Protective spirit in life....

Every soul is given a guardian spirit which guides it from the beginning of earthly life until death. Yet this guardian spirit must also respect the human being's free will, otherwise there would be no question that the human being would reach his aim; but he does everything in order to influence the soul such that it strives upwards. But where the resistance is still too great he must limit himself to warding off dishonest spiritual beings so that they do not take possession of the human being, for he is allowed to place himself between these spiritual beings and the human being as long as the human being himself does not desire them, i.e. as long as he does not awaken unusual vices and desires in himself which then enable those spirits to enter him. The guardian spirits therefore always endeavour to soothe the soul in order to protect it from these evil spirits; furthermore, they always try to stimulate the human being spiritually, they influence the human being in such a way that the good instincts in him are appealed to, that the human being is prompted to think about himself.... The guardian spirits try everything to guide the human being spiritually and therefore also often prevent the fulfilment of earthly wishes, and it is they who sometimes intervene in a disruptive way when the human being is in danger of losing himself earthly, and who create every opportunity to establish spiritual contact, be it with the spiritual world or also with earthly people who strive spiritually.... They will always try to spiritually direct people's thinking because they recognize what the human being lacks and are extremely anxious to guide them to the aim while they are still on earth. If the guardian spirits succeed in spiritually directing the human being's senses for the time being, then they will create many opportunities for the soul to test and perfect itself, they will also promote suitable bonds between people, for they know how they will react to each other, and they can also foresee the successes and shape their charges' lives in accordance with them. For they are of God-like will, they only act on His behalf, enlightened by Him and filled with His strength. And thus no human being goes through earthly life without protection or guidance, all people have guides at their side, they just must not resist, i.e., they must be willing to let themselves be guided by them, which they express through prayer.... through the conscious appeal to God for His protection and grace and through the will to do what is the purpose of earthly existence.... Then he can unhesitatingly hand himself over to the guidance of spiritual beings and his thinking, wanting and acting will be right. But the guardian spirits are also at the side of those who do not yet recognize God.... only it is considerably more difficult for them to gain influence, but they will not give up their charges until the hour of death.... For the human being himself is too weak and would fail if he were not given spiritual support. The human being is a child of the world because he is a child of the one to whom the world belongs.... and the human being's desire for the world will always predominate, and his earthly progress would be unsuccessful if his guardian spirit did not also occasionally push itself forward and express itself, which is always the case when the human being becomes thoughtful, when the world does not satisfy him, then he will be addressed by that guardian spirit which follows the human being's every thought and immediately intervenes when it recognizes an opportunity. And his influence will consist of presenting the goods of the world to the human being as worthless and making spiritual goods desirable to him.... If he succeeds in this, then the human being will turn away from the world more and more; but if his resistance is still too great, the human being will unwillingly reject such thoughts and turn to the world again. But the inner urge of the guardian spirit does not abate, and again and again opportunities arise where it can emerge and express itself. And the spiritual beings are overjoyed when they succeed in changing a person.... when they turn away from the world and towards the spiritual kingdom. Then they will work on him with increased strength and an increased will to love, then the human being will be surrounded by beings of light and all dishonest spiritual substances will be displaced from him, and then there will also be the prospect that the human being will still perfect himself on earth, for the influence of the world of light will now be ever stronger and all resistance on the part of the human being will be broken, and this signifies complete devotion to God....

