Spiritually orientated senses....

Your senses have to be spiritually orientated in order to be able to receive spiritual gifts.... If you are to receive grace and strength you have to make yourselves receptive to it, that is, you have to recognise your lack and ask Me to remedy it. This is not striving for earthly possessions, it is not a physical desire, it is the soul's need, it is spiritually orientated thoughts. And the power which is now sent to you is likewise only of effect for your soul, indeed also strengthening the body, but not physically perceptible or outwardly recognisable. Power and grace revitalise the soul, but where the soul is strengthened this is also shared with the body in an equally revitalising way. Strength can certainly also be requested to cope with earthly demands and this request will also be fulfilled by Me. Then you will also receive spiritual strength, but even then the directing of your thoughts into the spiritual realm is a prerequisite, which you fulfil through prayer to Me. However, more urgent than an external supply of strength is the supply of strength for the soul, and this requires spiritually orientated thinking, thus an intensive connection with the spiritual kingdom, with the Giver of spiritual strength.... But then your upward development is also assured, for nothing remains without a supply of strength which desires such and expresses its desire to Me through spiritually orientated thinking. The latter, however, requires a detachment from what belongs to the world. Where the world predominates, the human being establishes too little connection with the spiritual kingdom and the supply of strength can only be granted in accordance with this connection. But he who disregards the world, who endeavours to replace it with spiritual goods, will be abundantly endowed with strength and grace, with light, that is, with knowledge of eternal truth, and he will live earthly life like a dream, for spiritual strength will lift him above the heaviness of earth. Try to free yourselves from all earthly worries by connecting yourselves ever more intimately with Me, by directing all your senses spiritually, and you will be able to receive abundantly that which your soul is lacking, which will help you to ascend.... You will be allowed to take possession of spiritual riches and be full of strength, and your body will also feel this beneficially because the soul will soon subjugate it and it will then desire nothing else than the soul, for both will then be guided by the spirit within themselves, they will be drawn over into the spiritual kingdom, for the body, too, will participate in the emanation of strength and grace as soon as it has e the desire for earthly possessions within itself....

영적인 방향을 향한 생각.

영적인 것을 받기 위해 너희의 생각은 영적인 방향을 향해 있어야만 한다. 너희에게 은혜와 능력이 주어지려면, 너희는 이를 받을 수 있게 너희 자신을 만들어야만 한다. 다시 말해 너희는 너희의 부족함을 깨닫고, 내가 너희 부족함을 해결해주기를 나에게 구해야만 한다. 이런 구함은 세상 재물을 구하는 것이 아니고, 육체적 요구가 아니다. 이러한 구함은 혼의 요구이고, 영을 향한 생각이다. 이제 너희에게 주어지는 능력은 마찬가지로 비록 육체를 강하게 해주지만, 육체적으로 느낄 수 없거나 또는 외적으로 깨달을 수 없는, 단지 너희 혼을 위해 역사한다. 능력과 은혜가 혼에게 생기를 부여한다. 그러나 혼이 강해지면, 마찬가지로 생명력이 있게 해주는 방식으로 육체를 강하게 한다.

실제 세상의 요구를 충족시키기 위해 힘을 구할 수 있다고, 이러한 구함도 나의 응답을 받을 수 있다. 그러면 그에게 영의 능력이 주어진다. 그러나 나에게 드리는 너희의 기도를 통해 성취시킬 수 있는, 너희의 생각을 영을 향하게 하는 일이 선행조건이다. 그럴지라도 외적인 능력의 공급보다 더 중요한 일은 혼을 위한 능력을 받는 일이다. 이를 위해 영을 향한 생각이 요청된다. 다시 말해 영의 나라와, 영의 능력의 공급자와 긴밀하게 연결을 이루는 일이 요청된다. 그러면 너희가 위로 성장하는 일이 보장된다. 왜냐면 능력의 공급을 갈망하고, 자신의 갈망을 영을 향한 생각으로 나에게 알려주는 어느 누구도 능력을 받지 못하게 되지 않기 때문이다. 능력을 공급받기 위해서는 세상으로부터 자유롭게 되는 일이 요구된다.

세상에 더 많이 관심을 두는 사람은 적게 영의 나라와의 연결을 이룬다. 이런 연결에 합당하게 능력이 공급될 수밖에 없다. 그러나 세상에 주의를 기울이지 않는 사람은, 영적인 재물을 통해 세상의 것을 대신하려는 사람은 능력과 은혜를, 빛을, 다시 말해 영원한 진리에 대한 지식을 넘치게 받을 것이다. 그는 이 땅의 삶을 마치 꿈을 꾸는 것처럼 살 것이다. 왜냐면 영의 능력이 그를 이 땅의 압박으로부터 벗어나게 하기 때문이다.

너희가 항상 나와 연결을 이루면서, 너희의 모든 생각을 영을 향하게 하면서, 모든 세상 염려로부터 너희를 자유롭게 만들려고 하라. 너희는 너희 혼에게 부족한 것을, 혼을 높이 성장하도록 도와주는 것을, 넘치게 받을 것이다. 너희는 영적인 부유함을 소유할 수 있게 될 것이고, 능력이 충만할 것이다. 너희의 육체도 행복하게 느낄 것이다. 왜냐면 혼이 육체를 곧 혼에게 복종시키고, 육체는 그러면 더 이상 혼과 다른 것을 요구하지 않기 때문이다. 왜냐면 둘 다 자신 안의 영의 인도를 받기 때문이다. 그들은 영의 나라로 건너갈 것이다. 왜냐면 육체도 자신 안의 세상의 재물을 향한 갈망을 죽이면, 능력과 은혜의 비추임을 받기 때문이다.
