Transformational work.... ability to think.... belief in continuation of life....

I have created you not only for this world but for eternity. Your life on earth as a human being is only the smallest phase in your existence, it is one of the infinitely many stages you have to go through before you can live an eternal life as blissful spiritual beings.... You can no longer perish, even if you are still so inadequately formed by your own will. But your aim is perfection, and in order to achieve it you have to pass through the countless stages of your development.... one of which is earthly life as a human being. If you humans believe that your existence only lasts from your birth until the death of your body, your belief is a sign of even worse deficiency, for then you lack all knowledge which, however, brings with it increasing maturity. As a human being you are capable of thinking and thus you can attain realization, yet this presupposes a right way of life which you determine yourselves through your free will. Hence, as a human being you have the opportunity to change your still imperfect state at birth into a state of perfection, you have the opportunity and also the ability to do so because I have endowed you with gifts and also provide you with graces so that you will reach your aim.... If you now make use of the possibilities, even if you are unaware of the success, then the belief will soon come alive in you that the time on earth is only a transition.... Thus you no longer believe that your life will end with the death of your body, and this belief is already proof of the progress of your soul, which is your actual self and to which the description 'immortal' therefore applies. This self cannot pass away but it can be in constant transformation, and this work of transformation is your task during your earthly life if a stage of development is not to pass by unused. At the beginning of earthly life this self of yours is still a dead being.... without realization and without life, because it first has to be awakened to the right life by a flow of strength emanating from Me and because this flow of strength can only touch it when it wants it itself.... Therefore the intellect, the thinking faculty, was given to people, and the body's vital functions could now be driven by the human being's intellect to let the will become active in one direction. Life approaches the human being such that he is urged from within to be active in love, even if his intellect is not yet strongly developed.... and, depending on his will to give in to this inner urge, it enlivens the still ossified soul, which can now also give the will the right direction because it is already illuminated by the smallest deed of love by that strength which gives it life. Thus love awakens the soul's life, love gives the will the right direction, and love also gives the human being the power of realization which becomes all the more evident the more consciously the human being lives a life of love which pushes him more and more towards Me and also guarantees him right thinking and willing.... This is why a person who lives a life of love will also never deny a continuation of life after death, because his thinking cannot go astray, because My strength of love flows into him with every work of love he performs.... Every work of love connects the human being with Me and gives him brightness of spirit, the soul is no longer dead, it lives and knows that it cannot perish eternally.... and it also conveys this certainty to the human being's intellect, which now cannot help but represent the belief in a continuation of life with all eloquence, but which also believes with conviction because life is in it, and which has also reached a degree of maturity at its demise on earth which assures it a life in eternity, which signifies a state of tireless activity for the soul, which makes it inconceivably blissful and consists of constant activity of love....

Umgestaltungswerk.... Denkfähigkeit.... Glaube an Fortleben....

Ich habe euch geschaffen nicht nur für diese Welt, sondern für die Ewigkeit. Es ist euer Leben auf der Erde als Mensch nur eine kleinste Phase in eurem Sein, es ist eine der unendlich vielen Stationen, durch die ihr gehen müsset, bevor ihr als selige Geistwesen ein Leben führen könnet, das ewig währet.... Vergehen könnet ihr nicht mehr, selbst wenn ihr durch eigenen Willen noch so mangelhaft gestaltet seid. Euer Ziel aber ist Vollkommenheit, und um diese zu erreichen, müsset ihr die unzähligen Stationen eurer Entwicklung durchwandern.... wovon also eine solche Station das Erdenleben als Mensch ist. Glaubet ihr Menschen nun, daß euer Sein nur von eurer Geburt bis zu eurem Leibestode währet, so ist euer Glaube ein Zeichen noch arger Mangelhaftigkeit, denn euch fehlt dann jegliche Erkenntnis, die aber zunehmende Reife mit sich bringt. Als Mensch seid ihr denkfähig, und ihr könnet also zur Erkenntnis gelangen, doch setzet dies einen rechten Lebenswandel voraus, den ihr selbst bestimmt durch euren freien Willen. Ihr habt also als Mensch die Möglichkeit, euren bei eurer Geburt noch mangelhaften Zustand zu wandeln in einen Zustand der Vollkommenheit, ihr habet dazu die Möglichkeit und auch die Fähigkeit, weil Ich euch mit Gaben ausgestattet habe und mit Gnaden zudem bedenke, auf daß ihr euer Ziel erreichet.... Nützet ihr nun, wenn auch unbewußt des Erfolges, die Möglichkeiten, so wird auch bald in euch der Glaube lebendig, daß die Erdenzeit nur ein Übergang ist.... Ihr glaubet also nicht mehr an ein Beenden eures Lebens mit dem Leibestode, und es ist dieser Glaube schon ein Beweis des Fortschrittes eurer Seele, die euer eigentliches Ich ist und für die also die Bezeichnung "unsterblich" gilt. Dieses Ich kann nicht vergehen, aber in ständiger Umgestaltung sich befinden, und dieses Umgestaltungswerk ist eure Aufgabe während eures Erdenlebens, soll ein Entwicklungsstadium nicht ungenützt vorübergehen. Dieses euer Ich ist bei dem Beginn des Erdenlebens noch ein totes Wesen.... ohne Erkenntnis und ohne Leben, weil zum rechten Leben erst ein Kraftstrom, von Mir ausgehend, es erwecken muß und weil dieser Kraftstrom es erst dann berühren kann, wenn es selbst es will.... Deshalb wurde den Menschen der Verstand, das Denkvermögen gegeben, und die Lebensfunktionen des Körpers konnten nun vom Verstand des Menschen angetrieben werden, den Willen nach einer Richtung hin tätig werden zu lassen. Das Leben tritt so an den Menschen heran, daß er von innen zum Liebewirken gedrängt wird, auch wenn sein Verstand noch nicht stark entwickelt ist.... und je nach seinem Willen, diesem inneren Drängen nachzugeben, belebt er die noch erstarrte Seele, die nun auch dem Willen die rechte Richtung geben kann, weil sie durch die kleinste Liebetat schon von jener Kraft angestrahlt ist, die ihr das Leben gibt. Liebe also erweckt das Leben der Seele, Liebe gibt dem Willen die rechte Richtung, und Liebe schenkt auch dem Menschen die Erkenntniskraft, die desto stärker zutage tritt, je bewußter der Mensch ein Leben in Liebe führt, das ihn mehr und mehr zu Mir hindrängt und ihm auch rechtes Denken und Wollen garantiert.... Darum wird ein Mensch, der in der Liebe lebt, auch niemals ein Fortleben nach dem Tode verneinen, weil sein Denken nicht in die Irre gehen kann, weil Meine Liebekraft in ihn einströmt mit jedem Werk der Liebe, das er verrichtet.... Jedes Liebewerk verbindet den Menschen mit Mir und gibt ihm Helligkeit des Geistes, die Seele ist nicht mehr tot, sie lebt und weiß, daß sie ewiglich nicht vergehen kann.... und sie vermittelt diese Sicherheit auch dem Verstand des Menschen, der nun nicht anders kann als den Glauben an ein Fortleben vertreten mit aller Beredsamkeit, der aber auch überzeugt glaubt, weil das Leben in ihm ist, und der auch bei seinem Ableben auf der Erde einen Reifegrad erreicht hat, der ihm ein Leben in der Ewigkeit sichert, das für die Seele einen Zustand unermüdlicher Tätigkeit bedeutet, die sie unvorstellbar selig macht und in ständigem Liebewirken besteht....
