Two different worlds....

There are two worlds, the spiritual kingdom and the earthly world, and they cannot both be entered at the same time because they are completely opposite and therefore the human being must decide for one of these two worlds. The earthly world is indeed the natural abode of the human being and therefore also appears to the human being as his kingdom to which he has to pay tribute. But the human being's task consists of the soul freeing itself from all impressions of this earthly world, of recognizing its appearance and striving towards the true, of rising into the kingdom which will be its abode after a short time, which is its true home and which offers it what the earthly world can never offer it.... unlimited bliss and eternal life.... The human being should gain this realization on earth that he only temporarily inhabits a world which is transient, a world where everything on it is, as it were, only a pretence, where everything is to be overcome in order to be able to rise freely into the spiritual kingdom which will remain when the earthly world passes away. The recognition of this influences the human being's will and actions and can result in the human being dwelling in the spiritual kingdom even though he still lives on earth. But then he has mentally and willingly renounced the earthly world, for he despises the earthly world as much as he strives for the spiritual world, because it is not possible to strive for both at the same time. They are two different kingdoms.... And their lords are also completely opposite, for the earthly world certainly arose through God's will, yet all creations still belong to God's adversary according to their spiritual nature, and this spiritual substance, which is bound in the works of creation, shall be liberated from its control. The final liberation shall be accomplished by the human being himself by voluntarily detaching himself from everything belonging to earth, by turning his desire away from the things of the earthly world and turning it towards the spiritual kingdom, thus consciously striving towards the kingdom of God. However, this striving first requires the recognition of the worthlessness of all earthly things, it requires faith in a God Who is perfect and in His love wants to prepare a blissful fate for His living creations, and thus it also requires the human being's love for God, otherwise God and His kingdom would not be striven for.... It presupposes a degree of knowledge.... And this shall be made possible for people through the transmission of the divine word, for the human being must first be informed of his task in earthly life before he can make any kind of decision. The human being certainly stands in the midst of the earthly world and yet he should strive towards the spiritual kingdom. God helps him in every way to become free from the earthly world, yet anyone who clings to earth and its goods will never seek the path upwards, he will also never want to and be able to separate himself, for he still allows himself to be held by the lord of the world, he does not direct his gaze upwards and therefore remains bound, even though he feels free as long as he stays on earth. But once he has to take the path into the spiritual kingdom as soon as the earthly world closes itself to him at the time of his physical death.... But then he will find nothing to replace what he has given up; the kingdom of light will not accept him, for he is not suitable for it, he will always be drawn back to earth, and even there he will no longer be accepted.... he is in the spiritual kingdom but in unspeakable torment and darkness because he did not use earthly life to strive for light and life....

Due differenti mondi

Sono due differenti mondi, il Regno spirituale ed il mondo terreno, e non si può entrare in ambedue contemporaneamente, perché sono completamente opposti e quindi l’uomo si deve decidere per uno di questi due mondi. Il mondo terreno è comunque il soggiorno naturale dell’uomo e perciò appare anche all’uomo come il suo regno, al quale avrebbe da pagare il tributo. Ma il compito dell’uomo consiste nel fatto che l’anima si liberi da tutte le impressioni di questo mondo terreno, che riconosca la sua apparenza e tenda incontro al reale, che si elevi nel Regno che dopo poco tempo diventa il suo soggiorno, che è la sua vera Patria e che le offre ciò che non le può mai offrire il mondo terreno, illimitata Beatitudine ed una Vita eterna. L’uomo deve conquistare questa conoscenza sulla Terra, che abita solo temporaneamente in un mondo che è perituro, un mondo sul quale tutto è pure solo apparenza, dove tutto dev’essere superato, per potersi elevare libero nel Regno spirituale che rimane esistente, anche quando il mondo terreno passa. Riconoscere questo influenza la volontà e l’agire dell’uomo e può avere per conseguenza che l’uomo dimori nel Regno spirituale, benché viva ancora sulla Terra. Ma allora si è staccato dal mondo terreno nella volontà e mentalmente, perché disprezza il mondo terreno, appena tende al mondo spirituale, perché non è possibile tendere ad ambedue contemporaneamente. Sono due differenti Regni. Ed anche i loro Padroni sono totalmente opposti. Perché il mondo terreno è bensì sorto tramite la Volontà di Dio, ma tutte le Creazioni appartengono ancora secondo la loro costituzione spirituale all’avversario di Dio e questo spirituale, che è relegato nelle Opere di Creazione, dev’essere liberato dal suo potere. La definitiva liberazione ora la deve compiere l’uomo stesso, mentre si stacca liberamente da tutto ciò che appartiene alla Terra, mentre distoglie il suo desiderio, il suo bramare, dalle cose del mondo terreno e lo rivolga al Regno spirituale, quindi tenda coscientemente al Regno di Dio. Ma questo tendere premette dapprima di riconoscere l’inutilità di tutto il terreno, premette la fede in un Dio, il Quale E’ perfetto e nel Suo Amore vuole preparare alle Sue creature una sorte beata e premette quindi anche l’amore dell’uomo per Dio, altrimenti non tenderebbe a Dio ed al Suo Regno. Premette un grado di conoscenza. E questa deve essere reso possibile all’uomo attraverso l’apporto della Parola divina, perché dapprima all’uomo dev’essere indicato il compito della sua vita terrena, prima che ora si possa in qualche modo decidere. L’uomo sta bensì in mezzo al mondo terreno, e malgrado ciò deve tendere al Regno spirituale. Dio lo assiste in ogni modo a liberarsi dal mondo terreno, ma chi è attaccato alla Terra ed i suoi beni, non cercherà mai la via verso l’Alto, non vorrà e non potrà mai staccarsi, perché si lascia ancora tenere dal signore del mondo, non rivolge il suo sguardo in Alto e rimane perciò incatenato, benché si senta libero, finché dimora sulla Terra. Ma una volta deve percorrere la via nel Regno spirituale, appena gli si chiude questo mondo terreno alla morte del suo corpo. Allora non trova nulla che gli offra la sostituzione per ciò a cui ha rinunciato; il Regno della Luce non lo accoglie, perché non è idoneo per questo, è sempre di nuovo attirato alla Terra ed anche là non trova più nessuna accoglienza, è nel Regno spirituale, ma in indicibile tormento ed oscurità, perché non ha utilizzato la vita terrena per tendere alla Luce ed alla Vita.
