God as regent.... Free will.... Law of order....

All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth, and I use this authority not to judge but to redeem. Heaven and earth are subject to My will, i.e., the spiritual and earthly world is governed by My will.... And yet I also allow the beings freedom of will, which emerged from Me, as long as they do not use their will with completely opposing intentions, as long as they do not openly act against Me. Then My will can certainly oppose their will, but only ever in order to induce them to have the right will, because this alone signifies happiness in the spiritual as well as in the earthly kingdom. I certainly rule everything, yet because I also love everything that emerged from Me, all created beings were also given freedom of will, for I wanted to create co-rulers in the true sense, who were not meant to rule over equal beings, but only to uphold the order with love, which I recognised as wise and good, and therefore had introduced.... And this Law of Eternal Order extended to all spiritual and earthly creations, because they could only be blessed if the divine order, which represents the principle of love, was upheld.... Hence My will, My regency, is equal to the Law of Eternal Order, and therefore one cannot speak of a judicial office, of ruling by compulsion, as long as the eternal order is not overturned.... Yet where the being that emerged from Me opposes My eternal order My will emerges, and then I rule according to this will by binding the will of the one who misuses it.... yet only in order to mitigate or prevent the resulting consequences, for these will strike back and severely affect the being, which caused them through wrongly directed will. Yet the will only remains bound until the being is able to remain in divine order again, then its will will be tested and, as it were, the state will be restored again in which it can subordinate itself to My will in free will, where I relinquish the ruling power to it as it were, thus do not force it to remain in divine order, where I Am not obviously recognisable to it as ruler of heaven and earth either, so that it can move within or outside of My order of eternity without constraint, but this signifies its decision.... but the right decision can give it the power to rule over endless creations which, however, it utilises and exercises in the principle of love.... I rule over heaven and earth, but always only with love.... All power is given to Me.... I only exercise it in the principle of love, for even that which I bind and judge shall find ultimate freedom and will only be bound or judged, because it has lost its own love and therefore also its wisdom in free will, and it shall regain the divine attributes through means which I recognised as successful and therefore also apply through My love, even if they do not always appear to be based on love.... I reign with power and glory, yet always with love and wisdom....

Dieu en tant que Régent – la liberté de la volonté - la Loi de l'Ordre

Il M’est donné tout Pouvoir dans le Ciel et sur la Terre, et J’emploie ce Pouvoir pour ne pas juger, mais pour racheter. Le Ciel et la Terre sont subordonnés à Ma Volonté, c'est-à-dire que le monde spirituel et terrestre sont gouvernés par Ma Volonté. Et malgré cela Je laisse aux êtres qui sont procédés de Moi, la liberté de la volonté, tant qu’ils n'en abusent pas dans une intention totalement adverse, tant qu’ils ne procèdent pas ouvertement contre Moi. Alors Ma Volonté peut S’opposer à leur volonté, mais toujours seulement pour les pousser à la juste volonté, parce que celle-ci seulement signifie Béatitude, dans le Règne spirituel comme aussi dans celui terrestre. Je gouverne certes tout, mais vu que J’aime aussi tout ce qui est procédé de Moi, à tout le créé il a été donné la liberté de la volonté, car Je voulais créer au sens propre des Co-régnant qui, cependant, ne devaient pas dominer sur les mêmes êtres, mais seulement se maintenir seulement dans l'amour de l'Ordre que J’ai reconnu comme sage et bon et que donc J'avais établi. Et cette Loi de l'Ordre éternel s'étend sur toutes les Créations spirituelles et terrestres, parce que celles-ci pouvaient rendre bienheureux seulement si l'Ordre divin qui représente le Principe de l'Amour restait maintenu. Ma Volonté, Ma Régence, est donc égale à la Loi de l'Ordre éternel, et donc on ne peut pas parler d'une fonction de juge qui dominerait dans la contrainte tant que l'Ordre éternel n'est pas inversé. Mais là où la substance animique procédé de Moi s’oppose contre Mon Ordre de l'Éternité, Ma Volonté réapparait et alors Je règne en fonction de cette Volonté en liant la volonté de ceux qui en abuse, mais seulement pour amortir ou empêcher les conséquences qui s'en lèvent, parce que celles-ci se répercutent et frappent sensiblement l'être qui s’en est rendu coupable à travers sa volonté faussement orientée. Mais la volonté reste liée seulement tant que l'être n'est pas de nouveau capable de rester dans l'Ordre divin, alors sa volonté est mise à l'épreuve et pour ainsi dire il est établi de nouveau l'état dans lequel dans la libre volonté il peut se subordonner à Ma volonté, où Je lui confère pour ainsi dire le pouvoir dominant, donc Je ne le force pas à rester dans l'Ordre divin, là où Je ne lui suis pas reconnaissable avec évidence comme Seigneur du Ciel et de la Terre, de sorte qu’il puisse se bouger entièrement librement dans ou en dehors de Mon Ordre éternel, mais cela relève de sa décision, et la juste décision peut lui procurer le pouvoir de gouverner sur des Créations infinies que, cependant, il doit utiliser et exercer dans le Principe de l'amour.

Je règne sur le Ciel et la Terre, mais toujours seulement dans l'Amour. À Moi il est donné tout Pouvoir, mais Je l’utilise seulement dans le Principe de l'Amour, parce que même ce que Je lie et juge, dois trouver une liberté définitive et cela est lié et jugé seulement parce qu'il a perdu son amour dans la libre volonté et donc aussi la sagesse et il doit de nouveau reconquérir des Caractéristiques divine à travers les moyens que J’ai reconnu comme porteur de succès et donc Je les emploie dans Mon Amour, bien qu’ils ne semblent pas toujours fondés dans l'Amour. Je règne dans la Puissance et dans la Gloire, mais toujours dans l'Amour et dans la Sagesse.
