Significance of the Act of Salvation....

The profoundness of My Act of Salvation, its comprehensive significance for eternal times, will never be grasped by you on earth, for your intellect cannot comprehend it as long as you are not born again, and this to a great extent. Nevertheless, you will be able to understand that without My redemption you would be lost for an infinitely long time, for eternal times would pass by in order to attain the degree which makes you worthy of beholding God, if you attained it at all. Yet it would be more likely that you would sink ever deeper due to your weakness of will on earth, which cannot be remedied in the kingdom of the beyond without My help. I therefore came to this earth in order to redeem you from a state of torment and eternal hopelessness. What humanity, in its weakness of will, was unable to achieve for its spiritual salvation had to be accomplished by the will of a human being if the whole of humanity was to be saved.... You will be able to understand that, if humanity was to be helped, it had to be shown the way and that this task had to be accomplished by a human being, otherwise no-one would endeavour to tackle a task in itself if it did not appear humanly feasible to him. As a man I had to exemplify life to them, and the man Jesus must be followed by the man who strives for redemption. An extremely strong will is part of it, but this was weak because humanity lacked faith in a God of love, wisdom and omnipotence at the time of My descent on earth. People's lack of faith was the cause of their weakened will and therefore there was no salvation for them until they learnt to believe and also experienced a strengthening of their will through faith. And I tried to restore their faith as a human being, I taught them, I worked miracles in order to prove to them the strength of faith.... I gave them the ultimate proof of the truth of My Word.... that I overcame death, that I rose again as a human being to eternal life.... And thus I, as a human being, also had to be willing to accept the most difficult death, the death on the cross, so that all people could take notice of it in order to be able to recognise My resurrection from death as the crowning glory, as the success of the strong will to reach God in faith in Him. In contrast to people I had to muster a strong will, I had to let Myself be killed in order to prove to them that death is conquerable.... And I accomplished this work in order to redeem people from their weakness of will, which signifies eternal death and eternal times of incomprehensible torment.... I died the most painful, most bitter death for people on the cross because I wanted to lead them to eternal life....

What the whole of humanity was unable to accomplish had to be carried out by the love of a person who was strong-willed in contrast to humanity, whose will was completely weakened because it no longer believed.... because it lacked all connection with Me and thus I was unable to provide it with strength. And through the man Jesus I showed the whole of humanity the path by which it could receive unmeasured strength from Me and thus also become free from the state of death.... I accomplished the work of redemption as a human being not for one person but for all those who believe. And for them earthly life is enough to free themselves from the state of death and attain eternal life. What no one can do in his own strength, he can do with Me, by believing in the Divine Saviour, in Jesus Christ, Who died for people on the cross to make them conquerors of death. Anyone who believes in Me has overcome death, for I died for him and he can remedy his weakness of will with My help, with My grace, which I acquired for the whole of humanity through My death on the cross as a human being.... and he will not die for eternity....

Bedeutung des Erlösungswerkes....

Die Tiefe Meines Erlösungswerkes, seine umfassende Bedeutung für ewige Zeiten, werdet ihr auf Erden niemals ermessen, denn euer Verstand fasset es nicht, solange ihr nicht wiedergeboren seid, und dies in hohem Grade. Dennoch wird es euch verständlich sein können, daß ihr ohne Meine Erlösung verloren wäret endlos lange Zeit, denn um den Grad, der euch der Anschauung Gottes würdig macht, von selbst zu erreichen, würden ewige Zeiten vergehen, wenn ihr ihn überhaupt erreichtet. Doch wahrscheinlicher wäre es, daß ihr immer tiefer absinket durch eure Willensschwäche auf Erden, die im jenseitigen Reich nicht behoben werden kann ohne Meine Hilfe. Ich kam deshalb auf diese Erde, um euch aus einem Zustand der Qual und ewiger Hoffnungslosigkeit zu erlösen. Was die Menschheit in ihrer Willensschwäche nicht zuwege brachte zu ihrer geistigen Errettung, das mußte der Wille eines Menschen zuwege bringen, sollte der gesamten Menschheit Rettung werden.... Dies werdet ihr begreifen können, daß, sollte der Menschheit geholfen werden, ihr der Weg gezeigt werden mußte und daß diese Aufgabe von einem Menschen gelöst werden mußte, ansonsten niemand sich bemühen würde, eine Arbeit an sich in Angriff zu nehmen, wenn sie nicht menschlich ausführbar ihm erscheint. Als Mensch mußte Ich ihnen das Leben vorleben, und dem Menschen Jesus muß der Mensch nachfolgen, der die Erlösung anstrebt. Ein überaus starker Wille gehört dazu, doch dieser war schwach, weil der Menschheit zur Zeit Meiner Niederkunft auf Erden der Glaube fehlte an einen Gott der Liebe, der Weisheit und der Allmacht. Die Glaubenslosigkeit der Menschen war Ursache des geschwächten Willens, und daher gab es für sie keine Rettung, bevor sie nicht glauben lernten und mit dem Glauben auch Stärkung des Willens erfuhren. Und Ich suchte ihnen als Mensch den Glauben wiederzugeben, Ich belehrte sie, Ich wirkte Wunder, um ihnen die Kraft des Glaubens zu beweisen.... Ich gab ihnen den letzten Beweis der Wahrheit Meines Wortes.... daß Ich den Tod überwand, daß Ich auferstand als Mensch zum ewigen Leben.... Und also mußte Ich als Mensch auch bereit sein, den schwersten Tod, den Kreuzestod, auf Mich zu nehmen, auf daß alle Menschen davon Kenntnis nehmen konnten, um auch Meine Auferstehung vom Tode erkennen zu können als Krönung, als Erfolg des starken Willens, zu Gott zu gelangen im Glauben an Ihn. Ich mußte im Gegensatz zu den Menschen einen starken Willen aufbringen, Ich mußte Mich töten lassen, um ihnen den Beweis zu geben, daß der Tod überwindlich ist.... Und Ich vollbrachte dieses Werk, um die Menschen von ihrer Willensschwäche zu erlösen, die ewiger Tod bedeutet und ewige Zeiten unfaßbarer Qual.... Ich starb für die Menschen am Kreuz den schmerzvollsten, bittersten Tod, weil Ich sie zum ewigen Leben führen wollte.... Was die gesamte Menschheit nicht zuwege brachte, mußte die Liebe eines Menschen ausführen, der willensstark war im Gegensatz zur Menschheit, deren Wille völlig geschwächt war, weil sie nicht mehr glaubte.... weil jegliche Verbindung ihr mangelte mit Mir und Ich daher ihr keine Kraft zuführen konnte. Und Ich zeigte durch den Menschen Jesus der gesamten Menschheit den Weg, auf welchem sie ungemessen Kraft von Mir beziehen konnte und also auch frei werden konnte aus dem Zustand des Todes.... Ich vollbrachte das Werk der Erlösung als Mensch nicht für einen Menschen, sondern für alle, die glauben. Und für sie genügt das Erdenleben, um sich aus dem Zustand des Todes zu befreien und zum ewigen Leben zu gelangen. Was niemand vermag aus eigener Kraft, das vermag er mit Mir, im Glauben an den göttlichen Erlöser, an Jesus Christus, Der für die Menschen starb am Kreuz, um sie zu Überwindern des Todes zu machen. Wer an Mich glaubt, der hat den Tod überwunden, denn für ihn starb Ich, und seine Willensschwäche kann er beheben mit Meiner Hilfe, mit Meiner Gnade, die Ich durch Meinen Tod am Kreuz als Mensch erworben habe für die gesamte Menschheit.... und er wird den Tod nicht schmecken in Ewigkeit....
