous sera compréhensible seulement lorsque vous observez les innombrables organisations et leur structure, lorsque vous vous rappelez des nombreux «domestiques de Dieu» qui se considèrent tous comme Mes représentants, mais qui sont toujours été mis là par des hommes, dont cependant peu d’entre eux ont été appelés par Moi-Même, parce qu'ils montraient certaines conditions que Je dois exiger d'un serviteur que veut Me servir d’une manière juste. Tout ceux-ci prêchent certes la Parole de Dieu, mais tant qu’ils n'ont pas été élus par Moi-Même, Je ne peux Moi-même pas parler au travers de ceux-ci, et Je ne peux à nouveau pas les élire pour le travail dans Ma Vigne tant que Je reconnais que leur esprit n'est pas encore réveillé, que le lien avec Moi manque encore d'intériorité, qu'ils sont toujours encore trop loin de Moi pour pouvoir entendre de Moi-Même Ma Voix. Un authentique domestique qui est plein de Mon Esprit, peut reconnaître les qualités animiques d'un frère, et peut l'envoyer s'offrir à Mon service, mais ce dernier le doit le faire maintenant de lui-même, et seulement alors Je peux accueillir ce serviteur et l'éduquer pour son travail, et ensuite il exécutera toujours Ma tâche et sera pour Moi à nouveau un authentique ouvrier, dont Je bénirai le service. Mais un homme n'est jamais autorisé à pousser le prochain à un service pour Moi ; Moi-même Je passe le contrat avec chaque serviteur, parce que Moi seul sais qui est apte pour cela. Le travail pour Moi et Mon Royaume est d'une si grande importance que pour cela Je choisis vraiment des ouvriers aptes, parce que dès qu’un serviteur n'est pas adapté pour cela, il peut causer plus de dommages que d'utilités. Et il ne s'agit pas seulement du bien des hommes sur la Terre, mais il s'agit du salut de l'âme dans l'Éternité. Et donc Je bénis chacun qui s’offre volontairement à Moi pour le service, qui Me reconnaît comme son Seigneur dont les Instructions doivent être exécutées fidèlement. Parce que seulement celui-ci travaillera avec succès, parce que Je le conduis et lui guide toujours la Force dont il a besoin.
