Different spiritual directions.... truth from God....

You all want to stand in the truth and yet represent different schools of thought. And thus you must admit, since there is only one truth, that every school of thought must be examined as to how far it can lay claim to truth. As long as different schools of thought are opposed to each other, the question is also justified as to which of them represents the truth. Each wants to claim it for itself and none wants to accept the view of the others. And so a serious examination must be made, and the origin of what is taught must be fathomed. And in the end it will turn out that they are always based on human views, that the schools of thought represent knowledge which was merely human thought. Admittedly, such knowledge can also correspond to the truth as soon as it was conveyed to the person who desired truth in the will to serve God. But it has to be considered that God Himself has to distribute the truth because He is the eternal truth Himself. And thus the origin of all knowledge must always be and remain God, and therefore there can only be one truth, i.e. all who request the truth from God and are instructed by God's spirit will receive the same knowledge. And therefore there cannot be different teachings, for this is the characteristic of truth from God, that it corresponds in everything with the word directly conveyed to the human being from above, which can only be received by a person who lives in love and whose faith in God's working in the human being through His spirit also causes him to listen to the voice in him which can be heard mentally or also in sound. Thus, where the origin of spiritual knowledge is demonstrably the inner voice, where knowledge was acquired without external supply, where a teacher who is not of this world has to be acknowledged, absolute truth can also be concluded, and a school of thought based on such knowledge can be regarded as right and represented to fellow human beings, whereas spiritual knowledge acquired intellectually may not be accepted unquestioningly or first has to be examined as to what extent it corresponds to pure truth. Although it must always be acknowledged that all schools of thought strive to come close to God and thus to the truth, they do not always take the right path....

(13.5.1948) that they are lovingly active and approach God for enlightenment of the spirit and then pay attention to the thoughts which now flow towards them from the spiritual kingdom. This path would certainly lead them to the aim, their knowledge, which they believe to have acquired through their own mental activity, will correspond to the truth, for then they will be taught by God Himself, Who imparts the truth to anyone who seriously desires it....

Diferentes direcciones de lo espiritual.... La verdad de Dios....

Todos vosotros queréis manteneros firmes en la verdad y, sin embargo, representáis diferentes direcciones de lo espiritual. Y así pues tenéis que admitir que, puesto que sólo hay una verdad, que cada dirección de lo espiritual tiene que ser examinada para ver hasta qué punto puede afirmarse que es verdad. Mientras diferentes direcciones se opongan entre sí, la pregunta de cuál de ellas representa la verdad es legítima. Cada una quiere reivindicarla para sí misma y no aceptar las opiniones de las demás. Por lo tanto, tiene que hacerse un examen serio y tiene que investigarse el origen de lo que se enseña. Y al final resultará que siempre se basan en concepciones humanas, que las direcciones de lo espiritual representan un conocimiento que no eran más que ideas de seres humanos. De hecho, tales ideas también pueden corresponder a la verdad, mientras fueron llevadas al hombre con la voluntad de servir a Dios, que anhelaba la verdad.

Pero hay que considerar que Dios Mismo tiene que transmitir la verdad porque Él es la Verdad Eterna Misma. Así pues, el origen de todo conocimiento debe ser y seguirá siendo siempre Dios y, por tanto, sólo puede haber una verdad, es decir, todos los que piden la verdad a Dios y son enseñados por el Espíritu de Dios recibirán el mismo conocimiento. Y por eso no debe haber enseñanzas diferentes, pues ésta es la característica de la verdad de Dios, que concuerda en todo con la palabra que se transmite directamente al ser humano desde arriba, la cual sólo puede ser recibida por un ser humano que vive en el amor y cuya fe en la obra de Dios en el ser humano a través de Su Espíritu también le hace escuchar la voz dentro de él, la cual puede ser oída mentalmente o también en la voz resonante.

Cuando se puede demostrar que el origen del conocimiento espiritual es la voz interior, cuando se ha adquirido el conocimiento sin aportación externa, cuando se tiene que reconocer a un Maestro Que no es de este mundo, también se puede concluir que existe una Verdad absoluta y una dirección de lo espiritual que se basa en tal conocimiento puede considerarse correcta y presentarse ante los demás seres humanos, mientras que el conocimiento espiritual adquirido intelectualmente no puede aceptarse sin vacilación o primero debe probarse para ver hasta qué punto corresponde a la verdad pura.

Siempre hay que reconocer que las direcciones de lo espiritual se esfuerzan por acercarse a Dios y, por tanto, a la verdad, sólo que no siempre siguen el camino correcto.... (13.05.1948) que estén activos en el amor y se acercan a Dios por la iluminación del espíritu y luego prestar atención a los pensamientos que ahora fluyen hacia ellos desde el reino espiritual. Este camino los conducirá con seguridad a su meta; su conocimiento, que creen haber adquirido a través de su propia actividad mental, corresponderá a la verdad, porque entonces son enseñados por Dios Mismo, Quien imparte la verdad a todo aquel que la desea fervientemente....
