Right prayer.... childlike relationship....

Whoever calls to Me, I hear him. My ear listens to every sound, to every breath of My children, and I incline towards them even before they have spoken the word, because I love My children. My love bridges every distance and there is no separation between a heartfelt child and Me, for its call reaches Me and fetches Me to it, because I am always ready to help and because I bless every connection the earthly child establishes with its father of eternity. I respect every call which rises up to Me from the heart, but I do not respect the words which are only spoken by the mouth.... But how many prayers are spoken which cannot reach My ear because they are only lip prayers. Only one thought can and will achieve more with Me than long prayers which lack intimacy because the child does not speak to the father but the human being only thinks of a God who is distant from him and tries to persuade Him to accept empty words and fulfil demands because the human being himself does not feel powerful enough to cope with life on his own and needs help. But he does not take the right path, he demands where he should ask. A request, however, requires a child's faithful trust in the father, the human being must feel himself to be a child of the one Who created him and therefore also entrust himself humbly and faithfully to the father.... And this requires heartfelt words to the father which need not be spoken but which should fill the child's thoughts. Mostly, however, the prayers have become a form, the mouth utters them while the thoughts dwell elsewhere, and as they are also with the words themselves, they lack the impulse of the heart that pushes towards the father.... They lack the heartfelt devotion to Me which calls Me, indeed compels Me, to incline towards My child and listen to its request. A heartfelt prayer pleases Me, for then I will have already won the person for Myself, because his will is meant for Me, because he acknowledges Me as his father from eternity and because he makes use of My grace and strength which help him to ascend, to attain perfection. Heartfelt prayer bridges every gulf; a person who prays correctly consciously strives towards Me and will also surely reach his aim.... I am present to him and he will feel My presence and never again go through earthly life alone....

La giusta preghiera – Il rapporto infantile

Chiunque Mi invoca, Io lo ascolto. Il Mio Orecchio tende ad ogni suono, ad ogni respiro dei Miei figli, ed Io Mi inchino a loro, ancora prima che abbiano pronunciato la parola, perché Io amo i Miei figli. Il Mio Amore oltrepassa ogni distanza, non esiste nessuna separazione fra un figlio che chiede intimamente e Me, perché la sua chiamata Mi raggiunge e Mi attira a lui, perché Io Sono sempre pronto ad aiutare e perché Io benedico ogni legame, che il figlio terreno stabilisce con suo Padre dall’Eternità. Io bado ad ogni chiamata, che sale dal cuore a Me, ma Io non bado alle parole che soltanto la bocca pronuncia. Ma quante preghiere vengono pronunciate, che non possono raggiungere il Mio Orecchio, perché sono soltanto delle preghiere di labbra. Un unico pensiero può e susciterà da Me più che lunghe preghiere, che mancano di interiorità, perché non il figlio parla con il Padre, ma l’uomo pensa soltanto ad un Dio che gli sta lontano e cerca di muoverLo per accettare delle mere parole e di esaudire delle richieste, perché l’uomo stesso non si sente abbastanza potente, di farcela da solo con la vita e necessita d’aiuto. Ma lui non percorre la via giusta, egli pretende, dove dovrebbe pregare. Ma una preghiera premette una fiducia fedele di un figlio verso il Padre, l’uomo stesso deve sentirsi come un figlio di Colui, il Quale l’ha creato, e perciò deve anche affidarsi al Padre umilmente e credente. E questo richiede intime parole al Padre, che non hanno bisogno di essere espresse, ma che devono colmare i pensieri del figlio, Le preghiere però sono diventate quasi formali, la bocca le pronuncia, mentre i pensieri volano altrove, ed anche se sono con le parole stesse, manca la spinta del cuore che spinge verso il Padre. Manca l’intima dedizione a Me che Mi chiama, anzi Mi costringe, di chinarMi a Mio figlio e di esaudire la sua richiesta. Mi rallegra una intima preghiera, dato che allora ho già conquistato per Me l’uomo, perché la sua volontà è per Me, perché Mi riconosce come suo Padre dall’Eternità e perché usufruisce della Mia Grazia e Forza, che lo aiutano verso l’Alto, verso la Perfezione. Una intima preghiera pontifica ogni crepaccio; un uomo che prega nel modo giusto, tende coscientemente verso di Me, ed egli raggiunge anche sicuramente la sua meta. Io gli Sono Presente, ed egli percepirà la Mia Presenza e non passerà mai più da solo attraverso la vita terrena.