Esprit protecteur dans la vie

À chaque âme il est assigné un esprit protecteur qui la guide dès le début de la vie terrestre jusqu'à la mort. Mais cet esprit protecteur doit respecter la libre volonté de l'homme, autrement l'homme ne pourrait pas atteindre son but ; mais il se donne du mal pour influencer l'âme pour qu’elle tende vers le Haut. Mais là où la résistance est encore trop grande, là il doit se limiter à repousser les êtres spirituels impurs pour qu’ils ne prennent pas possession de l'homme, parce que cela leur est permis, pour qu’ils ne se mettent pas entre ces êtres spirituels et l'homme tant que l'homme lui-même les désire, c'est-à-dire pour qu'ils ne réveillent pas en lui des vices et des désirs inappropriés qui rendent ensuite possible l'accès à ces esprits. Les esprits protecteurs s’efforcent donc toujours de rendre l'âme docile, pour la sauver de ces esprits immondes ; en outre ils cherchent toujours à stimuler l’homme spirituellement, ils agissent sur lui de sorte que soient réveillés en lui de bons instincts, que l'homme soit poussé à réfléchir sur lui-même. Les esprits protecteurs se donnent du mal pour guider les hommes spirituellement, et donc ils empêchent aussi souvent l'accomplissement de désirs terrestres, et ce sont eux qui parfois interviennent en dérangeant, lorsque l'homme est en danger de se perdre du point de vue terrestre, et ils créent toutes les possibilités possibles pour établir le contact spirituel avec le monde spirituel ou bien aussi avec des hommes sur la Terre qui tendent au spirituel. Ils chercheront toujours à orienter spirituellement les pensées des hommes, parce qu'ils reconnaissent ce qui manque à l'homme, et sont extrêmement préoccupés de le mener au but déjà sur la Terre. Lorsque les esprits protecteurs réussissent à orienter spirituellement les sens de l'homme, alors ils lui créeront beaucoup d'opportunités pour que l'âme puissent être mise à l'épreuve et se perfectionner, ils promouvront aussi les liens adaptés entre les hommes, parce qu'ils savent comment ils réagissent réciproquement, et peuvent aussi prévoir les succès et former en conséquence la vie de leur protégé. Parce qu'ils ont la même Volonté que Dieu, ils agissent seulement sur Son Ordre, éclairés par Lui et remplis de Sa Force. Et ainsi aucun homme ne passe à travers la vie terrestre sans protection et sans guide, tous les hommes ont à leur côté des guides, mais seulement ils ne doivent pas opposer résistance, ils doivent avoir la volonté de se faire guider par eux, ce qu'ils manifestent à travers la prière, à travers une prière consciente à Dieu pour Sa Protection et Sa Grâce et au moyen de la volonté de faire ce qui est le but de la vie terrestre. Alors il peut se confier sans préoccupation à la conduite des êtres spirituels, et ses pensées, sa volonté et ses actes seront justes. Mais même ceux qui ne reconnaissent pas Dieu ont à leur coté des esprits protecteurs, seulement pour eux il est considérablement plus difficile de conquérir de l'influence, mais ils ne renoncent pas à leur protégé jusqu'à l'heure de la mort, parce que l'homme lui-même est trop faible, et il échouerait s'il ne lui était pas prêté de l'Aide. L'homme est un fils du monde, parce qu'il est fils de celui auquel appartient le monde, et dans l'homme il y aura toujours le désir pour le monde, et son parcours terrestre serait sans succès, si son esprit protecteur ne se poussait pas en avant de temps en temps et se manifestait, ce qui est toujours le cas lorsque l'homme devient réfléchi, lorsque le monde ne le satisfait pas, alors l'esprit protecteur lui parle, il suit chaque pensée de l'homme et il s'inclut lorsqu’il reconnaît une occasion. Et son influence consiste dans le fait de présenter à l'homme comme inutiles les biens du monde et de lui rendre plus désirables les biens spirituels. Lorsqu’il y réussit, alors l'homme se détourne toujours plus du monde ; mais lorsque sa résistance est encore trop grande, l'homme rejettera indigné de telles pensées et se tournera de nouveau vers le monde. Mais la poussée intérieure de l'esprit protecteur ne cède pas, et il en résulte toujours de nouveau des occasions où il peut émerger et se prononcer. Et grande est la joie des êtres spirituels, lorsqu’ils réussissent à changer un homme, lorsqu’il se détourne du monde et se tourne vers le Règne spirituel. Alors ils travaillent sur lui avec une Force revigorée et une volonté d'amour renforcée, alors l'homme est entouré d'êtres de Lumière, et tout le spirituel impur est repoussé de lui, et alors il existe alors la possibilité que l'homme se perfectionne encore sur la Terre, parce que l'influence du monde de Lumière est maintenant toujours plus forte, et toute résistance de l'homme est cassée, et cela signifie un dévouement total à Dieu.
